Overall Experience

Swinbrook House Nursery School is a special place for our family. My daughter attended for three years, made wonderful friends she still keeps and moved on to a fantastic school, thriving both academically and personally. The nurturing environment has left a lasting impact on her.
My middle child has

been at Swinbrook since he was a baby, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The teachers are caring, nurturing, and committed, ensuring each child feels valued. They focus on personal well-being, academics, and fun activities, making every day engaging and supportive.
We have already enrolled our youngest to start in the spring. While the school is not large (as is often the case in central London), it is an integral part of the Marylebone community and makes the most of its surroundings the children to the playground, Parks, and regular outings that contribute to their development and well-being.
We couldn't be happier with Swinbrook House Nursery School.

Overall Experience

My son joined the nursery two years ago and honestly, I can say that he has learnt so much, he comes home with new skills every day. The staff provide so much focus on each and every child which is amazing. My son wakes up every day and looks forward to going to nursery.

Overall Experience

Both my kids have been attending Swinbrook since 18 months old and love it. The staff are incredibly nurturing and caring, it is just a lovely happy nursery with a family feel. There is no outside space but the kids take regular walks to nearby parks if weather permits. For the bigger class, lots of

planned outings as well to museums, local libraries, train stations, zoo, Chinatown etc.. to broaden their view of the world. I have seen so much growth and confidence in my children since joining. Could not be happier.

Overall Experience

Such a lovely, nurturing nursery. We loved that it was small and personal. The teachers understood our children's needs and how best to teach and support them to reach their full potential. Homely environment and such fun learning everyday. We loved seeing the photos and updates. There was always also

great communication either verbal or through the app so we always felt connected. Just a fantastic little nursery and we miss it very much.

Overall Experience

Our 2-year-old daughter has been attending Swinbrook Nursery for almost a year now. I would particularly like to highlight the staff in this review: I always feel comfortable leaving our daughter there. I have never experienced such a unique combination of professionalism and warmth from the teachers.

Our daughter looks forward to the day every morning and constantly lists the names of the teachers. I see Swinbrook Nursery as a very "warm place" in "cold London." We couldn't have imagined a better place for our daughter. Thank you!

Overall Experience

We absolutely loved Swinbrook House! Both our girls were there throughout their nursery years, and it truly was a magical time. The staff was amazing and showed genuine care and affection for the girls. We particularly like the fact that it is a small nursery, which means that all staff will be very

close with your child, and the children spend time with both younger and older peers, whilst having dedicated time for age-appropriate activities. There is no dedicated outdoor space, but the teachers do a fantastic job of taking the children to the park every day. The last year of nursery provided a great preparation for school start, and both girls are flourishing in their school environment. We would strongly recommend Swinbrook!

Overall Experience

Our two-year-old daughter has been at Swinbrook House for about 12 months, and we could not be happier with the nursery.
She comes home happy every day, singing and dancing and repeating what she learned during the day. On weekends, she is disappointed that she cannot go and asks to see photos from

the past week. She has and continues to blossom ever since she started at Swinbrook House (in terms of speech, social skills, and confidence).
Management and the teachers are wonderful and nourish the little ones' minds with a wide range of creative and sportive activities. Their commitment and warmth every day are truly outstanding. Moreover, we are always up to date with our daughter's development, learning and activities via their daily and weekly reports.
The food they provide seems to be delicious and is devoured by our daughter (which is rarely the case at home).
We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Overall Experience

Our daughter spent 2 years and a half at Swinbrook Nursery. She developed very well and by 4 years old was ready to attend Reception. She's made friends and went to the park or playground almost everyday. The food is very good.
Highly recommended!

Overall Experience

My two young boys have attended Swinbrook, and both occasions they had a wonderful experience from settling right through to pre-reception. The atmosphere is calm and caring, understanding their needs as they change and become independent little learners. Teachers were very engaged with both children

and the family as a whole. Each time we were sad to leave a lovely nursery and teachers.

My experience in Swinbrook House was excellent. Both of my children loved it, we relocated abroad and my eldest still talks to me about the staff and friends he made in the nursery. Amazing staff with a caring mindset. Thank you for these 3 years! We miss you!

Overall Experience

I have two daughters both of who attended Riverston Nursery and Preschool and the same high standards have always been shown throughout our 6-year journey with Riverston.
My youngest has just left Riverston and I can honestly say Riverston Preschool goes above and beyond. The staff in preschool create

a loving and welcoming environment, and the level of learning is truly amazing - upper pre-school staff thank you so much you have given my girls the key skills they need to succeed.
Management within the nursery are friendly, organised and willing to listen and support whenever the need arises. Nothing is too much for this management team, all your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you!
Highly recommend this nursery.

Amazing nursery. Great value for money for the A* service provided.
Staff are dedicated and professional.
My son has special needs and I am so grateful for the staff's involvement in his learning.
I arrived at Riverston by chance having looked at several other nurseries for my precious son and they

were not only the most accessible but in the long run, I certify they turned out to be the best.
I'm quite upset that this year is my son's last year as he is moving on to reception.
But I'm forever grateful for the support and care Riverton has given us.

Overall Experience

Riverston pre-school and nursery is a lovely environment. The staffing is very stable, with some staff having been there for over a decade. This was very important for us after experiencing nurseries where our child’s key worker changed every few months due to staff leaving.
The children get plenty

of time outdoors, in all weathers, and do forest school once a week. It’s a great place for helping children become ready for school, and our child has learned a lot in their time here.
Having use of some of the facilities of the (separate) senior school is a real bonus, the nativity show in the senior school’s theatre was absolutely delightful.
Staff pay a great deal of attention to children’s progress and emotional well-being. We have been very pleased in our decision to send our child here.

I can’t recommend Riverston Nursery and Pre-school enough. The carers are incredible and have such a lovely relationship with the children. I have 2 children attending and both of my girls love going to nursery every day. There is a great balance between education and play with the added benefit of

music class, yoga and forest school. Everything is thought through on how best to support the children as they progress through the nursery, into preschool and beyond. The head and her team are so approachable and friendly, there’s a real positive atmosphere at the nursery.

Overall Experience

Our daughter loves Riverston and has been there for 3 and a half years. Everyday is different and the relationships created with her peers and teachers is wonderful. It’s a great way to connect with other parents too!
Flexibility with changing days is difficult but other than that, the team are willing

to support where they can.
Great to see the involvement with a variety of charities and a real focus on diversity and inclusion. Recently had a new app put in place which is great.

Overall Experience

I had to move my daughter from Riverston due to changing job and location, but I still wanted to leave a review as my daughter was here from 9 months to 18 months old and learnt to walk, sing nursery rhymes and develop so much at this nursery that we were all sad to leave! She really came into her own

here and every morning would wait by the door at home to see her teacher.. even at weekends, when I would have to tell her, there was no nursery on that day. Teachers are just all so nice and caring, and as a single mum, they supported me with care, during lockdown when I lost my job. I could not have gotten through those dark days without them. Thank you so much! I will be sending her back to Riverston when she is older, as that is how much I value not only the Nursery but the Riverston Values and Ethics.

Overall Experience

From the very first day our son went to Riverston nursery, he absolutely loved it. He was just over one at the time, and he has come on leaps and bounds since being there, his vocabulary and phonics are great for a two-year-old. When we ask him about his friends at nursery, he often mentions the staff

too, and when passing school during the lockdown, he would often cry because he couldn't go in! The teachers are so friendly and caring, and the information provided about his activity is great. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone.

Wonderful nursery and pre-school. The staff are lovely, supportive and caring. My children have come on leaps and bounds and this is down to the staff.
