I'm very pleased with my daughters development so far, whilst attending Little Owl Childcare, Cannock. She always leaves in a happy mood, which is a testament to the quality of care and facilities that are provided. I especially like the communication via the app and conversations with staff at drop
off and pick ups. We've noticed a marked improvement in our daughters speech and understanding during her time at Little Owl Childcare. We're looking forward to this continuing alongside more improvement in her sociability.
I highly recommend this nursery to parents looking for their first nursery and to those looking to switch.

I'm very pleased with our choice of nursery, from our first viewing with the manager to now. Our daughter appears to enjoy her time spent at nursery and has formed good relationships with staff. My only concerns and I don't feel they are concerns as such, are that we've gone through a period of not
having any photographs but this has hopefully been resolved. I have been a bit worried about the amount of accidents my child has had too, I've been unsure if some of them may have been preventable but have been reassured by staff and do not feel it is anything to be overly anxious about.

The staff are amazing. Having a child with special needs is a worry leaving her at a holiday club but with Little Owl's holiday club, I don't worry as they really are accommodating and get to know them. My little one always looks forward to attending in school holidays and comes home tired. Shame they
only do three weeks of the six weeks but she's had an amazing time, especially at the Woodland week. Thanks.

Our boy had an amazing week at the woodland Little Owls. He used sticks to toast marshmallows, apples and toast in the fire pit, he had scavenger hunts, made pictures using flower petals, learned how to safely make a fire, made waterproof dens (and tested them with buckets of water) and used a saw to
saw logs and make stuff! He used binoculars to spot deer and birds, (he apparently also spotted a bear!). They also had campfire stories. Each day was a lovely adventure. He came home wonderfully tired, from a day of being busy, finding out about himself, exploring, doing and being able to breathe and play in fresh air. I absolutely love this woodlands site. The staff are caring, kind, fun, and enthusiastic about supporting the children to try new things, learn new skills and enjoy nature.

Absolutely amazing setting. Can't ask for more supportive staff. They are wonderful and have been great with my eldest child. There was no question as to whether I would try and get my younger in also. So pleased.

I was apprehensive to send my daughter to nursery but Little Owls put my mind at ease from day one. They update the app regularly to inform us of the activities, food, changes and sleep our daughter has. They also post pictures which is great to see. All staff members are lovely to speak to and willing
to help. They have great policies in place and like to promote positive relationships between nursery and home.

We can not praise this nursery enough. If you are looking for a facility with supportive, highly trained, professional and caring staff then choose Woodland.
This was not the first nursery we tried, we’ve experienced several. The difference with the Woodland is that they are very child-focused as opposed
to money-focused. Children in the Woodland are treated as individuals as opposed to statistics and pay packets.
My boy's strengths are praised and he is encouraged to flourish.
My son is under a paediatrician for potential special needs and the SENCO at the nursery is amazing! She truly cares for my boy's well-being. In fact, all staff are so excited to share his achievements which as a mother is heartwarming.
The app system is fantastic, parents are given daily updates that are accurate and detailed as well as weekly reports.
All a mother wants is for her child to be safe loved and treated equally where other nurseries have failed. The Woodland has excelled in every single way.

My son has been attending this setting for 16 months and we will be very sorry to say goodbye when he moves on to school in September. The setting is unique and enabling, with lots of access to learning through natural resources and play. I feel the outdoor environment has given my son the absolute
best start to his education, seeing learning as fun! Staff members go above and beyond to deliver engaging activities and are approachable and caring. I always feel content leaving my son in such a special place with practitioners who care about his well-being and development. Through regular parent meetings, staff make it clear how well they know my son and I can't wait for my daughter to start her journey at The Woodland in September. I would recommend this nursery to anybody, it's a very special place.

My son has attended the Woodland Nursery since January. He hadn’t stayed with anyone who wasn’t family before, and the staff made his transition so easy. He looks forward to going each day and has made some lovely friendships. His language skills and confidence have improved so much since he started.
The staff are lovely and so caring and encouraging. This is the best nursery we could have found for him. He absolutely loves the outdoors and is thriving here.

I have been over the moon with Little Owl Childcare and their Woodland Nursery. My little boy had never been away from family and the staff have encouraged him to settle well, create strong relationships with the adults and make new friends. The environment that the Woodland Nursery staff have created
has allowed him to flourish and we have noticed so many new skills develop over time. He enjoys trying the variety of hot food that is offered and we feel the level of care is no different to what we would give at home. The Woodlands Nursery is such a wonderful, welcoming space. All of the staff greet you with a smile and are always happy to have a conversation about your child. My daughter has attended Little Owls for over a year and she absolutely loves it! Not only does it stimulate her mentally, but also physically. She loves all the staff and has a fantastic relationship with them all and all the other children. The staff go over and above with their care for the children,
even as far as cuddling them if they injure themselves, are upset or just generally want a cuddle and I found other settings were reluctant to provide this kind of care. They work amazingly with parents in regards to routines, toilet training, encouraging the children to eat ect and overall just a fabulous setting. I know my daughter will be devastated when she leaves.

My son loves his time at Woodlands. The staff are supportive and make a great effort to build relationships with the children. They have access to so many experiences being out in the woodlands all day and also Chasewater. I find my child is much calmer after a day at the Woodlands than the indoor nursery

The Little Owls team are always ready to listen and has supported us in dealing with lengthy illnesses and behavioural challenges. More recently they have been very accommodating of our requests at short notice to help us out.
Our child enjoys attending this nursery and has made some good solid friendships.
They get on well with the staff and are comfortable around them. This is a testament to the great team looking after the children.
The setting is safe, fun and engaging for kids. We love being invited to stay and play to see it all first-hand.
The app is great as we can see what they have been up to, what they have eaten and even how many times they have been to the toilet.
It is also a convenient way to communicate with the leadership team who are always quick to respond.
This nursery setting is perfect for our family. From the off, we have been considered as a complete family unit which has meant a lot to us.

My daughter started Little Owl in her baby room after an awful experience with a childminder. The staff helped her settle and made her feel at ease. They always go the extra mile with care and activities. She has never cried when I drop her off. Staff always seem so happy. I cannot recommend Little
Owl enough, we will be sad to leave in September, they have been like a little family to us all. Thank you all so much for all your hard work!
