Nursery Rhymes – Stoneygate, Day nursery and Pre-school, is an award-winning Nursery providing outstanding childcare where your child will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities in a unique family run home from home setting.

Nursery Rhymes - Stoneygate opened under the group name of Nursery Rhymes - Leicester in 2009 and provides quality day care for babies and children from 6 months – 6 years of age in a safe & secure setting, complemented by the nursery's state-of-the-art authorised door entry system and CCTV.

The unique property, on the exclusive leafy Knighton Grange Road bordering Stoneygate and Oadby, is only a 5-10 minute drive from Leicester City Centre along the main (A6) London Road.

Provisions include ICT, quiet room, art and craft, cooking and gardening, music and movement, French, forest schools, singing and stories, water and sand activities and role play.

Your child will be lovingly cared for by qualified, enthusiastic & dedicated staff in a stimulating environment led by the manager who is NNEB qualified and has 14 years' experience in childcare working with children in day nurseries, family centres and schools.

The majority of the great team have been with the setting for well over 5 years, with many being a part of the "Rhymes team" for over 10 years!

The nursery tried very hard to make my daughter's day-to-day experience a happy one. My daughter really enjoyed each day; which made it easier for me to relax at work. The nursery also helped include my older daughter when she used to attend the setting; she has autism. The staff all included and met
her needs very well.

Our son has been at the nursery for nearly three years and has moved from the baby room to the toddler room and now into pre-school. We have always felt very happy that he has always been very well looked after there. The level of learning and education is exemplary and the nursery works with parents
to get the best out of the children. The staff are very friendly and always have time for you.

I think the facilities at Nursery Rhymes are great both my kids love it and all the staff. The staff always make the morning drop off very easy and collecting them in the afternoons the same. Both kids have a new favourite carer every week and have made lots of friends in their groups. I love all the
new work done to the building it makes the whole place look really bright and fresh.

A truly outstanding and amazing nursery. Nursery rhymes create an environment that caters for the needs of every individual child. The staff are simply amazing. They create a loving, caring, nurturing environment in which the children thrive and learn. The nursery feels like a second home for our son.
Our son has progressed and developed a huge amount in the short time he has been there. His physical and mental ability has improved tremendously and his communication is improving each day he is there. The nursery have an amazing way of helping the children to learn through play, singing and having fun.The staff have a fantastic relationship with us as parents and constantly keep us up to date with our son's progress and development.

I have seen my daughter continue to grow in confidence and as a person. They are extremely accommodating with all our dietary and other requests. The key workers are genuinely interested in her development and have given us the confidence to leave her full time. We have recommended Nursery Rhymes to
all our friends. It is clean, friendly and the staff are knowledgeable.

My daughter started at Nursery Rhymes when she was 11 months. The staff were amazing at settling her in. She's now 14 months and walks in confidently and thoroughly enjoys her days. The staff are great and have fulfilled all my requests i.e dietary. Even when she is poorly they do a fantastic job at
looking after her. A very clean nursery. She gets a variety of stimulation each day. I feel less guilty working full time after seeing how well she is doing at nursery. I highly recommend it.

The process of sending our 18 month old son to nursery was emotional and nerve wracking. However, we started to understand how caring the staff were and it put our minds to rest. Our son settled in well and we are confident he is being looked after to the standard we would want. We would recommend this
nursery and have done to many friends. Keep up the good work.

I'm really impressed with my daughter's progress over the past couple of months of attending Nursery Rhymes. She is more confident and has bonded well with staff and children. My daughter particularly likes engaging in activities such as baking, the roleplay area and the interactive learning. There
is also a fantastic garden ideal for play.
I know when I drop my daughter off she is well cared for which puts my mind at ease. Nursery Rhymes is a home from home experience and I highly recommend it.

The staff have been brilliant with settling in my 11 month old and also toilet training my 2 year old. My son loves getting ready for nursery and is always talking about the staff when we get home. The eldest has been attending Nursery Rhymes for about a year and we're really impressed with his development.
The staff are always very friendly and professional and we love that we can walk in and see what the boys are up to (usually something fun). Also, the new extension is fabulous, very light and inviting.

First impression of the nursery has definitely been a lasting impression. Excellent and friendly staff. Really genuinely care for the children. My child has been with the nursery since 13 months and has become so attached to all members of staff. The children are clearly happy whilst at the nursery,

My daughter has been attending Nursery Rhymes for three years and I highly recommend it, it is excellent. The staff is very caring, supportive, helpful and they always have a cuddle and lovely words for my daughter. She loves her time there!!
Nursery Rhymes has helped us with her childcare, they always
have a space for her in case we need due to our jobs.
I couldn't think of any other better place for her.

My daughter absolutely loves it at Nursery Rhymes - Leicester, she is always happy and smiley and has settled so well. After my two other children were at another nursery where I was not happy, I chose Nursery Rhymes and I am so happy I did. The staff are all so lovely and everyone seems to get on which
means the atmosphere is calm and friendly. It's a hard decision to make to leave your child with someone else, Nursery Rhymes takes the worry and stress out of it. Thank you!

My daughter hasn't been at nursery rhymes very long but we are already very impressed. She has settled in and has formed attachments with the team, her key worker in particular.
I work as a health visitor so We had a good idea of what we expected from a nursery. We visited many nurseries that felt
OK / satisfactory but Nursery rhymes have exceeded our expectations in every way. For me, it's the little things that you think only a parent will do or notice nursery rhymes staff will do without being asked or prompted. The staff are all very warm, caring and knowledgeable.
The environment is clean homely and calm.
I would highly recommend nursery rhymes to friends and family alike. We feel lucky to have found such a fantastic nursery for our daughter to grow, learn and play.
