As for the concerns about financial transparency and management accessibility, they are unfortunate indeed. I want to reassure you, though, that we pride ourselves on maintaining transparency in all our affairs, especially when it comes to fees. Our records show that we have been diligent in clarifying the government funding criteria to you and have made efforts to provide clear information on our website. It is worth noting that as with all nurseries, our fees and services are regularly scrutinised by the local authority to ensure compliance with all guidelines laid out for funding, an area in which we consistently meet the mark. Regarding communication, please know that our nursery manager and senior staff are always available to address any concerns you may have. The nursery manager will be reaching out to schedule a meeting with you to resolve any remaining issues.

He quickly settled and was happy to walk in, often without looking back (whilst I held back the tears!).
I'm still looking forward to the day when parents can visit and see their child with their friends and key workers. For now, though, videos and photos of my boy are lovely to see.
