Overall Experience

A great nursery - we have sent all three of our children here with confidence. The staff are caring and really supportive - they are like extended family members to us, they mean so much.
The fees are transparent. Whilst the fees are high, it's the same with other nurseries including those attached

to private schools.
The nursery is clean and thoughtfully decked out for the children - the management take immense care in making sure the nursery is as engaging for the children as possible with learning play and activities.
My little one has made friends and has confidence - nursery has helped him grow ready for school in September - thank you Yellow Brick Road.

Overall Experience

This school is a home away from home for our son. He is loved and cared for with the kindness and love he would get from home. The teachers encourage positive behaviour and always have fantastic activities for the children to learn from and enjoy.

Overall Experience

We cannot speak highly enough of Yellow Brick Road they have been amazing in the 6 years we have used them! Both children who attend absolutely love it there and are always happy and content when they come home! The staff genuinely care for not only the children but the parents as well. They have supported

our entire family through some very turbulent years due to health complications and we honestly couldn't have managed without their support, especially from higher management! The facilities they have at the setting are excellent and they always go above and beyond to give all the children the best experience and learning possible!

Overall Experience

I highly recommend this nursery and the especially the staff in the Toddler Room. The staff go over and above when it comes to the care of my child and the personal touches are so innovative and caring. My child loves going to nursery and knows all the names of the staff. The nursery often have family

days where you get to meet the staff and talk about your child and answer any questions. The days are always such fun and the fine details are impeccable. They think of the children and the parents.
The children are always made feel special and given the most thoughtful gestures like making Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthday cards for parents, Christmas cards....the list goes on. The most special gift we have received was a bauble with a length of ribbon in which was dated and the ribbon was the length of our child that year. I will treasure that forever.
I really cannot express in words how grateful I am to all the staff and the work they do.

Overall Experience

We love Yellow Brick Road Nursery at Bracebridge Heath. All the staff know our daughter and say hello, they're helpful and provide detailed reports of the activities each day. They're always coming up with new and original tasks and events, especially following on from events outside of the nursery

(for example a holiday or an exciting weekend activity).
Our daughter is always enthused by Yellow Brick Road and learning. They instill key values such as 'kind hands' and 'listening ears' which have been great to transfer to behaviour at home too.
We highly recommend Yellow Brick Road.
PS. The chef's cooking is amazing!

Overall Experience

I have 2 boys who have been at Yellow Brick Road since they were 6 months old, they are now just leaving at the ages of 11 and 12.
The manager and the team have always gone above and beyond in every aspect for my children, the setting and the whole environment.
We have always been well communicated

with and extra attention has been given when one of us has been away through work.
My boys are thriving socially, educationally and values and I absolutely credit Yellow Brick Road for being part of this.

My children have always loved going to Yellow Brick Road, they have both progressed so much thanks to the nurturing and care provided.
The meals are varied and healthy, giving my children chance to try different foods.
Enquiries are always promptly replied to by management and they are very accommodating.

I moved my daughter here from another nursery and it's the best decision I made for her and us as parents. The staff are lovely, knowledgeable and most of all, know my child. The premises are clean, thoughtfully decorated and planned out. The activities are engaging with fresh ideas and resources that

link into the family approach that really encompasses the nursery.
My daughter is always so happy to attend her sessions and I feel very comfortable and relaxed knowing she is having the best time!

As a mother of a child with allergies, I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery staff and the extra mile the cook goes to ensure my daughter's allergies are catered for and that she is kept safe. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring there are risk processes in place to ensure she is safe while

in their care and I cannot thank them enough for this.
The staff are excellent, my daughter absolutely loves her key worker and going to nursery and does a wide variety of activities which she thoroughly enjoys.
The nursery provides updates on the app and it's very easy to communicate with staff via a simple message which is great.
The updated outdoor space is great and all the children enjoy it.

Yellow Brick Road is a lovely nursery with fantastic staff, they have home-cooked fresh meals every day and I love the added bonus of them providing nappies, wipes, creams etc. It takes the stress of being a working family every day just knowing they provide all of these extra things and it is such

a creative and educational environment for the children to thrive in. Couldn't ask for a better nursery.

My 2 children have been coming to Yellow Brick Road since they were babies. It is a brilliant setting and they are very lucky to attend such an outstanding nursery.
There is always something fun to do and the staff are lovely. I am sure the nursery has helped shape the well-being and confidence of

my children. The children always love the food and they are so happy to come to the holiday club, I have no problems getting them up on those mornings!

My daughter first started at Yellow Brick Road in 2021 followed by my son in 2022. Yellow Brick Road is the most incredible nursery and I have nothing but praise for them for how they have cared for my children over the last three years. The staff are incredible and work so hard to provide a home-from-home

setting with new and exciting activities every week, with regular pictures and updates letting you know how your children are getting on. Both my son and daughter have thrived at nursery and learnt so much, we couldn't be any happier.

My son has been attending Yellow Brick Road since April this year in the baby room, and I couldn't be happier with the service we have received. I was extremely anxious about returning to work however the staff at Yellow Brick Road made this transition so much easier with how well they helped my son

settle into his new routine with them. The staff are kind, patient understanding and are extremely informative when I need any help regarding my son's childcare, and I always feel so confident leaving him at the setting when I am at work. I would like to thank the staff in particular as she really does go over and above to ensure my son has a fun-filled and educational experience whilst in her care. I would highly recommend Yellow Brick Road to anybody considering placing their child here.

Yellow Brick Road has been (and still is) a wonderful place for both my children. All rooms are equipped with lots of engaging toys for imaginative play, and each day a new activity is available for them to explore, including messy play! They have a lovely (newly refurbished) garden to play in all year

round, they also take the children on walks to experience the world outside of the nursery, including visits to the local shops and playground (when age-appropriate!). The staff are warm, friendly and approachable for any queries or questions you may have. My children always eat every meal they provide at nursery which is a high compliment! I would recommend this nursery to anyone wanting their children to receive top quality care in a local setting.

My daughter has been going to Yellow Brick Road for over 4 years now she started in preschool and then did after school club and breakfast club while she is at school as well as attending holiday club there.
My daughter has ADHD, attachment disorder and is on the SEN register. Yellow Brick have been

and continue to be amazing with her and given her a safe place to be herself and enjoy herself.
She is really well looked after and the staff are amazing. She has been encourage to be independent. Which for my daughter is a big thing now she is 8. Couldn't ask for a better provider. They understand her needs and are fantastic. Nothing is too much of a trouble and are happy to give advice when needed.
