They aim to create a warm and nurturing environment, with a team who care about every child they work with and strive to deliver not only high quality care but also to give children the best head start to their education.

All nurseries have lots to offer to stimulate and engage children whilst promoting their development. This includes creative classes such as arts & crafts, cooking and dancing, maths & literacy where children are encouraged to begin building a great foundation for their early education, as well as language lessons where children can learn basics like numbers, colours and body parts.

What a fabulous gem! We love the staff so much and both my children have thrived in their care. The setting is small but this allows the staff to really get to know the children and meet their needs. My son absolutely loves going each morning and knows he is safe to explore and develop his confidence.
We are so grateful to everyone who works there.

My experience has been very positive at Purple Lion Day Nurseries Benfleet. You can tell that the staff really work together as a tight knit team and the priority is all about the well being and development of the children. All the staff I have encountered have been friendly and it has been so lovely
to see my child have a close bond with her key worker. My daughter is happy and has settled amazingly at the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. It is small but well run and I love the fact that there is an app to keep up to date with everything.

I went to the toddlers Christmas party and had a lovely time. Father Christmas visited with gifts for all the children. (oh their little faces) then a chance for photos with him in his grotto.
The children had a great time, singing and dancing also games and and a buffet.
The staff are lovely and
the kids love them.
This is a brilliant nursery for my nephew he is thriving has lil friends and loves it.

Fantastic nursery and amazing staff! My 3 children have all attended Purple Lion Day Nursery. The eldest being 12 now and 7 years later I was so happy to find the setting had the same staff there. I honestly couldn't love this nursery anymore you get a home to home feeling as soon as you walk into the
door. All staff know each child personally regardless of what room they are in. My youngest is the only one left at the setting now and I honestly can say I will be so sad when he leaves next year. Communication is fantastic from weekly updates to every single day when you go to collect you get updated on how much they have eaten, nappy or toilet changes and what they have done during the day. Not a day goes by where any of my children have not loved going to nursery and I know they are well loved and safe. I honestly couldn't say a bad word about Purple Lion and the staff I definitely think this is the best setting in the area and recommend it. Purple Lion will forever hold a special place in my heart.

This is the first nursery I have decided to send my daughter, it's coming up to 2 years now what I love about Purple Lion Day Nurseries is the planned activities every week, staff really make an effort and we get to see videos and pictures on Family App. Recently the little music videos shared by them.
I have visited few times, and as a parent I felt the warmth and love within the staff and children. The nursery is very clean and very organised. I attended the Christmas party in December and that was amazing, service provided was perfection. Food and company, staff interaction with parents was good. My daughter started going out for little trips which I normally wouldn't allow other than me and my wife, but the staff take good care of these children. I would recommend this nursery to others.

My child really enjoys coming to Purple Lion Day Nursery on a Thursday. The play leaders at the nursery are really friendly and helpful. The nursery maintains good standards. My child has developed both good communicational and physical developmental skills since attending the nursery. The children
are really well fed and I love getting updates on the family app is the highlight of my week. I can keep calm and positive knowing that my daughter is being looked after whilst I'm at work.

Really happy with the nursery overall and the thought and care that goes into everything the staff do. Our girls are very happy there and enjoy the various activities they put on for them. The staff genuinely care which you can see reflected in the happiness of the children. The location is also great
for days we have to travel into work, as it's not far from the tube.

Purple Lion Day Nurseries Chingford is a thoroughly nurturing and positive environment where the children are well known as individuals and cared for as such.
The facilities are varied with both indoor and outdoor spaces well used for a variety of activities. Outdoor and messy play are prioritised.
It is really interesting to be informed in messages about plans for the week and to receive feedback on how these have gone via the Family App.
Parents receive regular and detailed written reviews of the children's progress and targets and regular feedback is given verbally at the door on pick up.
The staff clearly enjoy working with the children and seeing their development and my grandchildren enjoy their experience there. The care and attention of the staff has enabled them to settle in really well. There has been excellent communication between parents and staff regarding the specific needs of the children.
Overall we're very happy with the service provided by the nursery.

Purple Lion Day Nursery is a brilliant nursery. All the staff are so kind and caring and the kids days seem filled with creative, stimulating activities. My daughter joined when she was 14 months and will be with Purple Lions until school in September. My daughter has developed so much under their care.
We are so happy we chose them. Thank you to all the staff who put so much into the children.

My son joined Purple Lion Day Nurseries in March 2023 and we have nothing but positive things to say about the setting. The staff are so caring and treat the children like they are their own. They are so invested in their development and communicate really well with us on everything they get up to.
The children do such a lovely range of activities all week, including themed arts and crafts, baking, circle time, signing, outdoor play. My son has developed so well since being at Purple Lion and he really enjoys being there.
The updates on the family app at the beginning and end of the week are informative and great to see what they do. Lots of great photos and also the observations each week are really nice too.
I have also attended some stay and play sessions last year which I really enjoyed. As a small setting the children get a lot of attention.
Could not recommend Purple Lion more!

My daughter has been attending since 2023 and I am and have always been really happy with the care she receives here. The staff are supportive, engaging, caring and helpful. She enjoys going into nursery and telling me about her friends and all the things they have been doing during the day, which usually
include arts and crafts, singing, dancing and playing in the garden. She loves showing off all the things she has made and displaying them at home. The nursery are very good with communication and keeping me informed through the app which is a big help.
