This nursery is amazing. We sent both of our children there and they just do a fantastic job. We trust them with all our hearts and would not send our children anywhere else. Clean, amazing staff, good food, great facilities.

I have had 2 children go through this nursery 10 years apart. The quality of education and care has been consistently outstanding. They are compassionate, kind, caring and incredibly patient. My children have both had such enriching experiences. All staff are easy to talk to and relatable.

My two children started at Heath House in October 2020 and I can honestly say they have been so happy to go in every time. They both settled in very quickly as the process was very well organised. The staff are so lovely, caring and professional, and communication is excellent. They know the children
so well and strive to give them high-quality learning experiences. Next steps and progress are always shared along with photos of the fun activities children take part in. The facilities are amazing - the forest is a favourite but it's great that there are several outside areas for the children to enjoy. I'm so happy I chose Heath House and recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their children.

We send both our children here and we think it is an excellent nursery. The staff are fantastic and the facilities are great - the kids love the forest area and the garden. The food is really good and caters really well to vegetarians. And the range of activities for the kids is brilliant. Overall we

Both my children have attended Heath House since January 2019. I felt my son was prepared well for school and my daughter is still enjoying the Preschool class. We really like the forest garden outings and the messy play aspect.
After lockdown, they helped my daughter re-adjust and kept me up to date.

Heath House have been brilliant from my first enquiry through to my daughter starting. Communication has been great! They were flexible to allow my daughter to do multiple settling in days, which helped the transition immensely! Especially as being a Covid baby she wasn’t used to people or other babies.
The team in the baby’s room are always super friendly and lovely and give really detailed insight into how each day has gone. My daughter is always happy to be handed over in the morning and comes home babbling with excitement from all the fun activities of the day. Thanks!

Both our boys attend Heath House and our eldest has just graduated. Our experience has been fantastic; their key workers and other staff members really care about our boys, it is really rewarding to see them both grow up in such a supportive environment. Sending our children to nursery was a big decision
for us and we are happy to have made the right choice sending them here.
We recommended Heath House to a friend recently and they are also singing their praises about this nursery.

We love Heath House Day nursery. Our one-year-old is currently there and he loves it. We sent our daughter there last year and she had a fabulous time. We were lucky to have a key worker to look after both of our children and they utterly adore her.

Heath House has been absolutely amazing with my daughter and us since we joined this April. We recently moved to the area and they went out of their way to help her settle in and within days she had started to become familiar and confident with the team. They are caring and intuitive and seem to enjoy
creating activities and a stimulating environment for the children. They have a big outdoor garden with lots of toys and also a separate 'forest' area that my daughter loves. They regularly update the online journal and make a real effort to show us photos and describing parts of my daughters day that she has enjoyed. The team in her Pre-Ps room and the front office team always make time for us to talk through any questions we may have which helps a lot especially with having to settle in during Covid times. We are grateful for such a lovely environment for our daughter.

Both of my girls currently attend Heath House Day Nursery and both have been going from 12 and 9 months old. My eldest is now in pre-school. The staff are dedicated and friendly and they hold regular events (during non-covid times) that involve parents and other family members which is lovely. Everything
is well organised and whenever I need to get hold of anyone it is always very easy - whether that be by phone or email. The room sizes are great, the engagement with the children is fantastic. The garden areas are super and the forest is a huge added bonus. They spend time outside whenever they can, which I love my children to do.
I am so pleased I chose Heath House for my children and I would definitely recommend to others.

My little man joined Heath House in April 2021. He was born at the height of lockdown 1 and has had few opportunities to socialise with others.
Since joining Heath House, he has met and interacts well with many others of his own age. He is happy at Heath House and that is all I could ask for. He has
his person who is there with him and who he can have cuddles with, eats food I wish I could eat, and gets to be stimulated educationally. I’d love to eat the food he does (the menu is great and you find out each day what he’s been playing with and eating in his little book). We receive updates through the online journal about his progress and this allows us to post about his progress too. We have found the staff at Heath House to be nothing but supportive. They are a home away from the home for my little man and I am thankful to them for caring for him as much as they do.
My only request is: can I move in, please?

Our son attends the Pre (ages 2 up to 3) room at Heath House nursery. Whilst here, he has really flourished, with his speech improving greatly. The room leader has been wonderful in encouraging his speech. The staff are all wonderful and genuinely care, going above and beyond! It really is a home from
home environment. Would recommend.

We cannot thank the staff, especially our baby's, key worker enough. They take very good care of our baby girl and they incorporate our requests and accept our feedback every time. During pickup, when our baby’s key worker provides us with an update on how our baby’s day was she never rushes it or seems
impatient, which is very heartening. The staff at the nursery seem to be truly interested in our baby’s development and wellbeing.

Both of my children have attended the pre-school here. My son is already at primary school and has been able to flourish due to the amazing preparation his teachers at Heath House gave him. My daughter is now preparing to start primary school in September and is receiving the same phenomenal support
that my son did (as am I). She is so ready to rock big school and it is all thanks to Heath House's amazing staff, who despite everything we have all gone through over the past 18 or so months, have been absolutely incredible and often gone above and beyond to give the children the best experiences they can.

Our daughter has attended Heath House since she was a little over 1, and will be leaving soon to go to school. She has loved it there and has settled into each room well, always connecting with an adult in each room. The staff are always friendly and happy to tell you about her day, even in the last
year when it's been very difficult for them to continue operating during the pandemic. I would happily recommend them and my daughter will be sad to say goodbye.

We chose Heath House for our daughter and it was a perfect choice. Our daughter started at the age of 3 months in the baby room and as hard as it was to leave her to go to work, I was comforted in the knowledge of the excellent care, love and attention she has received over the last 20 months. The staff
are professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable, always willing to help, give advice when asked for and supportive. Their main concern is the child and ensuring that every child develops in a kind and nurturing environment, considering their age and their development and our daughter cannot wait to get to nursery every day. She loves the staff and she has a favourite who is a very special person and amazing with every child she interacts with, leading the room brilliantly. The other staff are also incredible and every one of them knows each child well, encouraging their individuality and a kindness and caring that is evident in the staff's own nature. I love Heath House!
