Putting my daughter into nursery has been the best decision we have made as parents. She has developed and learned so much and the staff are great with her!

I am extremely happy that I made the decision that Dizzy Ducks was the first choice of nursery for my son. I am really impressed with the way that the staff at Dizzy Ducks Nursery are committed to delivering and providing a great service and environment for parents to feel assured that their children
are safe and are meeting their developmental learning milestones through various different outlets.

My son has been attending Dizzy Ducks since September 2018 and I can and do see the difference in him. He has become more confident and is communicating, interacting easily with myself his peers and staff at Dizzy Ducks and is confident when counting, identifying shapes numbers and colours. I know with the support and nurturing given by Dizzy Ducks and myself that my son will continue to excel in all areas.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She loves all the girls, especially one in particular!
She is always happy to go in and happy and laughing when we collect her.
She has made friends, knows her ABC, shapes and colours.
Would recommend Dizzy Ducks.

Having my daughter in nursery was a hard decision to make whilst I was on maternity but also in the midst of completing my honours degree.
I am extremely happy with the EYLog communication with the nursery to parents as it allows us to see what our child has been up to but also how much she’s eaten
and toileting.
The girls are extremely friendly and my daughter has created lovely friendships with the children but also bonds with the practitioners.

Me and my 3 year old son attend every Monday and Wednesday. My son enjoys his time and always tells me how much fun he has. I would recommend Dizzy Ducks to my mummy friends. Thank you to Dizzy Ducks Harlow for all your support and help in making my son feel welcomed and happy. :)

I think the stuff is very friendly and professional. My little boy seems to be happy over there. The food is nice too.

The only weakness of this place is location. The rooms and garden are a bit too small.

The girls are really friendly and nice, very open and my daughter is very happy to be coming here everyday, her nappy is always dry when I pick her up, her face nicely wiped. I am grateful with the service.

Since my son joined Dizzy Ducks nursery last year, he has developed in so many ways. He is growing more confident and is making steady progress in his learning and development, this is down to the team work between myself and the staff at Dizzy Ducks. They have been putting the care and attention in
place from the very start, which is exactly what I was looking for in a nursery. I feel that the staff are easy to talk to if I need advice or have concerns about my sons development, I feel that they will always be honest and reassuring. I would like to praise the staff at Dizzy Ducks for always being professional, caring and nurturing to all the children, and i would personally like to thank the staff for making my little boy feel comfortable, settled and most importantly Happy.

Son is 2 years old and has global development delay.

Current Review Score: 9.7 (9.715)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.715) out of 10 for Kindred Harlow Nursery and Pre-school is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 10 Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.9 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.815 for Kindred Harlow Nursery and Pre-school is calculated as follows: ( (98 Excellents x 5) + (20 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 119 Ratings = 4.815

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 4.9 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kindred Harlow Nursery and Pre-school is based on 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    • i) 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.9

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 40 number of registered child places is 8, which has been reached with 9 Positive reviews. Points = 1

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
