I am very happy with Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Holywood. I have 2 children attending. One in the baby room and one in the preschool 2-4 years old room. They both love going and very clearly have a great time there. The staff are all very welcoming, approachable and enthusiastic. You can tell
they enjoy working there too. Thank you to all the team for making going to work an easier transition.

Amazing. Toddler never liked nursery or other settings but enjoys Sleepy Hollow a lot. No issues with drop-off or collection (no tears).
Staff are great with the children, always new and fun things for the children to do. Very clean and tidy.

I have had two children use this nursery and between them, they have been in every room. I can't praise this nursery enough, they seem to all care so much about the babies and children, they really go the extra mile and there are so many wonderful things that they do with the children. All the staff
and managers have been extremely supportive, the facilities and outside space are amazing and I get lots of updates on how they are doing. The best thing is they have both loved going in and I always felt confident dropping them there knowing they would have a brilliant day and be well cared for.

All of the staff are so lovely, they are so down to earth. The kids love going in each morning. They were so supportive of my daughter's potty training, which made the whole process much less stressful.
In pre-school I have seen my son's confidence grow so much.
The communication with the parents
and grandparents is always clear. With lots of opportunities for us to visit and join in throughout the year.

My daughter has been going to the Eager and Able to Learn programme since September and has been doing really well, I can tell she loves going because she's always saying her carer's name at home and runs up to the nursery every morning. At the very beginning, she was very shy and cried every morning
but the staff were warm and engaging with her and she quickly got settled. She enjoys the activities that they have out in the room and in the drier months, she loves playing in the park that they have right outside her room.

Our experience at Sleepy Hollow has been exceptional. The staff are fantastic with my child and really helped him to settle in. We love the communication throughout the day via the app and find this really useful for tracking sleep and food. Our child has so much fun with all of the activities planned
and loves all of the staff. We have seen the benefits of our child being in Sleepy Hollow Nursery, with socialising, trying new foods, and becoming more confident.

I now have my second boy at Sleepy Hollow Holywood and he loves it! We are so impressed by the activities and personal development the staff provide here. The children have lots of outdoor time and all the staff are friendly, bubbly, caring and attentive. I love the personal touches included in all
the management side and information displays. It does not go unnoticed.

Good evening. We love the nursery and staff. In particular, the manager is a professional who runs a tight ship and is always on hand. Kind, thoughtful and always willing to get stuck in. The staff are welcoming and make a real effort, sometimes going above and beyond to support the children. One of
the staff always with a welcoming smile and arms outstretched for our youngest, other staff members are also brilliant. Another two are ever vigilant over our oldest, he comes home happy, stimulated and inspired. His words and knowledge amaze us constantly, we feel this is down to the care provided by the girls. Thank you.

I can never say thank you enough for all the hard work, effort and commitment all the staff gave my daughter. She can't always be the easiest as she has bouts of awful separation anxiety and diva moments but they are always so comforting and understanding. She has come on leaps and bounds socially and
that's down to every staff member she comes into contact with! I know she will have the best start to Primary Education because of the care and guidance the wonderful ladies in Sleepy Hollow have given.

My child only visits two days a week, a Monday and a Thursday. This was his first experience away from family over any period of time. The staff were and have been awesome since my son started in September. They helped him settle in quickly and ensured that plenty of updates, photos and messages were
sent through the app so both me and mum were able to see how settled he was throughout the day.
Due to a shift change at work, I enquired whether I would be able to swap Monday to Wednesday. Without hesitation, the staff agreed to change my son's stay to a Wednesday and Thursday.
The communication that we receive when my son is at nursery is fantastic.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the crèche over the past year. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, so loving, caring, and attentive to my child's needs. It's been wonderful to see how much he loves going and as a parent, it's such a comfort to know he is always happy
and content.
The crèche does such a fantastic job in so many small ways that often go unnoticed. From the lovely Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts to the thoughtful little touches like tea and coffee for parents, the fundraising for children in need, and the seasonal decorations at the entrance, it all adds up to a warm, welcoming, and thoughtful environment for both children and families.
I truly appreciate everything the team does and would highly recommend this crèche to other parents.

Friendly and caring staff who have created a calm environment for young children to flourish and to support their early development. Offered a lot of support to our baby and our family as he settled into nursery. They offer a variety of activities for children to encourage motor skills, and verbal skills
and encourage play with other children. We especially love that they take the children out into nature and engage the local community e.g. visits to the local forest and greengrocers.

Sleepy Hollow Crumlin is an amazing branch for childcare. My daughter gets excited to go every week, which makes it easier for myself when going to work. The staff are fantastic! Nothing is ever too much for them. My daughter runs through the door most mornings, but the mornings when she is tearful
leaving me, the staff have such a comforting way of encouraging her to come in for fun.
The wrap-around program is also extremely helpful, I can drop my daughter to Sleepy Hollow then they will bring her to school and pick her up again! She loves getting on the bus with her friends.
Most days she will come home with different arts and crafts which she has completed while being there or will sing me songs they have danced to.
I could not think of a better childcare facility for my daughter, I know she is safe, having fun and being well looked after

My children both started attending Sleepy Hollow Crumlin last January, after a quick and easy settling-in period, they were more than happy with the transition. My little girl has been going to Sleepy Hollow in Crumlin since she was 10 months old (she's now 2 and a half.) Throughout her time there, I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience. She has progressed through 2 rooms and I find each transition has been handled perfectly, with my child's needs
being a priority each time. I find this is a reflection on the staff and the care they provide.
When we approach the building each morning she gets excited and shouts out "Yay, daycare!" as she genuinely enjoys being there which makes going to work so much easier knowing my child is in an environment that allows her to thrive.

The staff were equally attentive and caring to us and our children whenever we had just joined, we appreciated this at the time of uncertainty about our own choices about spending time away from the children.
The clearest testament to the commitment of the staff is the clear sense of joy and pleasure
that you take in your accompanying the children each day. This is a great source of reassurance and is evident in the enthusiasm with which the children arrive in the morning and in their impatience to describe what they have been doing with you.
As educators, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Values, especially the commitment to creating a lovable school where children experience the dignity and respect that flows from the commitment to treating them as active little protagonists in their own development.
