Overall Experience

My daughter has been attending since January 2022, and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they have done for her.
She's currently getting ready to transition to school come September, and the nursery has been great in getting her prepared.
All staff are so welcoming and friendly.
Great

garden space with lots of different toys to play with.
100% recommend.

Overall Experience

Safari has been wonderful since day one. I moved my son from a previous preschool, so was a little nervous about him starting all over again, and all I can say is I wish I moved him sooner! His key worker has been the most amazing and supportive person! Along with all the other staff, and especially

the manager. This preschool is the most caring and supportive preschool I've known. I was also recommended by three others to move my son here when I was looking. The staff are a credit to their name! I think I'm more emotional than my son for him leaving here, but knowing that he has gone from strength to strength is all thanks to Safari.

Overall Experience

My son was at Safari for 18 months and loved every second. He made some great friends and was always excited to see the teachers/ staff. During his time at Safari he broke his arm (whilst in my care) at the park next to the school and the staff were amazing when I panicked and carried him back to school.

They acted fast assessing his injury and helping him to my car. They stayed calm and in control of the situation. I had no worries about sending him back in a cast and knew they would take good care of him.
Staff always kept me up to date with his progress in pre-school and any concerns or worries were expressed quickly.

Overall Experience

I couldn’t recommend Safari Childcare enough. My daughter who is 15 months started in February of this year and I was very nervous due to her only ever being looked after by friends and family. All the staff made us feel so welcomed and made the process so easy. They were always more than happy to answer

any questions I had. The communication and details about what your child has been up to that day is amazing and the camera is a lovely additional bonus to keep parents minds at ease. Overall, I am so pleased we joined Safari!

Our little girl started at Safari Pre-school in September and it has been a very positive experience. They have been nothing but amazing with her and she will come home daily talking about her teacher, friends and how they make playdough. She has gradually added days due to wanting to go and see everyone

and also preparing her for school.

Overall Experience

In June this year our daughter started at Safari full-time, the staff go above and beyond to ensure that both of us are settled into the routine. It is not just her key worker but all the staff make an effort to get to know each individual child and help them develop.
The pastoral care shown by all

staff has been phenomenal and I couldn't recommend them more. Our daughter is happy to go each day and happy to come home.
With connection days for parents to feel comfortable with the day-to-day setting. Our daughter is thriving in their care in all areas. I just want to thank everyone involved for creating such a caring atmosphere for our daughter to grow.
We look forward to continuing our journey in the coming years.

We cannot praise Safari highly enough! Our son started Safari childcare in September and we are so impressed on how well he is doing since going regularly. Overall Experience

Really lovely nursery, everything you could ask for and so pleased to have found this nursery, my little girl loves it too! She’s learning new things every day, the food is all cooked fresh and my baby eats so well when she’s there!
It’s great you can also gain access to the camera in the room so

you can watch your little one playing and learning! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have twin boys, who are diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay. We had several meetings regarding the boys, before their start to go in Nursery. The management and staff got to know the children and the whole situation around my children. I attached the paperwork so they could have a better insight

into my children. The boys even had two days of rehearsals in Nursery. First, they stayed for an hour, then two hours, and finally three hours of stay. After that, we were told that the boys are ok, that everything is fine and that they have everything necessary for the boys to stay in the nursery. The boys were happy every day to go to the nursery. On the last day of their stay in the nursery, I came to pick up the children, the deputy manager told me that the boys were great and everything was fine.
We arrived home happily, and then in the afternoon, I received an email explaining that the boys are very difficult, that it is very difficult to work with them, and that my boys can no longer come to the nursery. So in the morning, everything was fine and in the afternoon it wasn't?! I understand that they rejected us in the Nursery while the children were in rehearsal or similar, but to do something shameful and without any shame like this is absolutely reprehensible. If you do an assessment with the children and accept them, you cannot change your mind later, it is not human. The boys were sad and disappointed that they don't go to the nursery anymore, and while we found the next nursery for them.
We also paid for snacks for the whole month, and the boys stopped going to kindergarten after two days. No one has contacted me yet, to apologize, return the money or something similar. I repeat, that the boys refused in the assessment period, everything is fine, but after so many meetings and introductions and promises that everything will be fine to do this, I would not wish it on any parent or children. Shame.

