Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, Busy Bees Moreton gives children the opportunity to express themselves in a stimulating, purpose-built setting designed to offer the highest standard of childcare. The setting is safe and secure, with CCTV in operation throughout the building.

With an emphasis on outdoor play and learning through first hand experiences, children are given the invaluable opportunity to explore their imaginations and interact with the natural world, boosting their powers of observation and their self confidence as they learn new things.

The unrivalled Pre-school for children aged 3-5 offers a rich, action-packed curriculum which includes daily phonic sessions and exercise classes, run alongside the EYFS curriculum. Every effort is made to inspire the children to initiate their own learning and encourage independence in readiness for school life.

A menu of freshly prepared, natural and tasty food is provided daily by all of the nurseries.

Our daughter loves nursery and we love reading her log book each day.
Staff in the toddler room are so friendly and warm. The provision in the setting always looks very inviting and engaging for the children. We're also very happy with the food on offer and love that our daughter now eat smoked salmon
as a result. Morning drop off can be a little chaotic at the main door, confusing knowing who is being let in when it is busy.

Daisy and Jake is an excellent day nursery, providing a great environment for children to grow and experience new things within the safety of the building and its grounds. Both my children love going to nursery there. I feel 100% confident they are being well looked after and they are secure within
their settings. The knowledge that each room has CCTV, door entry access is secure etc gives me reassurance and was one of the reasons I chose to send my children to Daisy and Jake day nursery. I would strongly recommend anyone to Daisy and Jake day nurseries.

My daughter began at the nursery aged 11 months she is now two years old and has been excited to attend the nursery every single session that she attends. This is due to the dedicated staff who make time to ensure my daughter is safe, happy and cared for on an individual basis as well as in a group
environment, making each day fun and filled with stimulating activities whilst provide affection and cuddles when needed.

My son has been attending this nursery for over 2 years now, we have found that they have always been very attentive to helping him develop and kept us updated on his progress through all the different age groups. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful both with our son and us as parents,
forming good bonds in both cases.
More recently my wife was diagnosed with cancer and has since passed away, it's been an extremely difficult time for all of us as a family but has been made that little bit easier knowing my son has been well looked after giving him the extra attention he's needed extra cuddles at times and keeping things as 'normal' as possible for him. They have gone above and beyond for us all whether it be fundraising for my wife or just having a chat with me. I can't recommend this nursery and it's staff enough for everything they have done.

My little boy started at Daisy & Jake Day Nursery Moreton in January, he was very shy with people who didn’t know, he also didn’t talk much or interact with other children.
Since starting at Daisy & Jake Day Nursery Moreton in just the couple of weeks that he has been there he has completely come
out of his shell. Every day he coming out from nursery attempting new words and new actions.
The staff go above and beyond to cater to every child’s individual needs as well as the parents.
The staff here are very welcoming right from the moment you view the nursery and every day after.
The staff at Daisy & Jake Day Nursery Moreton are an incredible team who are very professional.
As a mother, you want the best for your child and I believe Daisy & Jake Day Nursery Moreton is the best.

My little one has been attending since Baby room and all the staff I’ve met or had direct dealings with are lovely friendly and genuinely care about the children. I’m always receiving paintings, crafty bits that my child has made and am always told what they have been doing each day including eating
food which she won’t touch at home. I feel 100% happy and confident leaving my child there and it’s always reassuring when she asks to go to school on her days off.

Hi my name is Ruth and I am the Centre Director here at Wirral Moreton.


I joined Busy Bees in 2014. I originally trained as an NNEB practitioner back in 1993 and I have been a manager now since 2010 gaining further qualifications including those in management. Here at Moreton we pride ourselves on our fantastic achievement of being an Outstanding setting. We strive to provide all children with the opportunities to learn and development within a caring, safe and stimulating environment ensuring every child is given the best start in life. In my spare time I enjoy going to live events, walking and travelling.


I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful childcare setting.
