As a parent, it's such a relief knowing she's happy and safe in a place where she feels comfortable. The staff are amazing, they're always friendly and go out of their way to help. Seeing my daughter who used to be clingy, become more confident has been incredible, all thanks to this nursery and their staff.
The facilities are great, everything is safe, and she loves the activities they do each day. I also love getting updates from staff about how her day went.
I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and educational place for their child. The team really goes above and beyond!

What I appreciate most is the consistent communication with parents. I am always well informed about my child's progress and any upcoming events. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of educational toys and resources, making it a fantastic space for children to learn and grow. Overall, this has been a highly positive and enriching experience for our family. We're very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery. Really Bright Starts!

I can see my child is really enjoying her time at Bright Starts because every morning she is a bit grumpy to let me dress her up, but if I say you're going to the nursery she would immediately jump up and let me change her outfit.

The manager, has been extremely welcoming, and since taking over, there have been many improvements like new room equipment, toys, and a wonderful outdoor garden.
The nursery tailors activities to each child's interests, which keeps our daughter excited about learning. Her eating habits have improved too, thanks to the great lunches - they inspire her to try new foods at home! She also learned the alphabet in sign language, a testament to the creative learning environment provided by the staff.
The staff are always lovely and keep us updated on how her day goes at pick up. Highly recommend this nursery!

I am so pleased that she had a positive transition that has allowed her to develop, increased confidence to express herself within her room. I love hearing that she is trying new foods and becoming more curious with a variety of food groups which has now extended to her home. We believe that teaching children sign language through Makaton plays a fundamental role in communicating with all children and adults to promote inclusivity for all.

Your little one is always full of wonder from the minute he arrives to the time he is picked up from nursery. He loves to be challenged and challenges us to also think about answers to his questions, which supports our inquiry and decision-making skills!