Thank you for your review. Whilst we dispute the factual inaccuracies in the recollection of events published in your review, we do understand that these situations can be emotional to all involved. When the children enrolled at Safari the full overview of the children's needs and level of care required was not disclosed. Safari Childcare is not a specialist preschool which we did make clear and for the many children we do support with special educational needs we rely on inadequate funding from the LA and government. We had numerous meetings once the children were then registered and enrolled to understand how we could support your children which we did try to do for a number of sessions however we must ensure children are safe and learning whilst with us. When spending time with your little ones we made you aware that we felt they would need more support which we would need to put in place before they continued which is when the children then left Safari Childcare.

Overall Experience

After a difficult time with my child’s previous Pre-School, I was happy to receive a personal recommendation for Safari Pre-School from a family member. My son attended from March 21 - July 22 when he graduated’ for primary school.
We had a very welcoming look around the Pre-School before my son started

and felt confident that we had chosen a great setting for him. I liked the volume of children and indoor and outdoor space. On viewing other Pre-Schools, some felt too busy and overwhelming, whereas some were very quiet, but Safari seemed a comfortable size.
One thing that I have really loved about this setting is the staff. All the ladies there work so hard to welcome children, make parents feel at ease and keep you well informed about what your child has been up to and if there have been any issues as well as wow moments.
We have met some lovely families there, and the Pre-School has various events to encourage relationship building with parents involved. We highly recommend Safari.

My twin sons go to Safari and absolutely love it! The garden is a lovely size and has lots to keep little ones entertained. The staff are amazing, very understanding and friendly. I feel happy to leave my children in Safari’s care.

Lovely little setting that has worked tirelessly to settle my daughter after I had to go back to work. The staff are great and made me and my child feel a part of the Safari family. I have never left my daughter before, and due to having camera access, it puts your mind at ease. I would recommend this

childcare provider; they really do go above and beyond. 10/10.

My son joined Safari Childcare in September, right from the off the staff have all been incredible, I had some worries concerning my son and they listened and took everything on board, they went above and beyond to help us, since being at safari he has flourished, his language has come on tenfold and

it is so lovely to see!
He loves going there and has a brilliant relationship with his key person.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him to begin his educational journey! I will be forever grateful for the support that they provide not only to him but to myself as well!
My little girl has had a few settling-in sessions ready to start and they have made both of us feel so at ease for this new chapter were both about to embark on! She already seems super comfortable there!
Really puts my mind at ease ??

Our daughter joined Safari Childcare a couple of months ago now. We were impressed from the initial show around and hearing about what the nursery had to offer. Due to being a lockdown baby, and therefore unable to attend a variety of social settings, my daughter has anxiety when left, but even when

she is very emotional at drop-offs, all staff are calm and welcoming to help calm her down. Since she joined, we have already seen such an incredible improvement in her understanding, following instructions and speech - we cannot wait to see how much more she progresses in all aspects of her development here. Safari has worked promptly and professionally to resolve any minor issues we’ve raised. They picked the perfect key worker for my daughter - someone I just cannot speak highly enough of who has built up a great relationship with our daughter; as have other members of staff. The CCTV helps me to feel reassured throughout the day as well. I highly recommend this childcare setting!

Overall Experience

My son has attended Safari since August 2021. Due to being a lockdown baby and unable to attend many social settings, the nursery has really helped with this, and in the last few months especially, we have seen him come on leaps and bounds. Any issues we have had, Safari have worked with us to resolve

them quickly, and I cannot speak highly enough of his key person and other regular staff within his room, they are always keeping us updated and reassuring us in terms of any concerns we may have about his development etc. We have particularly noticed his social skills, eating skills and speech have come on really really well, and I put this down mostly to his attendance at nursery. My son now looks forward to going and is always very happy when I go and pick him up. I would highly recommend Safari Childcare.
