Each of their nurseries is open five days a week, 51 weeks a year. Every day is packed with fun and exciting learning opportunities. All of their resources are carefully chosen to support both indoor and outdoor learning, with a strong focus on bringing the indoors outside in well-equipped gardens.

Qualified chefs are dedicated to delighting the appetites of little guests with mouth-watering, healthy, and nutritious meals, all freshly prepared in-house.

All Little Explorers nurseries are designed to be safe and secure environments, allowing children to move freely and enjoy the wide range of natural resources they provide. The team have a deep appreciation for outdoor play and learning, which is why they have developed outdoor classrooms that offer children unlimited learning opportunities.

Their nursery practitioners and professionals support children in overcoming challenges, taking risks, building friendships, developing new skills, and caring for one another.

Whether indoors or outdoors, education at Little Explorers knows few boundaries. Children are encouraged to make choices about how they learn, with their role being to facilitate their journey.

The team are all very welcoming and caring and provide a good variety of activities and support to the children. Positive behaviour reinforcement is promoted particularly with regard to children's independence, eating and creativity.
The facilities at the nursery are great with access to varied toys,
equipment and "extra curriculars" e.g. forest school, trips out etc. While outside space is limited they have worked hard to make the these areas fun and enriching.
Communication with the parents is good with regular nursery updates and an app.
The one area I would like to see more of (and that's not to say it doesn't happen as we know it does!) would be a little more support with reading and writing to help set the kids up for reception.

there just isn't enough space outside that's all, everything out there is great just small
and the baby room is SO small
Stafff have and are great, caring and supportive, and build great relationships with our children and Us.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter started here when she was 10 months old and settled really quickly. It's clear from seeing the interactions that she loves the team here and that they really do care about the children. In the 8 months she has been here, there have been several changes,
mainly in management/staff. However, we were always kept informed, and open discussions of any concerns about the changes were encouraged.
The team actively encourages parent input into how best they can help with areas of development for their child with "focus weeks", and the parent app allows us to see photos of what they've been doing in the day. It's clear the staff are invested in the children's development.
The food is freshly cooked, healthy and has a varied menu - my daughter will often have a 2nd portion!
The team organise great activities for the children during the day and also events for parents to join in with as well - allowing the team time to also get to know the parents better.

Both my daughters (3 & 6) have attended Little Explorers and absolutely loved their time there and all the staff. There have been lots of changes over the last year but these have been positive and it is a lovely environment for the children. All the staff are amazing and provide excellent activities
for the children also feeding back to us regularly. They have home cooked food every day and cater for all needs.

Lots of new learning experiences for the children and lovely that it is extended to include activities we can do at home. The management team now are brilliant at communicating with us face to face and via emails. Inviting families into the nursery to take part in sessions is a fantastic way build
relationships. It is a wonderful nursery and my grandson so is happy and settled. He is learning so much every day and has strong bonds with the staff.

Both of my children (3.5yr/1.5yr) attend Little Explorers at Janes Lane and they are so happy there. I would gladly recommend it to other parents looking for a small and nurturing setting.
There has been a lot of positive change over the last six months, instigated by new management and led by the
lovely manager and deputy. Indeed all of the staff are lovely, genuinely caring and much adored by the children. My son absolutely devours the meals and everything they make in cooking club. While management and the team come up with endless fun and enlightening activities for the children both inside and outside. Curiosity, kindness and enthusiasm are all thoroughly and thoughtfully encouraged. As parents we are updated with lots of photos, notes about their day and invitations to family events.
The weekly visits from a sports development company to develop skills related to sport, hand/eye, team and fitness also stand out in addition to the schedule and the kids love it.

The team at Little Explorers Royal George Road, Burgess Hill has been absolutely amazing in helping my little boy feel safe, happy, and settled at pre-school. He doesn't usually like change, so sending him to pre-school full time after he's been so used to going to his childminder every day, felt very
daunting. But the team at pre-school made the transition so easy and calming. My little boy now really looks forward to going to preschool every morning, he's made lots of new friends, has tried lots of new foods that he would have never tried before, enjoys all the different activities on offer, and particularly loves his key worker, and loves forest school every Tuesday and Thursday. He comes home full of smiles and stories to share with his mum and dad. And we're so thrilled and reassured to see him so happy. We love watching him learn more and more every day.

Our son has been at Little Explorers Royal George Road for 6 months and is now 12 months old. He's been so well supported by the members of the baby room, they took such great care when he was first settling in and really helped us adjust too with thoughtful handovers and clear asks (eg when to pack
extras of things!).
A particular thanks to one of the staff who has always been particularly helpful when I come to pick up my son in my wheelchair- always taking the time to make sure I've got his bag and belongings balanced before securing the baby- the extra care is really appreciated!

Little Explorers is absolutely wonderful. Our daughter has thrived since joining and is excited to go every time!
All staff are so caring and she talks about them non-stop!
The food is incredible and she enjoys all of her meals and the recipes are available to parents too!
The app is so user-friendly
and updates are great! Any questions are answered quickly. and there is nothing at all to be unhappy about. We are so happy yo have found such an amazing nursery that she loves so much.

Our little one absolutely loves Little Explorers. She enjoys it so much that she asks to come and says she's not in. The staff are all lovely and really accommodating. The food is fantastic to the point she will eat multiple plates of food. Overall we are really happy with how she's getting on, the

My child has settled into nursery beautifully and we are very happy with the keyworkers.
We have noticed how she has developed in her communication and have noticed how settled she is here. We look forward to watching her grow and develop over the coming weeks, months and years. Thank you for all that

My little boy has been at the nursery for over 2 years now, he is non-verbal so things are difficult for us. A particular member of staff at the nursery is amazing, she has gone above and beyond for us, and I really don't know where I would be without her. Her guidance and help with our child's journey
have been second to none, and I really don't think I would have known what to do. My child loves going to nursery, when he sees two particular members of staff his little face lights up, all the staff are amazing with my child, but he does not want to go to everyone. Another staff member is the one mainly with him on a daily basis now and she is also amazing, if I could take both these two staff members with me to the next school I would. Thank you so much for everything.

My daughter absolutely loves the nursery, she settled so well and looks forward to going, all the staff are extremely friendly, caring and engaging with children and parents. My daughter has taken a warming to a particular member of staff, who is amazing with my daughter, she's taken the time to help
her settle into the nursery and my daughter constantly mentions her at home. Enrolling into nursery was super easy and the management are always at hand to answer any questions. I am so pleased I chose Little Explorers for my daughter.
