We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. Our daughter started at 9 months old and all the staff were amazing in helping her settle in. They have made lovely relationships with her too! Communication is great. We love the app for updates throughout the day and seeing what activities they have
been doing. Our little girl has recently transitioned into toddler room which was really smooth. The best thing about the nursery is that our daughter loves going which gives us reassurance that she feels safe and cared for.

I am incredibly pleased with Monkey Puzzle Nursery in Cheshunt. The activities offered are diverse and engaging, ensuring that the children are always learning and having fun. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and create a warm, friendly environment that makes both children and parents feel at ease.
Safety is clearly a top priority and I always feel confident that my child is in good hands. The nursery is clean and well maintained which is reassuring. My experience with Monkey Puzzle has been excellent. My son loves to go and runs into the room when we drop him off all excited for a new day and new activities. He has made great progress with his eating and talking and the staff and him have a great relationship. I love the app access and how quickly
I can get responses to any queries. My son thrives there and I love all the messy activities he takes part in as well as the outside area which he loves.
The staff are always caring and friendly from the top down and the atmosphere on drop off and pick up is great.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzles for 6 weeks now and I am so pleased with the progress she has made whilst attending the facility. I had 2 kids going to Monkey Puzzle. My firstborn has ventured off to primary school now however does return on school holidays - it is amazing that this is offered, and the bonus is, he loved being at this nursery and as a working parent knowing your kids are well looked after and actually like going
is a Godsend! He has younger friends still there and kids from primary school return with him too so even more friends come together. My girl absolutely loves it at Monkey Puzzle from the staff to the other boys and girls she gets to play with all day! I know when leaving my girl she is well looked after, having fun and eating good food, honestly the best nursery in Cheshunt, in my opinion! The staff are so supportive, not just to the children, but us parents too they are so amazing and I am so grateful to have found them! If you are looking for childcare this one is the best around so make an appointment to get in there quick before spaces fill up!

The team at Monkey Puzzle are always friendly, caring, well trained, and just outstanding. Our daughter is progressing extremely well, and she always looks forward to going in the morning.
The facilities are fantastic - the children are served nutritious and freshly cooked food, and they have a lovely,
newly refurbed garden to play in. The staff always make an effort to plan activities around different themes, which provides an excellent opportunity for the children to learn while having fun.

Our daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt for two and a half years and she has loved it there. The staff are kind and caring, and look after the children well. She enjoys the food and often has second helpings! The garden has just been refurbished with a new wooden climbing frame which the children
love using, and they do lots of outdoor learning, for example in the mud kitchen.
The hours of operation are excellent from 7.30am to 6.30pm, which means commuting into London is possible. The new app that has been introduced is a great new addition. Carers send photos and comments about your child which you can reply to. They also record what the child has eaten that day etc. Overall we would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. It has a great family atmosphere and above all is a caring learning environment where you can trust that your child will be safe and well cared for.

I am very pleased with the professionalism. organisation and duty of care displayed at Monkey Puzzle, Cheshunt. From the beginning, my daughter has been cared for very well. When I drop her off in the morning, she always has a warm welcome and I am able to leave knowing the staff are well trained, organised
and always pay close attention to the children and their needs. This includes children like my daughter who has special health needs and requires regular monitoring, attention and regulation of her condition. It is not easy, but the leadership and staff have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is well, happy and healthy.
I would 100% recommend.

The girls are so friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile for my daughter. She was so nervous to start nursery, but she quickly settled and took to her key worker straight away. I love hearing about her day when I pick her up from nursery and sometimes she doesn't even want to come home

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle for over a year and a half now, and I couldn't ask for a better nursery. Staff are amazing all round, especially with understanding each and every child and their needs. My son took a while to settle away from myself (mum) and the staff at Monkey Puzzle were excellent
by making this transition easy for myself and my son. They are compassionate and understanding in many ways. Management is fantastic and fully involved in the nursery. Learning is also excellent too.

My son started at Monkey Puzzle when he was 7 months old. They were very accommodating as he was still on pureed food and formula. He is now 20 months and looks forward to going to nursery and at times hard to get him out as he's enjoyed his day so much. The staff are very friendly and very professional
