My son has been at Heath House since he was 13 months old. He has grown into such a wonderful, social, caring and kind boy and a lot of the credit goes to the amazing staff at Heath House. His little brother will also be joining and I already feel confident with his time there too. Thank you so much

Both our daughters attended Heath House from around one year old to the time they started school. We cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. I'm really not sure what we would have done without it.
Through each room we have been consistently impressed by the quality of care that the girls have
received. The staff are extremely caring and warm, with a genuine interest in each child and their development. We have always felt very confident leaving our children in their care.
The facilities are good, with outdoor space for the children to enjoy, including the forest area which they loved visiting. The girls were also very happy with the food provided and it seemed like they provided a good range of different healthy meals.
We also think the nursery did a great job of preparing the girls for school, they both left Heath House very confident and able to get on easily with other children and adults.
Many thanks to all the staff at Heath House!

My son has been at Heath House since he was 10 months old. He is now in preschool and loves it. We have nurseries a lot closer to us but we value the staff and environment so much that we happily travel that little bit further. Even though this is quite a big nursery for the area, it feels like a family.
Our daughter starts in the baby room in a couple of weeks and I just know she is going to love it!

My son absolutely loved his time at Heath House. He was only there for a term but settled so well and was welcomed completely as if he'd been there the whole time. Can't recommend them highly enough! So easy to converse with and the app is really handy.

Our daughter absolutely loves nursery having been there since she was 18 months old. The forest area and other outdoor spaces are great and the staff are caring and imaginative. The nursery goes the extra mile to put on events which create special memories for us.

From my personal experince this is the best nursery. All staff are amazing and Key person of my child is is absoultely fantastic. My child has severe allergies and I can re assure that this is the best nursery that you would looking for if your child has allergies. They very careful with allergies plan
and I felt very much confident to sending my child there. When she's moving to pre school the are making sue that my child is in the best transition due to her special in needs. Staff is very pleasant. Lunch time food is great. Chef is very much caring with my child special dietary requires. I heard that my child can sit and finish her meal which is very much amazing!

Our daughter attended Heath House Day Nursery and Pre School since Dec 2020, moving through the nursery, toddler, pre-pres and pre-school rooms. The rooms are spacious for the numbers of children, with outdoor areas and a shared enclosed forest garden. The staff are great and work very hard to give
the children all the support they need to learn, play and grow in a safe and very friendly environment. The staff are always happy to discuss children's needs and ensure any requirements are addressed in the right way. They use an online journal to keep you updated with your children's development and what they have been up to including photos together with nursery updates, which is easy to use. The nursery puts on additional activities using outside providers for an additional cost, stretch and grow and sports for kids. Our daughter loved and enjoyed her time here and we will miss it and all the staff when we leave for her new infant school. We would highly recommend them.

My daughter has attended the nursery since the age of 9 months so has transitioned from the baby room all the way to pre-school. I have been so happy with the setting and the staff have been excellent in all of the rooms. They’ve helped her grow in confidence so that she is school ready. I couldn’t
recommend the nursery and pre-school setting more. Great staff, facilities, nutritious meals and the children are always at the centre.

My daughter has loved her time at Heath House and thanks to the wonderful staff in all rooms she will leave a happy and confident little girl, fully ready for school. She has loved experiencing Forest School and more recently enjoyed the introduction of sports with 'Coach'. The staff are all wonderful
and work extremely hard to make every day full of fun and learning, as well as organising fantastic themed days and events, like sports day. I would recommend Heath House in the highest terms to anyone looking for a pre-school/nursery for their little one.

Brilliant nursery. Continued caring for our child through incredibly difficult times over the last few years, but we've always felt they are safe and well looked after.
We really notice the acceleration of their learning and love to hear new things that they're learning about. They get monthly development
focus points, so we can work on similar things to help reinforce the learning.
Most importantly they have fun, so much fun, as demonstrated by the latest sports day. Caring, encouraging and organised. Loved watching it all unfold.
Our second child has just started and we're sure we'll continue to be incredibly pleased.

I cannot thank the ladies at Heath House enough for the amazing work they have done with my daughter. My daughter has always been so happy to go to nursery, and it’s evident she is fond of every member of staff. Everyone’s so kind and friendly. You can always tell the children's well-being is their
main focus.
My daughter struggles with her speech delay and I cannot thank everyone enough how much they have helped and encouraged her. I don’t think her speech would have come on as well if it wasn’t for the ladies in the pre-school room. I could not recommend Heath House enough.

