Our experience at Busy Bees Fulham is absolutely fantastic. The food provided by the kitchen is always fresh and nutritious, ensuring that children receive well-balanced and delicious meals. The entire staff is friendly and professional, creating a warm and safe environment for the children.
I would
especially like to thank the manager, who runs the nursery with great professionalism and genuine care for every child and family. Her excellent leadership and constant smile make the nursery a place filled with love and care. Thank you all for your amazing efforts.

Great nursey. Very friendly and attentive staff. They create new activities and experiences for the children every week supporting them in their development. The admin staff is also very responsive, friendly and helpful.
There is a lot of space for the children to move around in. It is great that
they have their own outside space as well. Fresh meals are prepared on-site for the children. They have an app that is very useful for the basic information (meals, nappies and sleep), as well as pictures and updates on their development.
Our daughter learns so much every day and we can see her grow and develop from what she learns at the daycare. We highly recommend the nursery.

A really great nursery and we are incredibly happy. Both of our children love it, the staff are helpful, accommodating and most importantly nurturing and kind. Amazing nursery with great staff members. The nursery has its own app on the phone where you receive all the updates (nappies, meals, sleep tracking and photos) pretty much in real-time and when I pick up my child I have an idea of how his day went, which is not only useful but also great as I feel

Busy Bees at Fulham is absolutely fantastic! My son has been very happy here and is always looking forward to going to nursery. We get a lot of 'tomorrow we are going to school.' As a parent I am very happy with every aspect of the care they give. I love their way of teaching, their way of communicating
with the parents and the encouragement and relationships they build with the children. My son has made great developmental milestones thanks to their support and encouragement. The staff, including the director are warm and very friendly, the nursery feels like a second family. They are very professional, flexible and always very willing to help! The key workers my son has worked with have been amazing and have provided great care and interest in my son's development. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

It is a wonderful nursery; my daughters attended it. Staff make the days full of fun and laughter; vast indoor and outdoor spaces make so much difference. There is a variety of age-appropriate, development activities. The nursery manager is hands-on, she listens and acts on feedback, her communication
is excellent. Staff are very caring and enthusiastic about what they do, which in turn creates a sparkle in the children. My small one absolutely adores her teachers. Her room lead provides clear feedback at the end of the day and comes up with suggestions to work together, should issues arise (terrible 2s!). App is updated several times a day. Delicious and healthy meals are prepared in-house by the Italian chef. Important point to mention: we witnessed a very professional and efficient organisation during COVID, strict bubbles, lots of outdoors time, increased safeguards in place, clear communication and many more.

My son is so happy since he started going at Busy Bees in Fulham. He was almost 3 when he started going at BB Fulham as on the previous nursery where he had been full time since the age of 19 months, the key person on his room was suspended due to inappropriate behaviour with children (and was even
an outstanding nursery in Fulham). I was worried about how he would deal with the change, especially after the trauma he had. Busy Bees Fulham was reassuring and so supportive throughout the whole process. Since starting at Busy Bees Fulham he has flown beyond my hopes. He is so happy to go there, he even brings our shoes because he can’t wait to go to the nursery. The staff are really good, they listen to you, to your child’s needs and they are always happy and bright. My son needs extra help and support and I have seen them working more with him and giving him the time that he needs to express himself. I absolutely adore everything that they are doing, as my son has changed 100%.

My son has been at the nursery since June 2018 (when he was six months old) and I have not encountered any issues with his care or wellbeing. He is always clean and happy when I pick him up, the staff are overall very friendly, polite and welcoming, both to ourselves as parents and to my son and I am
satisfied that he is well looked after. He appears to be progressing well with new motor skills and his language is coming on leaps and bounds. There still appears to be quite a large staff turnover and there have been a couple of days where I have not recognised anyone in his room. This made drop-off less easy for him as he didn't recognise any familiar faces either and became upset. I know that a lot of effort has been made to improve staff and management-related issues, and I have noticed a positive difference even if it is still a work in progress. I would love to be able to do a "fly on the wall" one day, maybe staying for a half hour or so to observe how he behaves and interacts.

My daughter joined the nursery only one month ago and I am extremely happy about the choice we made.
The staff is very friendly and professional.
After a few weeks, I could already see my daughter happily going to the nursery and enjoying the company of other babies.
The nursery is always tidy
and clean and I highly recommend it to others.

My first child attended Busy Bees for four years. My second son has been at Busy Bees for nine months. I have always been very pleased with every aspect of care at the nursery. The management team are kind, conscientious and always do there best to be flexible and have been really accommodating in a
couple of emergencies over the years. My son's key worker is wonderful and so caring. My son adores her and has made good developmental milestones thanks to her support. Both the outdoor and indoor facilities are exceptional. Particularly the outdoor area which is probably the best in Fulham. I have directed a few parents to busy bees over the years and have no hesitation recommending this nursery unreservedly.

Our son has been at Busy Bees for one day a week since he was three months old. He is now one and has recently started to do one extra day as I am now back at work. The nursery is warm, loving and extremely attentive to our son. As a result, he loves it and I feel confident leaving him there. Whilst
we could have chosen a more formal setting, what is more important is to see the staff genuinely form attachments to my son. Some staff who have moved to the older class mentioned more than once how excited they are to have him in their room. I had visited some nurseries which were very prestigious but felt a bit cold and also some that felt old and run down. Busy Bees feels a good balance of being run like a business, so everything is smooth and easy but with the added touch of being loving and kind. Sometimes our son comes home quite messy, but he is happy and usually because he’s a big eater and has participated in fun activities! Save your best clothes for the days he’s not at nursery.

Our daughter is attending nursery three days a week and is in the Bombo’s 2 room. The overall environment is very pleasant and the activities stimulate the children. The nursery is very clean and there is ample outside space which is a rarity in Fulham. The staff are very friendly and our daughter enjoys
spending time with them. The staff to children ratio is very good and the communication to parents has improved since the Ofsted visit.
We do have concerns over the staff turnover at the management level and that that there is no focus, especially since the nursery was acquired by Busy Bees. There needs to be a permanent solution very soon to give direction and guidance to the staff.

Biljana Dokmanovic

Job Title: Centre Director

Hello, my name is Biljana Dokmanovic and I am proud to become Centre Director for Busy Bees in Fulham. I have over 20 years of experience working in the nursery sector starting out as a nursery nurse and working my way up to becoming a Nursery Manager. I have two grown-up children and two very different experiences as a mum. Being a mum, I completely understand a parent’s point of view on how hard it can be to leave your children, but rest assured I have supported many families from their first day at nursery until they are ready to spread their wings and fly off to school. There is always a place in my heart for every child I have looked after!


I grew up in Bosnia and came to England 30 years ago. From an early stage in my life, I always knew that I was destined to work with children as I felt that I understood them individually and that each child is special. I had the chance to work in childcare for many years and tried my best to inspire young children and make a difference to help them accomplish their dreams.


As a Centre Director, I look forward to using my experience and my skills to inspire staff and parents in setting a good example and being a role model to all children. I am L3 qualified in Early Years Childcare and Education and have many relevant Childcare qualifications such as SEND, DSL, Management, First AID at work, Health and Wellbeing for children and staff and many more which helps me to provide best practice.


I enjoy going for long walks, visiting farms and generally being in nature. I also like to ride my bike and go swimming. I am well known for my storytelling and my love of art. Cooking is one of my favourites and all those skills I use in my work as children love them too.


I look forward to meeting new families and welcoming them to our wonderful nursery in Fulham.
