We love this nursery, the staff are really passionate and can make a difference in the lives of our little ones. My daughter has gained so much confidence in herself (joined when she was 2) and made a lot of good friends. The level of care given to her was incredible, hugs when needed, advice and trust
were always there. The activities they do with the children are so helpful in shaping their future.

The nursery has been great for my son, he joined shortly after his 3rd birthday and has loved every second he's been at Play 2 Learn. We are constantly updated via the app on what they have eaten in the day and pictures are posted regularly to see what our little ones have been up to in the day. We
loved play 2 Learn so much my 2nd son will be joining in September.

I have used Play 2 Learn for both my children, one who is now 8 and one who is 4. The care for the girls is outstanding! Each had a dedicated key person, who really knew all about my child. From their little quirks and their learning journey and supported them to be all that they can be! Communication
has been great and has become greater with the use of an app where they can message your key person, see activities they have been doing and receive messages during the day.
The management are easy to speak to if you had any problems, nothing was too much trouble, same with the staff in the rooms.
The nursery itself is clean and cosy, they even had nursery pets! The garden is lovely and the range of activities in and outside are great, they have different clubs included in the day such as a science club and for one experiment they made a volcano erupt!
Thank you so much to the team for all the support, the girls will really miss seeing all the staff!

Play 2 Learn is an amazing nursery. The staff are great and very supportive of new parents. Their settling sessions are great and well thought out to ensure both parent and child are comfortable with the experience. As parents who do not support the cry-out method, Play 2 Learn have been fantastic at
comforting our daughter and ensuring she has a tear-free settling experience, and keeping us informed via their app. Thank you to the manager and two particular members of staff for looking after our daughter!

Star nursery! Staff are so attentive, friendly and considerate. New activities are added regularly and you can follow the child's progress on the app which has all their info organized. Messaging system on the app also makes it a breeze to communicate directly with child's key person. Absolutely pleased
and impressed with their care.

I honestly don’t have words for how amazing this nursery is. My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly 2 years and I have been impressed with every aspect of her development since joining. I am quite particular in how I raise my child and very specific with her care needs and I have always
been impressed with how well all staff caring for my daughter have taken my instructions.
Since being at the nursery my child has formed amazing friendships and bonded with a variety of their staff and that’s a testament to the great environment that Play 2 Learn Nursery provides. They have an app that allows them to update you on a daily basis in regards to every aspect of your child’s care; when and what they eat, when they go to the toilet/nappy change, when they wash their hands, when they sleep! Honestly it's remarkable; I have nothing but positive things to say. If you’re a parent that’s anxious about your child starting a new nursery, rest assured, this nursery is the right choice.

I have positive feedback about this nursery. The attitude there is professional, parents have an app to follow their child’s eating, toilet visits and other activities. My child has improved all his skills since he started nursery at Play 2 Learn Day Nursery Grays. I have this feedback not just from

My daughter has had the most amazing 2 years so far at this nursery! The staff have made us feel very relaxed and reassured that our child is in a safe environment. Over the last 2 years the development progress that has been made is remarkable. There isn’t a high turnover of staff which makes my daughter
feel very settled and they all make an effort to know your child which gives it a family feel.

Right from when I came to check out the nursery I fell in love with it. All the staff are friendly and their professionalism is top notch. I never had any issues at all with the nursery or staff. They truly care about the children looking after them, teaching them things to develop their cognitive
and physical development and not just after profit making. It is money well spent for me as a parent.
I also love the fact that there are two gardens. The front garden where the kids have a well-equipped play area and the back garden where they can learn about gardening, nature, etc. It is also a chance to get some fresh air. My son loves the front garden so much and it helped settle him down in his first week.
I would also say the nursery is tech savvy too as there is an app where they keep the parents updated on your child's activities, reviews, what they ate, what time they napped, etc. If you are reading this review do not hesitate to enroll your kids.

I can’t thank you enough for everything the team done for us. From the day we joined the nursery when our son was 14 months old until now he is almost 5, incredible team, management, education, support.
The app was giving us the reassurance that he was fine, staff always updating with pictures and
progress.
Highly recommend.

Play 2 Learn Nursery is a very professional setting with caring staff who go above and beyond to help your little one be comfortable and feel welcomed. They will take my son off me crying in the mornings at drop off and settle him in the next few minutes. Communication is very quick and easy through
the app. The app gives you access to your child’s activities and personal progress which is great.

My child started nursery in December 2022 and the nursery staff have been amazing. They welcomed him into the group and really helped him during his first few weeks settling in and helped his confidence grow so much since! The staff have always been great with communication and updates through the app
but also face-to-face drop-ups/pickups and meetings, their care and passion for looking after all the children show every time we see them at nursery. All the activities that take place at nursery seem fun, and helpful towards learning and my child always has things to talk about that he enjoys doing each day and also teaching important lessons such as road safety, giving the children a chance to get out and about while learning. My child loves nursery and it’s a shame that he wasn’t able to start here earlier! We are extremely happy with the care he receives at Play 2 Learn.

Our daughter has been attending Play 2 Learn Day Nursery for over 3 years and we are immensely grateful and appreciative of the support, care and just a lovely little “home away from home” setting that all the members of staff have created.
What I particularly like is that everyone is friendly, caring

My son started nursery when he was 2 years and 2 months, in almost 3 years of Play to Learn, he became an independent child, social, careful and kind. He has been attached to all members of staff because they gave him the chance to express himself and his feelings. When he was upset, there was always
someone to give him a cuddle, for that I am thankful and happy. He did find his second family where he was comfortable and loved. Highly recommend this nursery, worth every penny that we have invested in our son's future.

Play 2 Learn Day Nursery have been fantastic. Covid meant he had little social experience by the time he started there - they took the time to find a key person that he could really take to, one that recognised days I struggled and did crafts with my son to make me smile at the end of the day. They
have helped support him while we moved home (I kept him there despite the hour-ish commute back and forth as he had built incredible relationships with the staff as well as friends) they took the lead in potty training, even discussing his toilet chart we have at home when we struggled keeping the nappy off at home. Everything they do is with care and development in mind- they are a fantastic team, all of which I have built a great relationship with too, they care about the parents aswell as the safety of the children - my little ones particularly enjoys the extra curriculum activities they provide that enriches the children’s time there further - well done Play 2 Learn.

I really can't fault Play 2 Learn Day Nursery Grays. I have two children and between them they have been in all of the rooms so I have dealt with most members of staff and I can honestly say they are all amazing. I can see the special bonds that both of my children have formed and it makes me feel so
confident that they are in good hands. My son has a lot of energy but his teachers are great with him and know how to get the best from him. They do different activities every day and they are very creative often having themed days. They update the app often with lots of pictures and observations and the chat function makes it really easy to talk to their rooms. My daughter has many allergies and I have been very impressed by the way they have handled this with her. They are also currently a massive help with potty training. We love the nursery so much that we just keep increasing sessions even when not necessarily needed, as the children gain so much from their time there.

We are so happy that we choose Play 2 Learn Day Nursery for our daughter! The entire team is amazing, very supportive and very kind! They do all types of fun/interactive activities with the children, which helps a lot in their development. My daughter started to attend the nursery at 18 months old,
she is now 22 months old and I can see the benefits of the nursery on her behaviour and development! Highly recommend it! If I could, I would give 10 stars!

My son has been attending this nursery since February 2022 and I am so pleased we chose Play 2 Learn. He loves coming to nursery, he’s happy, learning and developing and most of all I know he is looked after. There is a car park which is handy and the Family app is amazing. You can track your child's
day from start to finish. All the staff are lovely and interact well with all the children. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you!
