Overall Experience

Both my children have begun their education at Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm. The place is one of a kind. Children are so happy here; they are free-range! The environment has seen a number of revamps since the new management, the major one being the new outdoor space. Whilst this looks like something

out of children's TV, it still maintains the rugged charm that makes Pump Farm so special. Children learn to manage their own capabilities in an exciting and outdoors environment. The golden rules underpin everything that makes people good humans. Staff plan and lead the most wonderful activities based on children's interests. I particularly love the way they get the children involved in the local community such as visiting care homes and going to the fire station. The chef is unreal. Potty training is supported with real compassion. The staff are supportive and realistic and the real soul of the place; the manager, is just the most infectiously joyous person, you can see why children adore being there.

Overall Experience

I couldn't recommend Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm highly enough! The staff consistently think of engaging activities, linked in with my children's interests; from baking and cooking (even for my 1-year-old) to all kinds of crafts and most importantly - getting messy outdoors. My daughter loves being

part of forest school, cooking on the campfire and telling me about her 'golden rules'. We love being part of a nursery which encourages children to get outdoors and be interested about their environment. The meals are great, homemade and varied options. New management have exceeded our expectations of the nursery, amazing refurbishment both indoors and to the playground. Best of all, you can tell that the staff have a genuine care for the children that they look after. We are fortunate to have found such a great learning environment for our children!

Overall Experience

Our little boy absolutely loves it here. He never cries when he is handed over and loves the wonderful staff! The care and attention the staff and key workers pay the children is exactly as you would wish for your child. The setting is lovely especially the outdoor areas and the newly developed baby

room. I often see them out walking with the children in the village and they do special activities each week to mirror what each child has done at the weekend. There are some lovely touches around holidays and occasions. The app is fantastic at keeping parents informed throughout the day and sharing photos. The chef also does an amazing job with a varied menu! Very happy mummy and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

My daughter loves coming to nursery. She is well-looked after and I have regular updates. She absolutely loves her key worker who is amazing with her and makes me feel extremely comfortable with leaving her, in the nursery care.

Overall Experience

Yellow Brick Road has been a wonderful nursery for our daughters (1 & 2)! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere. Our eldest loves her pre-school room and her key-worker, who has really helped her confidence blossom. When our youngest started, they let her visit the baby

room to help her little sister settle, which was really sweet. The girls love the activities, especially baking and the weekly dance class with an external instructor. We also appreciate their commitment to outdoor play, for which they have an incredible garden and forest school options. Highly recommend Yellow Brick Road!

We are absolutely thrilled with Yellow Brick Road, Pump Farm and the exceptional care our son receives in the Baby Room! The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, loving, and attentive. They go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment where he feels secure

and loved. Since joining, we've seen such wonderful progress in his development, and it's clear the team takes great care in tailoring activities to suit his age and needs. The Baby Room is always spotless, with a wonderful range of age-appropriate resources that encourage both learning and fun. We're consistently impressed by the thoughtful updates and how well the team communicates with us. It's evident that they truly care about each child's well-being and growth, which gives us so much peace of mind. We feel so fortunate to have found such a fantastic nursery, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

My daughter attends the forst school in the school holidays and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and always smiling!! They always have great activities planned and something different every day. The food they provide is always fantastic, my daughter eats more there than at

home. Five stars aren't enough to be honest. They are just brilliant. The renovation they have done to the place is just amazing! Well done to the whole team.

Overall Experience

A great nursery - we have sent all three of our children here with confidence. The staff are caring and really supportive - they are like extended family members to us, they mean so much.
The fees are transparent. Whilst the fees are high, it's the same with other nurseries including those attached

to private schools.
The nursery is clean and thoughtfully decked out for the children - the management take immense care in making sure the nursery is as engaging for the children as possible with learning play and activities.
My little one has made friends and has confidence - nursery has helped him grow ready for school in September - thank you Yellow Brick Road.

