Our son started at Raphael Nursery a year ago, and really loves it there. The staff are kind, friendly and engaging and care deeply about the children. We also love that there are French and English activities every day, and that the staff and children are from diverse backgrounds. The food is amazing
(much better than other nurseries that we had visited prior to choosing this one) - all the meals, including the snacks, are healthy and nutritious and cooked from scratch. The nursery is also very good at keeping us updated on what our son has been doing. He has developed so much since starting there, and we genuinely trust them to do the right thing for the children!

Our son started at Raphael's when he was 15 months old, and we're so grateful for the amazing care and support they gave. From day 1, it felt like home, and we're happy and confident leaving our son there because he was genuinely happy and so well cared for. The nursery went above and beyond-everything
was well-organised, and they always kept us updated on everything. The food was great, and he always loved it. The activities in both FR and EN were super creative and stimulating. He's grown so much since starting- he learned to eat on his own, discovered a love for singing, picked up loads of new words, and learned to share. He always ran happily to his lovely teachers, and the rest of the staff, who were all so kind. Unfortunately, we had to switch nurseries recently, due to location, and it was such a hard choice-we still miss them so much. Even our son keeps asking for them, and we visit whenever we can. If they ever open a nursery near us, we'd go back straight away!

Our daughter started at Raphael's when she was 9 months old. She's now almost 2.5 and we can honestly say we adore this nursery and feel sad thinking of the day she will no longer attend!
All the staff know our daughter (regardless of whether they work with her) and are kind, compassionate, and caring.
We have no question that our daughter is incredibly well looked after as she asks us every morning "Shall we go to nursery?".
She has made wonderful friends with the children and educators alike, and her skills have progressed in leaps and bounds - she constantly surprises us with things she has learned!

I cannot recommend Raphael Nursery Clapham highly enough. I felt I had to write this review as our daughter just left the nursery to enter school earlier this month and she had the most wonderful experience at Raphael over the last 3 years. The nursery owner, manager, co-manager, and all the staff do
a wonderful job of raising kind children ready for school. My daughter has always enjoyed going there, she has created great connections both with other children and staff and learned lots of fun things. We are so grateful to all the staff.

Our daughter has been in this nursery for nearly a year now and I could not say anything else than we are so pleased we chose this nursery! We feel like family, they know every parent and child's name, they remember absolutely everything about your child and make you feel really special.
Every staff
member is smiling, warm, welcoming and so kind to every child. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Cannot recommend Raphael Nursery highly enough. The care and love everyone, be they classroom staff, office staff or kitchen staff has shown our 20-month-old son in the time he has been with them has been far more than we could ever hoped for. Our son has thrived in their care and developed so much.
Particularly useful is the basic sign language he's been taught. Communication between staff and parents is great, both at collection and through online end-of-day reports and they are always very flexible and very keen to accommodate any changes to schedule. He has picked up some French comprehension and words alongside his English. You won't regret your child attending Raphael's.

A loving and stimulating environment.
We enrolled our child 18 months ago, and it's been a fantastic experience for both of us. The staff are the true stars - they're incredibly warm, caring, and professional. They create a safe and nurturing environment that feels more like a second home than a daycare.
Our child has blossomed socially and academically. They offer a well-balanced curriculum with age-appropriate activities that are both educational and fun. We're particularly impressed with daily activities.
Communication is another strength. We receive regular updates on our child's day, including photos and anecdotes. The staff is always happy to address any questions or concerns we may have. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Raphael and highly recommend it to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

Raphael Nursery is our extended family. I trust them with everything, to look after my daughter, teach her, hug her, rock her. The activities they do with the kids are simply incredible, 2 activities per day that target different capabilities. I would recommend 100%.
The staff are all super careful.
They try to accommodate our babies' needs as much as possible, they are flexible and caring.

Our eldest son attended Raphael Nursery from 9 months old all the way to pre-school and he was so happy to go in every day that it was obvious our second son would go there too! This time from 6 months old and still very happy 2 years later. We really appreciate the kindness of the staff, their flexibility
and their dedication to making the nursery a better place every single year (full refurbishment, dedicated sleeping room for babies, new toys etc). And now enjoying even more all the activities offered to them, from Mondays dancing to yoga sessions, trips to the park etc. And I almost forgot the bilingual staff, such a bonus! Guess where we will be sending our third little one?

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for almost 3 years and very much enjoys it. We appreciate the familial atmosphere and the care given to her. We also like the pedagogic approach, promoting autonomy and curiosity. The bilingual aspect is a plus, as she can be exposed to French during activities.

Raphael Nursery is a top-notch nursery. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention the children are receiving. Our daughter has been going there for 18 months (she started as a baby and is now 2 years old) and she has been absolutely loving it from Day 1. It is such a joy to see her
running excitingly every morning to the nursery!
I am profoundly impressed by how kind, caring and dedicated the staff is. They put a lot of energy into stimulating the children's development (wide range of activities daily), my daughter loves it! Also, they provide regular in-depth feedback to the parents (app for the child's daily routine, written reports, 1-on-1 meetings to review the child's development).
The nursery also encourages the development of bridges between the family and the nursery which creates a very friendly environment for both the children and the parents.
Finally, the food is cooked daily onsite with fresh elements.
I highly recommend it without any hesitation!

Both my son (4) and my daughter (3) have been through Raphael Nursery and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best experiences for both of them and for us. Their French continued to improve every day they spent at the nursery and above all they would go in every day with a smile. Bearing
in mind our daughter has been going since before she was 1, full time from 8 am until 6 pm, it's quite a feat to have kept her entertained and always happy to go every day!
The staff are lovely, wonderfully marshalled by the manager and it always felt like a very happy place. They've been so accommodating these last 4 years with late drop-offs and early pick-ups, we're not sure how we'll cope at school!
We've also been lucky enough to make friends for life with some of the parents. It's a genuine mix of nationalities with lots of French parents but also plenty of non-French speaking parents who want to give their kids a good foundation in another language. I couldn't recommend Raphael Nursery more highly!
