Overall Experience

As my son enjoys his final year at N Family Club Harborne, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support he has received since the very beginning of his journey here.
The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly caring. They take the time to understand each

child's individual needs, ensuring that every little one feels valued and supported in their growth and development. The management team are always approachable and professional, fostering a sense of trust and community among parents.
Beyond the outstanding teaching and care, the entire nursery team, from housekeeping to the wonderful chefs, play a vital role in making this setting feel like a home away from home. The meals are nutritious and well-balanced, and the cleanliness and organisation of the nursery are always maintained to the highest standards.
It has been an absolute joy watching my son grow, learn, and thrive in such a positive and enriching environment.

Overall Experience

N Family Harborne is a remarkable nursery with great facilities and friendly staff.
Our daughter has settled in very well, she has developed a great relationship with her key worker and all other staff, the staff really have a genuine care for the children.
There are a variety of activities the children

get involved in, ranging from painting to cooking.
Pick up and drops offs are easy and straightforward.
We would definitely recommend N Family Harborne to others.

Overall Experience

Both my children love going to this nursery. It took them few months to settle but I wasn't worried because we chose the best nursery for them. Everytime I was in the room and saw a child crying there was always a member of staff cuddling and consoling them. This was a big plus for me because I know

if my kids are upset they are not just left alone. Both my kids has multiple allergies. Allergy are taken seriously and any flare ups are commincated immediately.
My kids really enjoy the different activities and surprising eat the variety of food too!
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, knows their names. The handovers at the end of thr day are very detailed.
The place is clean and tidy. I am really happy we chose this place. I have recommended this place for my niece when she is ready to go nursery.

Overall Experience

Outstanding care. My little one has thoroughly enjoyed being here. He was very shy to begin with being the only child. It was very difficult for us to find the right amount of exposure, but this Nursery has been extremely helpful and caring. The management is very helpful and accommodative.

Cannot speak highly enough of this nursery, my daughter absolutely adores it. There are so many different activities for her to do daily and there is a huge variety of food on offer each week for her meals. All the staff are brilliant, they all know every child and parent by name. So happy we picked

this nursery, we have no regrets!

Overall Experience

I visited many nurseries when deciding on where to send my daughter. N Family Club Harborne nursery really stood out for me. It was spacious, well kept, toys and furniture were largely wooden, and the garden looked like a great space for kids to enjoy. My daughter has been going here for over a year

now and the staff are amazing. Each day, my daughter is so excited for nursery and happily trots into her room to meet her key workers and her little friends, and she has the best time. I enjoy seeing the updates on the app each day and I love the little debrief of her day that I get from staff each evening when I pick her up. They are so attentive and inventive with the variety of activities they put on for the children. The food menu is amazing and my daughter is a good eater and has developed a diverse palate as a result. My daughter is so happy here and I have recommended it to so many friends who have subsequently sent their children here and are so pleased that they did.

Overall Experience

I recently started my son at N Family in Harborne, and I've been incredibly impressed from the very beginning. The staff are excellent-taking the time to truly understand each child's needs and providing such a caring, attentive environment.
They've been wonderfully accommodating of my son's nap routine

and showed great caution and care when he was unwell, especially after an out-of-nursery injury that required a bandage. Their communication is outstanding, with detailed updates on the app that keep me well-informed and reassured throughout the day.
It's been heartwarming to see how invested and interactive the staff are with the children-their genuine dedication shines through in everything they do. The menu is also highly versatile and well-varied, ensuring a great range of meals for the little ones.
Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth too.
Overall, I couldn't be happier! A huge thank you to N Family Harborne for making this transition so easy and for being truly wonderful.

Overall Experience

Our child has been at N family for 8 months now.
We have been very happy with this nursery. Both key workers and management staff are caring and take time to know and understand the children and the parents. If you have special requests they will always try to accommodate for you.
The menu is amazing

with fresh food prepared every day by the chef who is lovely. They cater for different dietary requirements such as halal/vegan which we were impressed by from the start.
Children participate in a wide range of activities indoors and outdoors and the nursery provides updates via their app which is very helpful for parents.
They are able to add on days or half days if they have availability which is very useful.

