Overall Experience

My daughter has attended Quays Park for a few months and I have been very impressed with how consistent the nursery has been. The staff are very nurturing and supportive. The setting itself is laid out beautifully, always clean and plenty of activities. The garden aspect is brilliant. The team in the

cottage room are incredible, my daughter loves her time here. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery.

Overall Experience

Our family loves the nursery and all the staff! We love how the team works and how transparent they are about what they do. Using the app for daily updates and communication is great for very busy families. Day by day, week by week, I can see how my kid is doing. The team is supportive and understands

the needs of kids and parents. The rooms and garden are well equipped. We've been here almost since the beginning and I can see the team is always looking for improvements. We love charity events and can't wait for the next one! I would recommend nursery to any family, in fact, I already did!

Overall Experience

Friendly, welcoming staff and feel to the nursery. It is clean and tidy. The rooms and gardens are secure with plenty of space for the children to play. My son settled in really nicely. The staff are lovely and caring. There are always lots of different activities for the children to do and plenty of time is spent outside. The app is great for keeping you up to date on your child's day and the staff always let you know how they've got on at pick up. I'd really recommend it!

Overall Experience

We are blown away by the level of care that our daughter receives at North Street Nursery. From the very beginning, you have all been very professional, so understanding of her additional needs and so friendly and informative to us as her parents. Dropping her off at nursery for the first time in January

was a very big (and scary!) deal for us, but you made the transition as easy as possible and kept us informed of any issues or questions you had, to which we are very grateful. Seeing her grow and develop both physically and mentally under your care and, above all, really enjoy her time at nursery has been so special for us as a family. Her key worker has been outstanding since day one, we honestly couldn’t be happier with her level of care. The same goes for all other staff members taking on her additional needs with such positivity and enthusiasm. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for all you do for our daughter and for playing such a positive role in her life.

Overall Experience

Since my child started at North Street, she has settled so fast with the help of friendly and encouraging staff. Her fabulous bakery room staff quickly grasped her personality and interest in all things energetic.
My child has been encouraged to make friends, to explore building, messy play, getting

out to the garden and most importantly she has been safely supervised through it all.
My child is very active and keen to put everything on her face or in her mouth and staff have been excellent in keeping her stimulated and stopping her eating sand/rice/paint etc.
It is not easy to juggle supervising multiple tiny people and being energetic and upbeat all the time. Myself and my child's dad greatly appreciate the work you put in on a daily basis to feed/re-dress and entertain her whilst she learns about the world around her. You guys are all very patient and kind with our wee child and she loves going in to see her friends!

Overall Experience

We are so pleased that we chose Lydstep, it's such a lovely nursery and our little boy really enjoys his days there.
The nursery was newly built in 2022, so we knew that all the facilities had been specially designed with children in mind. Our little one is in The Cottage, which has lots of montessori

toys, a sensory room, a sleeping room and an outside space. It was important to us that he has a separate place to sleep as naps are so important, and most nurseries in the area just have a 'space' in the main room with soft mats for sleeping.
We really like and appreciate all the staff, and even though it took our little one a couple of weeks to settle, we knew he was having lots of cuddles. He's now so content at nursery and every time I pick him up he seems so happy playing. The staff are brilliant and you can really tell when he comes home how much he has learnt. We love the app so we can see what has happened in his day, as well as receive updates and pictures.

Overall Experience

Such an amazing environment with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. My little one is currently in preschool at Lydstep and the key workers are amazing at planning and setting up activities for him to learn through play and through trial and error. They also learn about the different cultures through

activities and books which I think is very important in this day and age. The team also make sure that preschoolers learn to be independent in readiness for school. I am blown away by the skills my little one has grasped and mastered since starting at Lydstep. I would definitely recommend this nursery to all parents!

We have been so impressed with the communication and dedication of the team at Lydstep. Their use of the app to keep parents and carers informed of the children’s day is exemplary - friends with children in other settings don’t get anything like the detail we do. Our daughter has some additional medicine

needed during the day which is administered without issue. The care and attention shown to the children are lovely to witness and reassure us that our little one is having a great day.

My almost 3 year old has been attending NSN for just over 12 moths now and he loves it!
The staff are so friendly and brilliant with the children, they do lots of engaging activities and trips to the local park to learn about the outdoors and road/stranger safety. He always come out absolutely filthy,

which I take as a sign he’s had a good time and got involved in the learning!
The fee structure for when your child turns 3 and gets the free hours is much fairer than our previous nursery. We can fully utilise the free hours we are entitled to without restriction, which is also much more affordable for working parents. The opening hours are flexible and include bank holidays, which is very handy if you need to work bank holidays.
Overall, we are really happy with NSN and would recommend to any prospective parents looking for a new nursery.

Overall Experience

My son started to attend Lydstep in May 2023. At first, I was sure he would not stay more than half an hour, to be honest, and I thought the settling session would be hard for him.
After the first week and a few meltdowns, he was looking forward. He missed some time, even 2 weeks and still was ok when

he returned. Now, after 5 months once we enter the door I do not exist. He will go straight to play. He is at preschool and the teachers are amazing. Both of them are lovely and will do anything to make sure meet any child's needs and that I think is important. The building is new and is comfy and warm, they have numerous places with activities and every day is something new.
The park is in front of the building and because of the tall trees, in the summer you can be in the park because you have nice shade to run from the sun. About the food I cannot say much as my son only eats snacks, rarely food from them as we are not British and he is also picky with textures. I am happy I will have him here this year. Thank you.
