I have found the staff very skilled and always look out for my son. I do feel they have to look after a lot of children so a lower ratio would be better and maybe stop the younger children going into the bigger preschool, so the older children can focus more before school starts. Sometimes my son will
"play up" because he is bored.

Job Title: Centre Director

Hello, my name is Laura and I am the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Wirral Spital.


I am a fully qualified Early Years Educator and I have worked in early years for many years now. In addition to this, I have a degree in BA Hons Education Studies with Physical Education, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Teaching and Learning. During my years at Busy Bees, I have been provided with many opportunities and experiences to enhance my knowledge and ability to be able to provide children with the best possible care and learning opportunities to give them the best start in life. I also have many years experiences of supporting children with SEND and supporting them in every way I possibly can.


I am committed to giving every child high-quality care and learning experiences to ensure they have the best start in life.