Our son has been in The Nest for four months now, at the start he really struggled with drop-offs and pick-ups but with the wonderful support of the educators at N Family Moseley, he is now happy and content at nursery. Our grandchild has been coming to this nursery since the turn of the year and has settled in well. The staff are always friendly and on collection give you a good idea of how the day has gone in the Nest. The app is an excellent feature and allows us to see events during the day: nappy changes, naps

and how much of the meals have been eaten. Menus look varied and exciting with everything cooked from scratch. Excellent in all aspects which allows for peace of mind that your child is being well taken care of.

Overall Experience

When scouting nurseries for my little one, N Family Moseley stood head and shoulders above the others from the very start and was an easy choice to make. As we've started nursery over the past few weeks, the staff have been outstanding in supporting both my little one and myself through the process.

The team in the Nest are brilliant - caring, attentive and confident in managing whatever comes up. My little one is settling beautifully which allows me to press ahead with work knowing that they are in safe hands.
More broadly, I've been impressed by the whole N Family experience - drop-off and pickups are well-managed, the starter pack including a rucksack, blanket and coffee cup was a lovely touch and the monthly online seminars are a great option to support with parenting at home. The app works seamlessly and provides that peace of mind that little ones are enjoying their day. Finally, worth reiterating what other reviews have mentioned; the daily menu sounds delicious!

I can't recommend this nursery enough. The staff genuinely care for the children, which makes leaving my son much easier. The activities are both fun and developmentally enriching, and I've seen great progress since he joined in December. They've been very supportive, especially with transitioning away

from the dummy.
When our circumstances changed just before he was due to start, the nursery worked with us to make it work. I found drop-offs tough after a year at home, but the staff were not only attentive to my son but also concerned for me, offering a cup of tea to help ease the transition.
They keep us well informed with photos of my son's day, which really brightens my workday. The nursery is beautiful, safe, and one of the few in the Jewellery Quarter with a garden. The food is also fantastic-nutritious and varied, honestly better than what I could prepare myself

Overall Experience

I visited several nurseries and by the first impression, this was the clear lead. My 2 year old has been there for 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience for us all. All of the staff are so attentive and they all know my son's name, including the kitchen and cleaning staff. The front of

house are so friendly and informative, nothing is ever too much trouble.
The team in my son's room are incredible, one staff, in particular, has been our son's rock since day 1 and has made what is a difficult time for parents and children so much easier. During the transition she messaged us multiple
times a day to reassure us, she read his favourite books to him over and over and stayed with him to ensure he was settled. The whole team work so hard on each child and daily photos of playing in the garden, crafts etc have been a really lovely touch.
The rooms are clean and well organised and the garden is huge. The app is fantastic it gives
you all the information you need. Cannot fault the place!

My son has been going to this nursery for over 8 months now and he absolutely loves it. He's been in both the nest and the bay and he's loved all the educators. He always runs to his educators at drop-off and gives them a cuddle or runs straight into the room without looking back! They always go and

play outside come rain or shine which is great as my son is an outdoor boy! He loves the food here too, always eats and often has seconds! They've also recently put in a Christmas fayre which was absolutely lovely, we really enjoyed it. Thanks everyone.

Our daughter joined the nursery in September 2024 and we have been so happy with the nursery. The staff are incredible, really caring, friendly and approachable. Our daughter has come on so much in the last 3 months with her development which the nursery has helped massively with. The children do lots

of outdoor activities and the outdoor areas and setting are wonderful. Another pro is the app that the nursery uses sends you updates daily of the children and the activities they get up to, meals they eat etc so you can check in when you're missing your child. The food is exceptional and offers the children healthy meals with lots of variety. My daughter joining N Family Club has made going back to work so much easier for me as she is so happy there which makes leaving her there 3 days a week so much easier. Cannot recommend this nursery enough.
