We are so happy with the nursery. Our 18 month daughter is thriving here. She is always coming home having learnt something new. She is very chatty and I'm sure they are inspiring her vocabulary. I love that they can spend all day in the forest school also. The staff are so kind and attentive. It's
a pleasure to drop her off with a smile and pick her up messy knowing she has had a full day of exploring different mediums and sensories. Couldn't believe they even get external people in to do music classes and yoga as an example without extra cost. Couldn't recommend it enough.

So happy to find this nursery it immediately felt like a good fit. The staff are so warm, fun and genuinely invested in the little ones. Our now 3-year-old settled in really quickly, his confidence has grown and he loves it there. He comes home most days with artwork/baking, there's weekly yoga and
a big new forest school too.

Our little one has been at Ivy House Day Nursery Thames Ditton for nine months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it truly feels like family.
A big factor for us was the forest garden and outdoor space, and Ivy House delivers. Our child spends so much time outdoors, exploring
and learning in nature. The transition from maternity leave to work felt daunting, but the team made it so easy, offering constant support and reassurance.
The manager is fantastic-always there with parenting advice on speech, separation anxiety, potty training, and more. The team is also super flexible with ad-hoc days, which has been a lifesaver.
Our child's key worker and the team provide daily updates and monthly reviews, and they truly know and understand our little one. Drop-offs are a breeze, and pick-ups are full of happy chatter-proof she loves it there.
We couldn't recommend Ivy House more, a nurturing, happy place.

Ivy House is a warm, child-centred nursery that has a family and homey feel. My child has been here since 9 months old and we are so happy with the love and care he gets. The staff are friendly and build great relationships. We love that they celebrate and follow our child's interests. They take the
kids on outings most days and the classes they have are brilliant including sports class for older kids and Hartbeeps. They go out to the forest, park, the train station, to the supermarket, to the shops and sometimes to the local care home. This community interaction is so valuable for giving the children real world experiences and building their stamina for walking. They have supported my child with each milestone and the kids even have a graduation ceremony when they leave for school. They also run great World Book Day and charity events. The farm visit, stay and play events and Santa visit are really special. Our son is thriving here and we are so grateful.

My daughter has been at Ivy house for 2.5 years, since she was 6 months old and has evolved and developed incredibly at Ivy House. I've had key contacts since the beginning who know my daughter well and help her thrive in her environment, as well as providing timely updates on her development and behaviour.
My daughter loves her key workers at Ivy house and always gets the love and attention she needs. Ivy house provides a safe and secure place and I trust she is in good hands while I'm at work. They do lots of outings and spend time outdoors as well as sports, music and language activities which my daughter loves.

My eldest went to Ivy House and now my youngest is there and we couldn't be happier. It's a home away from home. Everyone who works there makes the effort to get to know your child and you as a parent. They are always thinking of new and exciting things for the children to do, taking them out on outings
(which lots of nurseries don't do) and have external companies come in each week like Sports 4 Kids, Hartbeeps and yoga. My son is happy and thriving there and I would always recommend Ivy House!

I am very happy with Ivy House Nursery at Thames Ditton! My daughter (nearly three years old) is happy going there every morning! The staff is very caring and supportive, they always answer all my questions and try to find variants in tough situations. They have lots of things to do including yoga,
crafts of course, and they had a great backyard with a forest school. The food is also good: it is diverse and my daughter eats most of it. My kid is happy there and I am happy for her!

I just wanted to say how impressed we have been with Ivy House and how happy my son is in the baby room. There was a lot of change last summer but I appreciated the communications you gave in the app and call I got from the Manager prior to starting. Since starting, every member of staff has been brilliant
with my son and so welcoming and informative with me and my husband at pick up or drop off. He clearly enjoys his time here and is thriving!
A special mention to the Nursery Practitioner who is incredible! She knows understand my son so intuitively and gives us the perfect information so we can mirror routines and preferences with him at home to match nursery so he transitions seamlessly.