Overall Experience

Yellow Brick Road Pump Farm Nursery is the nursery to take your child. The confidence and faith in the small team is easy to say. Excellent points are the forest school leaders and specific skills that show your children like rope/ knot tying and fire safety. The nursery prepares children through the

stages, from little explorers to forest school pre-school age. The on-site chef is a real treat. No processed foods, home-cooked variety of meals and puddings. The Manager and her team go to town on the celebrations of events.. spoiling the children and making them feel one in a million. Without a doubt, Yellow Brick Road Nursery is the one to choose. The new garden, sand pit and water pump are class above the rest.

We cannot speak highly enough of Yellow Brick Road they have been amazing in the 6 years we have used them! Both children who attend absolutely love it there and are always happy and content when they come home! The staff genuinely care for not only the children but the parents as well. They have supported

our entire family through some very turbulent years due to health complications and we honestly couldn't have managed without their support, especially from higher management! The facilities they have at the setting are excellent and they always go above and beyond to give all the children the best experience and learning possible!

Overall Experience

I highly recommend this nursery and the especially the staff in the Toddler Room. The staff go over and above when it comes to the care of my child and the personal touches are so innovative and caring. My child loves going to nursery and knows all the names of the staff. The nursery often have family

days where you get to meet the staff and talk about your child and answer any questions. The days are always such fun and the fine details are impeccable. They think of the children and the parents.
The children are always made feel special and given the most thoughtful gestures like making Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthday cards for parents, Christmas cards....the list goes on. The most special gift we have received was a bauble with a length of ribbon in which was dated and the ribbon was the length of our child that year. I will treasure that forever.
I really cannot express in words how grateful I am to all the staff and the work they do.

Overall Experience

We love Yellow Brick Road Nursery at Bracebridge Heath. All the staff know our daughter and say hello, they're helpful and provide detailed reports of the activities each day. They're always coming up with new and original tasks and events, especially following on from events outside of the nursery

(for example a holiday or an exciting weekend activity).
Our daughter is always enthused by Yellow Brick Road and learning. They instill key values such as 'kind hands' and 'listening ears' which have been great to transfer to behaviour at home too.
We highly recommend Yellow Brick Road.
PS. The chef's cooking is amazing!

Overall Experience

I have 2 boys who have been at Yellow Brick Road since they were 6 months old, they are now just leaving at the ages of 11 and 12.
The manager and the team have always gone above and beyond in every aspect for my children, the setting and the whole environment.
We have always been well communicated

with and extra attention has been given when one of us has been away through work.
My boys are thriving socially, educationally and values and I absolutely credit Yellow Brick Road for being part of this.

My children have always loved going to Yellow Brick Road, they have both progressed so much thanks to the nurturing and care provided.

Overall Experience

An amazing nursery for my little girl. The staff are absolutely brilliant with the children and all I hear from my child is how much fun she has and how she loves her teachers. She comes home and re-enacts the day's events which is lovely to see.
My child has always come home with positive things to

say about the staff and other children, sounds like no one is ever left out and they are all included in each and every activity.
I'm pleased I picked this nursery!

I moved my daughter here from another nursery and it's the best decision I made for her and us as parents. The staff are lovely, knowledgeable and most of all, know my child. The premises are clean, thoughtfully decorated and planned out. The activities are engaging with fresh ideas and resources that

link into the family approach that really encompasses the nursery.

Overall Experience

As a mother of a child with allergies, I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery staff and the extra mile the cook goes to ensure my daughter's allergies are catered for and that she is kept safe. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring there are risk processes in place to ensure she is safe while

in their care and I cannot thank them enough for this.
The staff are excellent, my daughter absolutely loves her key worker and going to nursery and does a wide variety of activities which she thoroughly enjoys.
The nursery provides updates on the app and it's very easy to communicate with staff via a simple message which is great.
The updated outdoor space is great and all the children enjoy it.
