I couldn't be happier with BizzKidz Day Nursery, as a first-time mum, I was finding the thought of sending my daughter to nursery a little daunting, she is under assessment for autism but she is so happy, she walks straight in and I'm always completely confident she is being taken care of.
I love the
fact that it is 2 years up and as such, on a smaller scale than other nurseries. If I have another child I wouldn't hesitate to put them on the list to attend BizzKidz.
They are also incredibly flexible and have been so helpful when I've needed additional days/hours, sometimes at the last minute!
It's also great receiving updates on the app and seeing what they get up to.
Overall, I couldn't ask for anything more from a nursery, I'm very happy.

My daughter has been there before so I sent my son there as well. My son really enjoys it there. Since he has started going nursery, he has become very confident, learns a lot of new things and is always happy when he comes home from there. The staff are really nice and they really care and look after
the kids, they listen to our child's needs. Overall, I am really happy with Bizzkidz Nursery.

For my family and I, overall, it's a really *** place for our little one to go there.
It's a wonderful place for my daughter! She always enjoys her time there. Such wonderful staff who always pays attention to her needs. Love the app where you can see your child's golden moments etc. Really appreciate
all your hard work! They are always happy to help in all the possible ways they can and if you have any doubts or questions, they are always happy to answer them without hesitation. Sometimes, as per my job, I have an emergency to attend and if I call really early in the morning to place her for the early start sessions they never say no, they will always help you out. Also, we like the way they work with her and the way they are teaching and learning throughout learning, it's really a good, fun and safe place to place your little ones in.

My son attends this nursery two days a week. He is always happy to go straight in and is just as happy when I pick him up. My son has learnt so much attending Bizzkidz and his speech has come along amazingly. The team are all so lovely and happy to help. My son always speaks positively about the staff

Great experience, my son really enjoys going to Bizzkidz. He wakes up every morning excited to go in. Since going here my son has definitely developed with his speech and connecting with other children. He used to be quite shy with others before attending, now he’s become more social and interactive.

Our son has been attending Bizzkidz Nursery for almost eighteen months since before he could walk, he settled quickly and the staff are clearly caring and nurturing. He continues to thoroughly enjoy himself, comes out with a big smile on his face and loves going in in the morning. This speaks volumes
to us, as parents. We feel he is well looked after, we are updated on what he gets up to and the staff are very accommodating if we need him to do an extra day here or there. Cannot fault them all in all.

Bizzkidz Ashford have been very good to our son. They have a mix of structured activity and free play including outside in the garden area which suits our son as he does not take well to a too rigid regime. Nursery definitely helped him to develop new behaviours and learn to play with other children.
He has taken part in sports day and a nativity performance. The staff are very friendly and he clearly feels safe at nursery.
He has a speech delay and they have been helpful with his attention bucket and practicing speaking sounds as well as working with the speech and language team and helping to apply for an EHCP.
He has also been happy to spend some time at their Egham setting in the school holidays.

Our experience with Bizzkidz Nursery has been exceptional! From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the dedicated staff, we couldn't be happier with our choice for our daughter's early education. The nurturing environment provided by the caring teachers has truly helped our daughter thrive and develop,
both socially and academically. We appreciate the open communication channels between the staff and parents which have allowed us to stay involved in our daughter's progress every step of the way. I will not recommend this nursery for Children with SEN, as they do not have the right support in place and instead complain about the child's "behaviour". My child could have settled and progressed if he had received quality support from this nursery. The staff was not willing to do anything about
his one-to-one support and mostly complained about how high needs he is. I can confidently say these things because I have sent my son to three different settings and I can clearly tell that he is getting the right support when I see him progress. Also, nobody ever complained about my son's behaviours/needs. I believe there's a difference between reporting and complaining. It takes a lot of empathy and patience to support and include a SEN child which the owner/staff lacks.

I have now had time to look into this and ascertain what took place. I noticed you had omitted information about your child's SEN needs stating he had none which we had asked again during the settling-in sessions.
During his time it was soon evident that he required a lot of support and the nursery had been transparent that we do have spaces however our senco was at full capacity. Our decision was only based on your childs well being and safety, along with the other children, and staff. I note that you have him in a setting that I am sure is providing great care to support his individual needs. We wish you and your family the very best.

My son has been attending BizzKidz Nursery in Ashford for 2.5 years now and he has been so happy there. It feels like a second home to him. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very
communicative and the admin team are so efficient.


The manager and the team have been very accommodating with early starts and late pick ups due to my work schedule.


I would highly recommend BizzKidz Nursery in Ashford to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for my son.

My son attends Bizzkidz Day Nursery four days a week. The nursery is smaller in size than other similar nurseries in the area and this allows staff to give good attention to all children's needs. Staff are very friendly and kind. My son settled quickly when he started attending and is always eager to
go inside in the morning. The manager is extremely kind and flexible - she is always willing to accommodate parents' requests. I also noticed good improvements in my son's language and behaviour since he started going to Bizzkidz which is great. I would recommend this nursery to friends and family.
