Overall Experience

Both my son and daughter have attended Daisy Fays since nine months old. They both loved going. All the staff are so caring and really look after the children. My son has some food intolerance and Daisy Fays were so accommodating.

Overall Experience

I have had a child in this nursery setting for the last 12 years.There were lots of changes when Daisy Fays took over. Some good, some that took some getting use to. One thing that didn't change was the staff. The care they give us is outstanding and makes the days you have to leave your child so much

easier. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff who have had an input into my children growth and helping them to be ready to take the next steps into going to school. My children look forward to going to nursery and really love spending so much time outside in the garden and forest areas.

Overall Experience

A brilliant nursery with amazing staff. Our little boy has settled in so well and loves going to nursery to see his friends and the staff. The children are outside playing as much as possible and are constantly given activities to support their learning.

Overall Experience

Really happy with how the nursery is and my son enjoys it and brings him out more each time he attends. Couple times my child would come out with a wet coat from water play even though I have put all in one cover and there was a time a guardian had to pick my child up and was 4 minutes late due to

traffic and was made to feel bad for being late and I don't feel it was needed. But over all really happy with the team and how my son is doing there! Would recommend them to others as great team and great at communicating!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if your child has come home with a wet coat. This occurs as they wear their coats over water play suits to stay warm during outdoor play in winter. We did not intend to cause any concern to guardians. We remind parents/guardians about late collections due to staffing and ratios, but we understand circumstances may arise. We have enjoyed having your child with us and look forward to watching his progress.

Overall Experience

From withdrawing my little one from a nursery who broke my trust, I was very nervous at first with him starting out again, but Daisy Fays have been nothing but incredible! My little one has come on leaps and bounds since being here and has lovely bonds with the staff. The communication from staff to

parents is great, always receiving photos of what my little one has been up to throughout the week and daily diaries of what he's been doing as well. So happy he came to them and look forward to seeing his future with them. My little one has a long list of allergies and they cater for all of his needs!

Overall Experience

My son has been at Daisy Fays Nursery Falmouth for a year now and I have had no issues at all. He goes in so happy and seems to be learning lots, all of the time. I feel he has significantly progressed since starting nursery. The staff are all so lovely and seem to know a lot about him. You can tell

they take the time to get to know his likes and dislikes. Whenever he has been sad they have been great with making him feel better. I would recommend Daisy Fays to anyone. Amazing staff.

Overall Experience

I've been really pleased with every aspect of Daisy Fays Falmouth. The staff in the baby room are amazing, I feel they really care about my little one and have formed a bond with her. I was nervous about her starting nursery, but now feel that my little one is in the best place!

Overall Experience

Daisy Fays Carnon Downs is the perfect nursery. The staff are great, and cater for all of my child's needs. They are all very informative, and give a thorough handover at the start and end of each day, which makes me feel 100% comfortable leaving my child in their care. They have taken the time to get

to know my child and her likes/dislikes making it more personal. They have a big garden out the back of the setting for the children to explore and seem to take the children out at every opportunity. There are always different activities set up each week to stimulate the children. They offer healthy foods at every meal time, and I couldn't fault them.

Overall Experience

My daughter has always gone in to Daisy Fays happy, smiling or comfortable to go into the practitioners arms. This is all the reassurance I need that she is completely happy at this setting. She has become so much more confident since being at Daisy Fays and absolutely thrives here. I specifically like

seeing her enjoy the amazing outside space they have there. We make sure she has the correct clothing at the nursery so they can take her out whenever they choose to as she loves it. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Fantastic.

Excellent nursery, the staff are fantastic and very caring. Both my children have thrived at Daisy Fays, so glad we chose this nursery. The staff are extremely diligent at times of illness. Good level of communication, children come out smiling every day.

Overall Experience

My child started this nursery at 6 months old, we left for a little (personal issues and nothing to do with the nursery!) before returning around turning age 1. They are now 2, recently joined the toddler room and are thriving. My child's speech has come on leaps and bounds in the last few months.

The team at Daisy Faye's have also supporting in encouraging no dummy during the day. This nursery has been incredible for my child, our circumstances at present and past. The most supportive team of people when you've got any issues or concerns and I cannot thank them enough. Would 10/10 recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience

Overall my child seems to have a good time at this nursery but the downside is: no spare nappies/wipes no spare bedding. Unfortunately if you forget these things staff leave the children without a clean nappy until you drop them off or if they have no bedding they will have nothing to sleep on but a

matt. Doesn't seem that child focused seems more money oriented but that isn't down to the staff that would be the management and their policies. One special mention to my child's keyworker in the toddler room. She's brilliant and makes my child feel so comfortable.

At Daisy Fays, we welcome feedback from parents. However, your review appears to be contradictory. You stated that we do not provide spare nappies, wipes, and bedding. According to the terms of care you agreed to, these items are to be supplied by parents. We do maintain an emergency reserve for unforeseen circumstances, not for regular use. Regarding your comment about us being financially driven, I believe charging 1 for your child's subsidised lunch and snacks hardly constitutes such behaviour. We appreciate the positive remarks you made about your child's key worker. However, it is puzzling why you downgraded us on Staff, Care, Safeguarding, Learning and Activities categories while commending your key worker. Concerning cleanliness, which we prioritise highly, our facilities are cleaned daily. It's uncertain how you concluded otherwise, given that parents have limited access to our nursery. Rest assured, I will reassure our team for maintaining their dedication and excellent care.

Overall Experience

My son has been at Daisy Fays Chiverton for 1 year now. He is excelling and I couldn't ask for better care and support. He settled well into the baby room with the love and care they provided and transitioned smoothly to toddlers with lots of routine settle sessions before turning 2. He continues to

have lots of fun and it's always a joy to see what he has been up to. I highly recommend Daisy Fays Chiverton for any little ones who want to have fun and thrive.

Overall Experience

The team are fabulous, my daughter loves going to nursery. The staff are genuinely interested in her needs and development. They do lots of different activities and she is learning lots every day whilst having fun. She enjoys the food. The hours are convenient. Our only issue is that it is so expensive,

particularly now if we take a holiday we still have to pay the full fees.

Overall Experience

The Manager her Nursery Practitioners and their teams are all brilliant. Both our girls absolutely love Daisy Fays. They play, paint and enjoy the outdoors. I walk away knowing they are in safe hands and they bounce into nursery and play and come out smiling. We don't go every day but when we have needed

extra time they have been able to fit us in. Seeing my little girl transition from babies to toddlers and then effortlessly to pre-school this year and her baby sister fitting into chirpy chicks this year has been a joy. I feel so blessed we have this amazing nursery available and such lovely people looking after the girls when needed. Thank you so much for all you do.
