The best decision we took was to send our daughter to The Riverside Day Nursery. She has developed so much and loves everyone. The staff are just lovely, always so helpful and easy to talk to. She always enjoys her time there and I’d highly recommend it to other parents.

After a decade of near-continuous childcare, my third child is almost ready to leave The Riverside! It's been wonderful seeing the business grow over this time, see the staff move up through the ranks and see their service evolve over this time. It's been great knowing that we'd always get the feedback
that we'd need to keep our kids on track and that all of the staff were open to receiving feedback from us as well.
Although all different, all of my daughters have left The Riverside feeling happy, confident and excited to start school - what more could a parent ask! Thanks so much to the whole team for everything you've done over the past decade!

Our son has been attending The Riverside Day Nursery since he was 11 months old in the Younger Babies room and he is now almost 3 years old.
I cannot say enough brilliant things about this nursery. Our son had never had any form of childcare - being a Covid baby he hadn't even been looked after
by family before. He came to Riverside from that to four and a half days and he has just thrived there from day one.
The staff are so caring, thoughtful, fun and supportive. They truly care about the children and the children have so much fun every day. Their creativity and dedication in the nursery rooms and activities they plan is amazing. I have never seen such amazing displays! The new outdoor garden play area is brilliant and my son loves playing outside. This was a big reason we chose this nursery over others in the area. For me, the most important thing is that they prioritise children being happy children. They are confident, independent and come skipping into nursery every day.

The Riverside Day Nursery is a nurturing nursery where each member of staff cares from the heart. There is a consistent approach across the nursery, reflecting outstanding leadership.
Our child loves attending the nursery and the team are always approachable and friendly.
Any parent just wants for
their child to be safe, happy and develop to their full potential; Riverside nursery ensures that this happens.
We are grateful for the entire team's effort in providing a high level of care and are looking forward to watching our child grow at Riverside nursery.
We would highly recommend the nursery to other parents and do just that, hence there is a waiting list due to the high demand!

Our Son has attended The Riverside Day Nursery from 9 months, he’s now two and a half and has loved every second! He has a great relationship with all the staff and loves telling us about his day and all the fantastic activities he gets up to including yoga, moo music and playing in the garden.
He’s
built his first peer relationships and we get regular development reviews which are all glowing, a reflection of the hard work and attention the staff put in. We are in no doubt we made the right choice in childcare.

We feel beyond grateful every day to send our children to such a special environment where they happily walk in each morning. The staff are incredible, kind, reassuring, and consistently prove that they genuinely care. And beyond that, our children are thriving - learning new things at the rate of knots

I chose The Riverside Day Nursery upon recommendation from a friend. After lockdown I had concerns over my son's development. He started in older babies at 17 months old. I was comforted by their nature and care of him. I was apprehensive about him moving into toddlers incase he didn’t do so well but
Riverside had additional team members that were equally as good as older babies. This reassured me that I had most definitely chose the right nursery. By this stage my concerns over my son were more apparent and we were heading towards an ASD diagnosis. He needed to move into preschool and my fears over whether he was ready or whether it would be too advanced were still there. Riverside have been so accommodating and responded compassionately to my concerns. I put my trust in them as the professionals and yet again they excelled. They were and are the right place for my boy. Every single team member adapted to his needs. He thoroughly enjoys Riverside and I couldn’t ask for a better team to look after him.

My daughter is leaving for school this year. Fully prepared for school thanks to the fantastic team at The Riverside Day Nursery. We are very sad to leave Riverside. Throughout her time at Nursery/preschool they have encouraged her development and always kept her interested. She has always had a special
bond with key people and has made so many friends. The staff enthusiasm and the range of extra activities swimming, Spanish lessons, yoga etc is amazing! I feel school may be a little disappointing in comparison!

I have 2 daughters attending Riverside full time and they absolutely love it there. We are all extremely happy - The staff are wonderful, and the indoor/outdoor provisions and activities are excellent. Highlights are the outdoor garden and the opportunity for our pre-schooler to attend weekly swimming
sessions.

We absolutely love this nursery! Chose Riverside over the four others we viewed due to the lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and new outdoor play area. The staff always go above and beyond for the children - they honestly feel like family to us. The special parent events are amazing (e.g. Mother's Day
tea with scones and games, Christmas concert, Father's Day surprise) but the best thing is the day-to-day experience: welcoming, lively, supportive, and highly effective staff. Loads of messy play and outdoor time. My daughter has come on so much during her time here. She runs in without a backward glance every morning!

My daughter has been attending The Riverside Day Nursery since she was 9 months and is now 16 months. The teachers went of their way to show patience, care and empathy to help her settle in as she did find it hard, to begin with. She now has a strong bond with her key carer whom she chose.
The range
of activities they do every day is amazing and far exceeds what I could do at home such as painting, baking etc. The food menu is varied and visible to parents and they’ll accommodate any food preferences.
The staff make sure to provide at least one picture update a day, mostly two, and I always look forward to their posts showing what my daughter has been up to and what she is achieving. They also provide updates on her development and progress she is making on important milestones.
My daughter comes home having learnt new skills and songs and it’s wonderful to practice these together and watch her become more independent.
I am so glad I chose Riverside and would highly recommend.

We absolutely love this nursery! The girls are all so lovely and caring! They have an app where you can see what your child is doing all day, what they have eaten and photos of them etc. (Great for paranoid mums.) It’s by far the best nursery around!

First of all, I cannot say enough thanks to the Riverside team, they really look after the kids. I feel they are in a safe place and well supported/taken care of. The quality and variety of activities they have on a daily basis are fascinating! Our little one has shown amazing progress there, joining
the nursery from a really young age and with no English skills was tough on him and probably the nursery staff as well, now all in the past. Also, having regular and detailed reports on progress is amazing. What is especially comforting is that he loves being there, he likes the staff and the food (which is great ). The staff takes a lot of photos and videos throughout the day which are then shared through the app. The nursery is blessed by being in the sports centre, hence they can do various sports there, including water sports. Playgrounds are spacious and awesome. What we like especially is that nursery is always ready to support on urgencies and that really means a lot!

Absolutely wonderful nursery. My daughter has been going for almost a year and she’s come on leaps and bounds. She adores the staff and children and I couldn’t be happier sending her.
She is excited to go every morning and the staff are so attentive and caring. She’s learnt so much already and their

I am constantly amazed at the quality, variety and number of activities my grandson enjoys every day. The staff put so much thought and energy into everything; it’s clear they are really dedicated and caring. I can see he is making progress all the time. Most of all, he obviously loves being there.
I love seeing the photos and videos of him taking part in everything. This is a really excellent nursery.

I couldn't ask for any more from Riverside. It's a hard decision choosing a nursery, especially during covid when you can't look inside! As soon as I met the staff at Riverside, I was confident that my son would be happy there. Since then, I have seen them go above and beyond to support the wellbeing
and development of my child. They make you feel like family; my son rushes to the door every morning and smiles when we say the word 'nursery'. What more could you want? He has come such a long way since he started, all thanks to the creativity, care and hard work of the staff. What a lucky boy!

My child is really happy at nursery, and he has made so much progress since he started. The staff are really helpful and caring, and he loves all the members of staff that look after him.


The communication is brilliant, and we love seeing the photos and videos of what he gets up to every day. Especially

since our son is a 'lockdown baby', it's been so important that he spends time with other children and has different opportunities. The Riverside staff always make sure he is doing a variety of fun activities every day with lots of opportunities for play indoors and outdoors, which has helped him to develop even under these circumstances.