The lady in the finance dept has also been great explaining invoices, helping with codes and the fab frosty Friday offer from December. I highly recommend new parents follow the Ivy House Farnham on social media to see these offers. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

The Ivy House, Thames Ditton is a lovely nursery. Attentive staff really care for the children, which can be seen in the regular updates throughout the day, on the progress, happiness and activities of our child. It is also further demonstrated at events outside the day to day, for example the Christmas
Fair, where they went above and beyond. The clear indicator of a good nursery is a happy child and ours is extremely happy there. The meals sound delicious and the outside woodland space is a big hit. You can tell they really care about each and every child.

Our daughter joined Ivy House in June, following a transfer from another nursery in the area. We have been so grateful for the open, collaborative and child-centric approach taken by the staff and how settled we have seen our daughter become within a very short space of time. She comes home having spent
the day doing activities and at outings, which has been wonderful for her development, curiosity and general sense of well-being. We have found every member of staff we have met to be pragmatic and kind, and we feel reassured that she is being well cared for during her days at nursery. The level of responsiveness when you have a question is impressive and really adds to that sense of reassurance.

A fantastic nursery that feels like a home from home for our little boy. The staff have made every effort to ensure he feels safe and happy at Ivy House and after just one month of being there, he now walks in happily at drop off and blows kisses goodbye to all the staff at pick up.
All of the staff
are so friendly and lead with passion and purpose, their enthusiasm shines through to the children and our son genuinely sees the nursery as an exciting place to be.
The nursery itself is set in a beautiful house with lovely outdoor spaces in the centre of Thames Ditton, we are very grateful that the Ivy House team decided to expand to Thames Ditton and honestly couldn't be happier with the way our son is thriving and processing, especially with his language skills.
Thank you Ivy House for all that you do.

Really happy with Ivy House, our little boy settled quickly and a big part of this has been how the team are so warm and caring to him. He's established strong bonds and we've seen amazing growth in his communication skills and confidence.
As well as the excellent and experienced team, the nursery
building itself is lovely, it looks and feels homely and has a lovely outdoor space. It's located in Thames Ditton which is a scenic and safe residential area.
Can't recommend enough!

My youngest son started in April and has settled beautifully. He is very happy to walk in through the front door and be treated by a smiling member of staff. He eats well and sleeps well there which for me shows he is feeling fully safe and secure. He is already developing with new words, playing well
and socially very secure. The nursery is full of warm, friendly and happy staff who are very skilled in their expertise. There is a wide choice of nutritious food which my son loves. They do trips to the park, feed the ducks and visit the library. They have a wonderful big garden and lots of ways to encourage role-play with their pals. I have highly recommended the nursery to lots of local parent pals. A special shout-out to the manager and the team.

Fabulous nursery! The staff have really helped our son settle in (and helped put our minds at ease), and we love hearing updates and seeing photos of how he's progressing. The staff are always polite and welcoming at drop-off and pick-up. The venue is great and I'm excited to see the garden which is
based on a Forest school and currently being built.

The team at Ivy House have made the beginning of our nursery journey the best I could have hoped for. They have been amazing at getting our child settled into nursery, and now they run to the door each morning with a smile on their face. The staff are all very supportive of both the children and parents
and are clearly committed to their role. They get the children outside, doing lots of activities and arrange regular trips out. They send regular updates on activities and developments on the app as well as day-to-day info regarding sleeping and food etc. We have been very happy with our decision with Ivy House.

We moved our 3-year-old to Ivy House in April and haven't looked back! Following a poor experience at a nursery in the area, he is like a different child. He really enjoys his days there and loves all the activities, crafting and outings he does. We were nervous as it was a new nursery in the area but
the staff, set up and attention to detail is great. They really care about the children and have some great skills and experience between them. I would wholeheartedly recommend the nursery! Thank you!

My two children attend Ivy House, Thames Ditton and we couldn't be more thrilled with the care and attention that they receive. They both finish their days with a huge smile on their faces (and a piece of artwork!) and my eldest often cries when we leave because he wants to stay! The staff are so welcoming,
friendly and truly invested in the children's development and happiness. We get regular updates via the app which is also a really useful way to track what they've eaten, when they've slept, and to log any medicine or sick days. I am delighted that my children get to attend such a special and unique nursery. Thank you.
