Our daughter settled in so well and quickly to Little Crickets. We knew immediately that this was the nursery for her!
The staff are so friendly, caring and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The communication is fantastic and we have regular updates of what our daughter has been doing during
her time at nursery - which is a lot! I don't know how they manage to pack so much into a session!
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of sending their child to Little Crickets to take a look at the wonderful setting! The rooms and outside space have fantastic facilities and activities for the children.
We're so pleased to be sending our daughter here and can't wait to see how her journey continues.

Excellent care, bespoke education to child's needs, clean, attentive, fully qualified teachers. Children are taught and educated not just playing. I have 3 children, 2 are now in the school, and 1 currently in Little Crickets Nursery (all attended), tried several settings and this one is far superior
to what is on offer in Sunderland. Highly recommended if you wish for your child to be cared for, inspired and educated.

The staff at The Chelsea Nursery are helping my child settle in with such patience and care. Everyone in the school is nurturing and patient with all the children. The live updates via the app have impressive detail and it's so nice to hear all the activities they've been doing and everything they've
been eating. We feel really connected to our child during their day as a result. The range of activities, lessons and sport is so impressive for a nursery. It's also very rare to find a nursery in RBKC that will allow one's child to nap. We're so happy with our choice!

My son started at the nursery about a year ago, he was just shy of turning 1. I was of course nervous as he felt so young but the teachers were so friendly and very accommodating to our needs. He's now a very confident and outgoing 2-year-old and I can't recommend the nursery enough.

I have just noticed the flyers asking for reviews and to be honest, I couldn't not. My daughter is absolutely thriving in Prenton prep. The first week that she started in September last year having turned 3, a few months before- our daughter could write her name, knows the days of the week, the months
of the year etc.
we couldn't ask for more from a nursery and know that when we drop her off she is safe and loved.
Lastly, our daughter wasn't enjoying her first nursery too much, she would get upset before going in asking me feel awful about dropping her off but it's completely the opposite- every morning she wakes up and asks 'is it nursery today?' Hoping for the answer to be yes!
Thank you to the staff we know she wouldn't love it like she does of you weren't so caring for her!

Reply from Natalie Jones, Admissions and Marketing Coordinator at Prenton Preparatory School Nursery

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means the world to us to hear how much your daughter is thriving at Prenton Prep Nursery. Watching children grow in confidence and develop a love for learning is what we strive for every day, and we are delighted that she is enjoying her time with us. It's heartwarming to know that she now looks forward to nursery each morning, and we are so pleased that you feel reassured knowing she is in a safe and caring environment. Your appreciation for our team's dedication is incredibly encouraging, and we will be sure to share your lovely words with them. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience - we feel privileged to be a part of your daughter's early learning journey! Best wishes.

As parents of two, we've seen the exceptional environment at Little Crickets Sunderland firsthand. Our eldest has thrived here for three years, and now our youngest is excited to begin. From day one, we knew this school was special. The family ethos isn't just a phrase - it's a daily reality. Our eldest
has flourished academically and socially, thanks to caring teachers who nurture both minds and hearts. The school's focus on personal growth and values has shaped him into a confident, compassionate boy who loves school. Now, as our youngest starts, we're confident he'll be cared for, loved, and challenged in this warm, supportive community. His excitement reflects the staff's dedication and the welcoming open days. Little Crickets provides the perfect foundation for our children's futures.

Trustworthy, transparent, kind and caring just a few words to describe this lovely place. The world is a hard place for families but this nursery is a power house of positivity and a safe place with the warmest atmosphere. One Nursery Practitioner I first met showed incredible kindness, and after my
son coming here for a year, this is genuine, she is a force of good and an asset to the nursery. The Manager is incredibly switched on, and treats her team with respect which reflects upon her teams great attitude and motivation, in particular the Nursery Team are outstanding. The quality of staff is outstanding, these guys are trained very well, our son has speech delay they sat us all down created a program for him and actively push his ability.

I think a good nursery is kind to parents too, and honestly they are always accommodating, kind and present. They actively invest in new facilities so you see you money going back into the nursery quality.

We love the individual care Prenton Prep is able to deliver in such a beautiful setting. Every member of staff has a real understanding of each child and there's a real family feel to the whole school. Having moved our child from a larger nursery setting, he has really come into himself here and is
much happier going in on a day-to-day basis.

Dean Park is an excellent Nursery. My daughter has been going there since September 2022 and has had the most wonderful experiences there. She regularly does activities that are so interesting and teach her a lot. I'm always amazed by what she comes home with and what they've taught her. There's a real
atmosphere of love and family at the nursery and they are incredibly welcoming to every member of the family. I often tell them that it takes a village to raise a child and they are firmly part of my village. The staff really clearly care about the children and they're passion for childcare really shows. Their outdoor space and attitude to outdoor play in all weathers is what set them apart for me.

Amazing nursery, spacious, creative, helpful with caring and knowledgeable staff.
My 2-year-old enjoys every day indoors and outdoors. The playground is the highlight, very spacious. The only thing I would recommend is to allow resident full-time kids to spend at least one day per week at The Forest
School.