I have shared custody with a high conflict ex which I made sure the nursery knew about. My son follows a vegan diet when he is in my care whilst at nursery because I was the one funding it. Me and his mother both stated we would like him to have a vegan diet. Halfway through the year my ex-partner went
in and requested a dietary change without telling me. The nursery then put this dietary plan into place without notifying me and without my consent, which I found out through my child and asked them to return his diet back to how we agreed. They told me they needed both parent's consent, even though they altered it from vegan to non-vegan without my consent. This caused a huge amount of conflict between me and my ex-partner. I'm guessing the manager at the time was the one who authorised it. So anyone following specific dietary requirements make sure to check they're following correct protocol and procedure as in my case they only adhered to them after the damage was already done.

The staff and the setup at this nursery are amazing. Our daughter attended preschool here and we could not ask for more. From her settling in to her day to day care, the team were second to none. The outdoor space was perfect for a little explorer. We wish she didn’t have to leave to go to school!

We have had two children attend Heath House in the toddler room, pre-pres room and the pre-school. Both children started around 18 months and loved the toddler room. It has a safe balcony for outdoor play and the children also spend a lot of time in their forest garden. Both children settled with their
key worker very quickly and it is clear how much the staff care for the children and make it feel homely for them. They use an online journal to keep you informed about what the children have been doing and photos. As you move through the rooms, the number of children increases, but your child always has a key worker and all the staff know all the children very well, which I found very reassuring. In pre-school, the focus is on child-led play and exploration, but they did also help with learning letter sounds and writing when we asked. We will miss Heath House and would highly recommend them.

Both our children are attending Heath House Day Nursery and Pre School and between the two of them have covered all four rooms. We've been really happy with our choice of nursery. Our children are getting excellent care, and are always happy to go in. The monthly next steps are tailored to the children,
clearly communicated to us parents and we get updates on their progress as well as a detailed handover every day. The forest area is a massive favourite with both our boys but they also have plenty of opportunities to play with a range of toys, information computer technology, role play and do different kinds of activities, such as messy play, crafting, trips to the park. Our eldest has just graduated and we feel that the nursery has done an amazing job preparing him for school.

Our daughter has been going to Heath House since she was 18 months old and the team have been brilliant from day one. Being a Covid-19 baby meant the extra settling in sessions were really appreciated and made all the difference to her feeling happy and settled from her first official start day. The
team make the effort to find out what the children like to do so they always have fun. The forest area and gardens are a real asset and great for outside play and the trips out the staff do are an added bonus.

I honestly cannot praise Heath House enough! Due to Covid, we pushed back my little boys start date and I was worried about how he would adjust when he finally started. However, I can hand on heart say that he has fitted in and been looked after beautifully.
He gets so excited when we pull up into
the car park and asks most mornings if he can go to 'play'.
I feel relieved to know he is somewhere that makes him so happy and that he is safe and being looked after so well by the team.
The team are outstanding and I can already see how much he has come on with his vocabulary and learning since being with them. They are always friendly and welcoming, and, as a parent, you want to know your child is with someone who is going to look after them as if they were their own for the time they are in their care.
I love the monthly updates to see what they are currently learning and the photos that are sent. Plus to know there is such a variety of food offered with their monthly menu plan is fantastic!

Our daughter has attended Heath House Day Nursery and Pre School since August 2019. We visited quite a few nurseries and it was an easy decision that Heath House was the one with the warm welcome from staff that we experienced from our first enquiry. The staff are all so friendly and the communication
is great. We feel very safe and secure leaving our daughter in these very capable hands. She has come on leaps and bounds with her development since joining here and we look forward to seeing our daughter continue to grow with the continued support and care of the staff. Thank you.

Our daughter has attended Heath House since she was 13 months old. From baby room through to toddlers, pre-pre, pre-school, our experience has been nothing but positive. Each team within each room have been nurturing and supportive to both our daughter and us, helping her grow by stimulating her imagination
and interests with a variety of activities every day, messy play, role play, structured learning, storytime, baking, and exploration of the forest. There is always something to keep her engaged and amused. The team are professional and caring, and the support teams are also very involved, providing a consistent and familiar face to children and parents throughout their journey, while the kitchen and catering team do their best to keep the menu varied while also trying to appeal to the fussy eater. I’m sad that our chapter with Heath House is now at an end, but I am truly grateful to all. Our daughter is ready for her next challenge and her first day at big school.

Heath House has been amazing from the day my daughter started. My daughter was struggling with settling in and within a short time with thanks to the wonderful, nurturing staff she settled in no time. My daughter always goes in happy and on pick up she comes running out with a beaming smile. The staff
are all lovely and caring, and it is clear to see they all take amazing care of the children. The facilities are great and the array of activities for the children is vast and always different. Food seems to also be a winner with my daughter and she eats a large range of home-cooked meals (including the fact she has a milk intolerance this is catered for). I would highly recommend Heath House and will be sad when Frankie leaves to go to Infant school.
