Daisy Chain Childcare Lofthouse is purpose-built and was opened by the group on 2008. Gardens for outdoor play, a sensory room and a community room are some of the additions that the innovative design included to make the most of all children's early years learning potential.

Sheltered outdoor area allows the nursery professionals to ensure that active play thrives, while there is even a 'magic garden' where children can learn more about growing fruit and vegetables.

We’ve had two children go through all rooms at Daisy Chain Childcare in Lofthouse. The preschool team are incredibly child-focused, knowledgeable, genuinely caring and a pleasure to chat to at the end of the day. We will all really miss the staff. A big mention has to go to his key person, I don’t think
any other person could be more on my son’s wavelength! Across the whole nursery, there have been some stand out staff we’ve come across since 2018; one from the baby room, one from toddler room (currently on maternity leave) and his key worker particularly. But also the strengths and leadership shine through from the staff within the foundation/preschool room too. This can be seen through where our son is at academically, as well as emotionally too, as his needs have clearly been met for him to be learning so well and settled. It’s officially the end of an era for us with our youngest starting school. Thanks for being part of their journey.

My twin boys have been attending Daisy Chain Nursery in Lofthouse since they were 9 months old (they're now almost five and about to leave for school).
The staff are so helpful and friendly and my boys love attending this setting. Activities are fun and creative, with lots of opportunities for fresh
air outside for letting off big bursts of energy.
Children are also supported academically in a fun non-pushy way and their interests are often considered when planning further activities.
The setting is clean and very well maintained with excellent facilities. It's an excellent nursery and we'll miss going there. We'll definitely miss the ladies Heather, as they have been so lovely throughout.

Our daughter has attended Daisy Chain Lofthouse since age 2 and is just leaving to start school. We have never had any problems, all staff have been lovely and warm towards the children. Would particularly like to mention our daughter's key worker, such a lovely girl towards all children, my little
girl took a real shine to her since she met her and it’s continued. She always tells us lots about our daughter's day and what she’s done well, what she’s eaten, who she’s played with etc. she’s a real credit to the team!
Would recommend Daisy Chain Lofthouse to friends and look forward to my younger daughter attending.

My 4-year-old daughter is just about to leave Daisy Chain after 4 years when she first attended when she was 6 months. The care, attention, love and commitment she has received has been nothing short of exceptional. She has thrived at Daisy Chain, she has made friends, gained her independence, been
to parties and enjoyed her time. Due to such a positive experience, we enrolled our youngest daughter who is 1 and has been attending since she was 9 months old. It has been a joy to see her so enthusiastic to go to her key workers, that reassures me she is safe and having the best time.
The staff members in particular who have made my girl's experience so great is the lady in the Pixie room. She took care of both my daughters and they adore her. The lady in the Imps room has such a special bond with my youngest, she loves to see her. The lady in the Elves room has a fantastic relationship with my eldest daughter.
I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, patience and care they have given my children.

My son has attended this nursery for almost 4 years and has loved every moment! When first starting he wasn’t talking much but that soon changed!
He has thrived in this setting and experimented with all kinds of foods and activities and has been encouraged to be himself throughout!
A special mention
to his key worker who has been absolutely outstanding and embraced his utter craziness!
I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

Overall, we love Daisy Chain Childcare Lofthouse and our son seems to too.
The staff are lovely and really friendly.
One thing that would be great is more detail for each day and more regular updates on the online journal. We see food and nappies but it would be so good to know more about the activities
completed each day and how our son is coming on with his development, what is the next stage etc.

We have been so impressed with the level of love and care shown to our daughter at Daisy Chain Childcare Lofthouse and highly recommend the nursery. She started part-time in the baby room at 6 months old and is now 17 months and attending 5 days per week in the toddler room. Each day she comes home
with a new skill or word and her confidence has grown massively. The staff arrange a wide variety of themed activities to encourage learning through play. We have also been really happy with the food served, it's healthy and very varied which was really beneficial on her weaning journey.

I cannot recommend Daisy Chain Lofthouse enough! The staff are amazing and so friendly. Both my boys love going and they have learnt so much during their time there. My eldest leaves to go to school in September and the staff have helped make sure he is more than ready!

This nursery has been fantastic in helping my child’s development. He was delayed in his development, he had only been there about a month when I could see massive fantastic changes in his development. He has been there for over a year and he loves it. Great staff. I am delighted with the standard of care my son has received while at Daisy Chain Childcare Lofthouse. He has specific dietary requirements that have been met with a varied menu and the staff in his room have taken the time to get to know him. His social skills have really developed in the time he has

My son absolutely loves Daisy Chain he doesn't even look back when they open the door to let him in.


We get daily updates on his activities which show his usual routine and we also get lovely updates on special activities he enjoys including lovely pictures!


The staff are incredible and are very

experienced they always have a lovely story about his day which they share when we pick him up. We couldn't be happier!

My son started Lofthouse nursery at the start of January and since then he is thriving. In less than two months he has really come into himself. He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. The staff are really friendly and when I pick my son up they will always spend time to give me an
update on his day. The online journal is updated everyday so I can see what he has eaten, drank and when he has been changed and put down to have a sleep. Occasionally it is also updated with photos which are lovely to see what he has been up to during the day. My son was poorly when he first started nursery and the staff were very supportive.

My daughter has been going to Daisy Chain since she was six months old and she is now two-and-a-half years old!
I cant praise and recommend this nursery enough to other people.
The staff are fantastic. Nothing you ask is too much for them to do to help your child. They will facilitate you whenever
possible and will take any of your concerns for your child on board and help with them.
My daughter has been in two of the rooms and about to move into the preschool room and each room she has been in has been amazing. I don't think she would be as advanced in her learning and social skills without going here and all this is thanks to the team that work here.
We love the relationship and bonds that have been built with our little girl and we have no issue when it comes to her attending nursery, in fact, she runs away into the building without looking back.
We have just enrolled our new baby to start when they are six months old as we have no doubt that this is the place we want them to explore!

We have been very happy with all aspects of the nursery. Since he has been with Daisy Chain he has explored new tasks and activities that we couldn't achieve at home. The daily meals that the children have are fantastic and very different from day to day cooking at home too.

My child has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old, and he’s now 3 and a half. Every room has been amazing with him and I don’t believe he would be as advanced as he is without the love and care provided here. I could not recommend it enough, I drop him off and I don’t have to worry about
him all day and I can check on the app whether he’s eaten/slept etc during the day which really helps. Amazing staff in an amazing place, the team are so happy and my little one loves it.

My daughter currently attends and has done so since the beginning of the year. The staff here are excellent and form a real connection with the children. My daughter loves going and is developing fantastically as a result. The daily updates are great and everyone I've ever spoken to have been only too

Both my children have attended Daisy Chain Childcare Lofthouse for a combined total of 8 years, and both their cousins before them. We can’t recommend this nursery highly enough, from the safe location, to the warm, welcoming and caring staff. The care they have given to our children has been second
to none, excellent clean and safe facilities, meals are an extremely high standard, and the extra activities throughout the year are more than most nurseries provide. We were sad to end this chapter before starting school. I have recommended this nursery to numerous friends and work colleagues.
