Overall Experience

RAFA Kidz (RAF High Wycombe) has been brilliant to us the parents and the kid. This was our first (and our first time using a nursery) so emotions were running high but fair play to the guys at RAFA Kidz, they were brilliant. They transformed our shy, quick-to-cry kid into this loud, confident, wrecking

ball of a toddler. Putting him in full-time so my wife could go back to work was the best thing we ever did for him - and we took him to the model village so the bar was pretty high.

My husband and I came with our son to collect our Grandson from the nursery. Where do I begin in describing the excellence that we encountered?
From the moment of arrival security, courtesy, and professionalism - we were totally impressed and reassured with the staff, service, and establishment.

I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by Rafa Kidz. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like part of the family. Their warmth and genuine care created a home away from home for her. The outdoor space is fantastic, with plenty of room for the children

to explore, and forest school added an incredible dimension to her learning. My daughter loved every moment spent outside, engaging with nature and enjoying hands-on activities that sparked her curiosity and creativity. Communication was always clear and consistent, giving us peace of mind that she was thriving. The team did an excellent job preparing her for the transition to school, and we can see the positive impact in her confidence and enthusiasm for learning. I highly recommend Rafa Kidz Medmenham for anyone looking for a nurturing, friendly, and inspiring nursery experience. Thank you to the whole team for making her last years so special.

Overall Experience

My daughter attends the oaks room (pre-school room) and she absolutely loves going. The staff take the time to know and understand your child and the communication is excellent. They write a lovely end-of-the-week summary on the app the nursery uses with photos so you know what your child has been up

to that week. The activities are child-led and are always created with the child in mind. The outside area is brilliant. The children are always outside in the garden whatever the weather which my daughter loves. Her particular favourite activity is forest school. She will always come home eagerly telling us what she did that day. Group activities are created for the children leaving for school so that they are ready to go. The meals are made in-house and are healthy and nutritious. My daughter will try different types of food that she wouldn't necessarily try at home. We will be really sad to leave RAFA kidz to start the new journey of 'big' school!

We're very fortunate our daughter attended this nursery. It's had such a positive influence on her and her development. The staff are first class and the facilities both inside and out are excellent. The kids have a great environment to play and learn. The standards are high and maintained, and that's

Overall Experience

The staff at RAFA Kidz Medmenham are amazing. My son (3) joined in August last year, and they have made the transition smooth and enjoyable for us all. He can't wait to come in in the morning and is full of stories of what they get up to when he comes home. He is a late talker, and the staff have worked

hard with him to improve his communication skills and we have loved seeing the difference.
I love the updates we receive throughout the week, both with stories and photos of what they get up to (usually messier play than the staff intended I'm sure!) and also reminders for parents which have helped keep us organised.
The staff are lovely and friendly, giving us updates on pick up, but also happy to discuss development and any concerns we may have.
All in all, an excellent nursery with wonderful staff.

Overall Experience

I couldn't be happier with how my son is progressing in this setting. He is well supported by the staff, who are all so friendly and welcoming. The facilities and activities that the setting provides are fantastic. He eats better at nursery than he does at home, as he refuses to eat most things at home!

My son has so much fun and comes home nearly every day having learnt something new that he will proudly tell us. Really happy with how he is getting on.

Overall Experience

RAFA Kidz High Wycombe have been so supportive of my daughter and her start into the setting. She has settled immensely well and the staff are fabulous. She is happy to go to her key worker and doesn't even look back now! They have been able to meet my childcare needs which has made my return to work

run smoothly. As a result of this I am now moving my older child to this setting. The facilities are excellent too.

RAFA Kidz at High Wycombe is amazing, my son is so happy to go in there every day and to see the bond and relationships he makes with the staff and children is amazing. As it’s a smaller class they get extra attention and more time with each child which shows.
My son also has a cow's milk allergy and

they have been amazing with tailoring the menu so he doesn’t ever miss out!
100% would recommend this nursery. The staff are amazing too and have been so supportive and friendly! Thank you for everything!

Overall Experience

Since the first day our son joined the nursery, we have been extremely impressed with how he has settled in and this is a testament to the staff who were supportive to him and us as parents. The nursery is lovely and welcoming and being the first place we have ever left our son with strangers we have

trusted them from day one.
We found the app amazing and feel that the staff do such a good job at keeping it updated so we can see how he is getting on all day.
The meals that are provided are really varied and he eats so much more than he was at home. Our little boy loves to be outside and to be active and they provide loads of time outdoors in the fresh air and activities including soft play where he has become so confident using the slide.

Overall Experience

I have been consistently impressed with the management of this nursery and how they have provided stability during a national childcare worker shortage.
There are a number of staff who go above and beyond their roles and provide a great deal of comfort and kindness to the children in a home away from

home. The nursery is very secure and well lit and I enjoy the amount of outdoor space that my child can play in. Would highly recommend it.

My son has had really great experiences in both the baby room and toddler room! He is happy and well looked after. There has been some inconsistency in staff over the last 11 months but that is happening all over and through no fault of the nursery itself. It’s great to see the activities they do and

all the kids look like they are having fun. Couldn’t ask for anything more - my child is happy, settled, and enjoys going! Plus all the staff are lovely!

Overall Experience

RAFA Kidz Walters Ash have done an exceptional job both gaining my trust, and providing care to my son. They do a better job than I do at home! Quite how they put a smile on his face for hours at a time I will never know, they must have a magic wand.
Over the last 12 months, communication has significantly

improved. I get photos almost daily of his activities, and management respond to messages much faster, usually same day. I have used 3 nurseries now due to moves and this is by far the best for keeping me in the loop with all the things my son is up to.
Nurseries aren’t cheap but that’s out of their control, but for the care they provide it’s worth every penny.

This is such a wonderful nursery. We initially moved locally and our eldest went into pre-school 9 months before he went to school and our youngest joined at 7 months old. Our eldest thrived on the routine where most of the time was spent in the well-equipped gardens. Our youngest has been brought up

as if he’s part of a family. The caregivers are as excited about his milestones as we are and push him to explore the world in so many ways. I cannot thank the team here enough.

We are so incredibly happy with the service and level of care provided by RAFA Kidz Medmenham. Every staff member is so kind, caring and supportive and they go above and beyond to provide inspiring and enriching experiences for our children. The facilities are fabulous and the forest school provision

is such a wonderful opportunity for all who attend.
The staff are all approachable and the communication with parents is always timely and informative. We have had two children attend the nursery, one who is still there currently, and both have been so happy and supported in their environments. It is so reassuring to know that our children are in the safe, caring and stimulating environment that RAFA Kidz provides.

Overall Experience

My daughter is 14 months and joined at 9 months. She loves it. Her transition went extremely well. I was able to ease her in and continue to pop in to feed her as there is a breastfeeding room available and staff are incredibly supportive. She settled into the routine really well. The staff are so warm

and welcoming. She is comfortable with all of the staff and they genuinely care about all of the children as if they were their own. The children are at ease and receive the right amount of attention.
My daughter has grown in confidence and developed quickly. She sings recognisable songs at home and uses sign language with us. Her independent skills have flourished and she is clearly thriving. Now that she is walking, it is wonderful to see her walk into nursery happily. It is therefore clear that she is happy.
The feedback is great. There is a programme of varied activities. The equipment and the use of outside space are also excellent.
