Overall Experience

My boy has been attending the nursery for almost 3 months now. He was quite difficult to settle but although he was crying a lot at the beginning, at the same time he was very positive when talking about school and the teachers back home.
The ladies are absolutely amazing, with lots of patience and

caring approach!
The manager as well. The space is completely new, very clean, beautiful and warm on the cold days of the winter!

Overall Experience

Absolutely cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our son has recently joined, and from the very first enquiry to his settling-in period, the entire experience has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional, and they've created a nurturing, safe environment where our

little one feels comfortable and happy. I feel truly confident leaving my child in their care, knowing that he is in such capable hands. If you're considering a nursery, I would wholeheartedly recommend this one to anyone.

Overall Experience

This is my little one's first week at nursery and so far, I really can't fault the experience. The staff in the baby room are so attentive and caring. I spent time during the settling-in period in the room with the staff and children and you can really tell how much they care for each child and their

needs.
As a first-time mum and someone who was extremely nervous, this week they have certainly made this transition much easier. The app updates and run down of their day when collecting him has provided so much peace of mind. Great experience so far.

Overall Experience

Amazing experience with this nursery. Initially, I was nervous about my daughter starting nursery, but the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and ease her in. Now, she runs in every day with a big smile, and I've seen a huge boost

in her confidence since starting.
The team keeps me well-informed, and provides a rundown of what she did during the day and how she was. They also do new activities that are both fun and educational, indoors and outdoors.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months and I couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving. The staff are always approachable, kind and genuinely invested in my child's well-being. The environment she spends her time in is very safe and clean. I also love receiving regular

updates and just knowing what she has done during her day and how she was.
My daughter comes home happy and it's clear she is thriving - her confidence has grown and her speech and manners are improving. A huge thanks to the staff for all the care and support they provide!
I highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! My son started not long ago and settled in so easily. He happily goes in every day and always has fun. This has been such a relief, especially after looking at several nurseries, as this one stood out the most.
The environment is safe, the staff are really friendly and

they always answer my questions. They also take the time to walk me through what he's done during his day. My son loves coming here and he's made great progress with his communication, speaking and language skills, as well as making new friends.
I highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

Overall Experience

We're really happy with how this nursery and the staff take care of our child. It took me months to find the right nursery for my daughter but this one stood out. The staff are so kind and caring and I've seen huge improvements in her confidence and language. She really enjoys her time here and looks

forward to going in.
As a parent, it's such a relief knowing she's happy and safe in a place where she feels comfortable. The staff are amazing, they're always friendly and go out of their way to help. Seeing my daughter who used to be clingy, become more confident has been incredible, all thanks to this nursery and their staff.

The facilities are great, everything is safe, and she loves the activities they do each day. I also love getting updates from staff about how her day went.

I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and educational place for their child. The team really goes above and beyond!

Overall Experience

The first month of our son attending Bright Starts Nursery has gone amazingly smoothly. He can be a little clingy and the staff have done a fantastic job at helping him settle.
The staff are always so caring and lovely with him and are always keen to share about his day. They always do their best

to make him feel happy and are always keeping us informed of any changes in his usual behaviours.
The environment is wonderful with everything brand new, resources are relevant to his age and open ended.
There are opportunities to engage in many types of play and updates are made by staff regarding which play scheme etc.
The manager is very approachable and is hands on with the children and creates a very calm, nurturing feel. Any enquiries or questions are addressed usually with the day.
We have found the last four weeks to be very satisfying and after having a bad experience with our previous childcare, we have found Bright Starts to have been the right choice for us.

Lovely nursery, staff are all great, very approachable, very knowledgeable about my son, lovely room, clean and tidy, great food selection, would 100% recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience

My child has been attending this nursery for a while and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention they receive. Since the new head and assistant staff took over, the level of care has noticeably improved. The staff are incredibly nurturing, creating a warm and secure environment where

children feel safe and welcomed. They provide a perfect balance of structured activities and free play, fostering both creativity and social development.
What I appreciate most is the consistent communication with parents. I am always well informed about my child's progress and any upcoming events. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of educational toys and resources, making it a fantastic space for children to learn and grow. Overall, this has been a highly positive and enriching experience for our family. We're very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery. Really Bright Starts!

Overall Experience

Staff here genuinely care about the children they look after. Communication with parents is open and receptive to the family's needs. Children are treated as individuals and encouraged and well supported. Staff are polite and keen to foster a positive relationship with both kids and their grown-ups.

My child is excited to arrive in the morning and full of smiles when I collect her. They've been working very hard to build creative areas for the children to learn and explore and a lot of thought has gone into every play section. It's worth noting my child has additional needs and the staff have worked closely with us to make sure she is included and supported.

Excellent nursery school, my kids have been attending since they were babies, they are now preschool-age. Can't find a fault, great atmosphere and safe environment and most of all, my kids enjoy attending.

Overall Experience

My little girl's confidence has grown so much since she started at Bright Starts Nursery in February. She loves being at nursery and loves spending time with all the other children. This was the main reason I put my girl into nursery as she didn't spend much time with other children and I'm so glad

I did because she's come on leaps and bounds. Whenever she's not at nursery she's asking to go so that gives me confidence that she is well looked after and also having a great time while she's there. The outdoor facilities are fantastic!

I absolutely love the nursery. All of the staff are fantastic and have great relationships with all parents and children, even the children who aren't in their class. Everyone knows everyone and it's such a warm home/family feeling. My daughter has been attending since she was 8 months and will be 3

come January. The support I have received and how much my daughter has come on is unbelievable. I couldn't recommend this nursery any more.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough! The rooms are lovely and nicely laid out, the children get to mix with the different age groups too.
It's the staff that make this place though! From the staff in the rooms to the management, they are all friendly and professional. I feel that I can

go to them about anything and they really put me at ease.
My daughter loves it there and really enjoys her time. I feel that she is safe and well looked after.
