All such incidents that arise are taken extremely seriously and this situation was thoroughly investigated, assessed and discussed with both parties. Please note that our nursery cameras are in place for parents to see their children in the base room and we do not use cameras in areas where children are not based. We do have a formal Complaints Procedure if you would like to use this.

We don't have family/relatives close by so the girls really are an extension of our family and are a massive support to us as parents which we are so thankful for. I honestly don't know how they do what they do so well when they have so much to do during the day and I don't think they realise how important their jobs are to us as parents which makes them even more special in our eyes.
We're so glad to have found Little Trees Celtic Springs and would just like to say a huge thank you to you all.

We take all feedback very seriously. I am sorry you feel this way. We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and improve our service user's experience wherever possible, and we feel this is reflected in the feedback and reviews we typically receive. Tea options are smaller meals as the children's main meal is at lunchtime. This is a "High Tea" meal in the afternoon that we offer so it is always a smaller meal than lunch. Our menus have been approved by a dietician and are compliant with Welsh Government Food & Nutrition for childcare settings. Many Thanks

The nursery uses an app - where we can access information on how our son has been throughout the day. The observations the staff complete on a weekly basis via the app are absolutely fantastic! It's so lovely to have regular updates through pictures and videos of our boy having so much fun. It makes going to work that little bit easier. The nursery also has an onsite cook who freshly prepares all the food, the food is always varied, and my son always eats absolutely everything!
Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Jessica is the Manager of Little Trees Day Nursery Celtic Springs. Jessica started her career as a Nursery Practitioner and has progressed to Manager throughout her years at the nursery through continual professional development. Jessica's favourite thing about her job is working together with the children and parents and creating positive relationships. When she is not working, she particularly enjoys baking and reading.
To support her, Jessica has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development. Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Staff are trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
