Little Learners' Day Nursery in West Croydon, established in 2009, cares for children aged 6 months to 4 years.

The children can have access to the garden directly from their room so that they can play outside whenever they want. The garden is used all year around in all weathers and the children are provided with rain suits and winter and summer hats.

The nursery uses an online observation and development tracking system which parents can access and make comments on. A nursery sports day and barbecue is held once a year for parents, children and staff to enjoy. Parent questionnaires are sent out twice a year to ensure that the nursery is providing a good service.

Children enjoy meals that reflect a multi-cultural society. The menus are planned to encourage good healthy eating habits and an awareness of where food comes from. The nursery accommodates children with dietary requirements e.g. vegetarians, those with dairy intolerance.

Overall I’m happy with my daughter going to Little Learners. She seems happy and very excited to attend there. Something that I appreciate is when I pick her up her nappy is clean and her clothes.
The only thing I don’t really like is that some staff never smiles, that is why I give 4 stars and not

The nursery is amazing! All staff are friendly welcoming, and great support for my little one developing! We love how many variety of activities they have prepared for children and love to see pictures on the learning website. My little one absolutely loves to go there and comes home very happy. We

We are pretty much happy with the way our ward has been nourished at your nursery at West Croydon. It has this far been our pleasure to connect with this great welcoming team. Much cheers and blessings to the service you are providing.
However I would be much more convinced if there is any way I can

Little Learners has been very amazing to my son and helped with his process (he is a very fussy eater and does not eat at nursery yet) but I am very grateful.

My twins absolutely love attending here and have settled in extremely well. They are always excited for nursery and always have smiles on their faces when collected. The staff are very friendly and always keep me up to date on their progress at the end of the session.

My son sustained an injury on his forehead. It left nasty visible scarring on his face. We get asked what happened to him till now. The doctor at the A&E asked me if it was safe to keep him there. The doctor said we are lucky his skull is not damaged.


The staff appears lovely. There are lots of educational

materials.

We are disappointed to receive your review regarding the unforeseen accident that occurred in March 2021. Your son received immediate first aid, you were notified via telephone and he was closely monitored until collection. Our accident policy was followed and you reviewed and signed the accident book.
It is our understanding from our call to you the following day that the hospital said he was fine and you advised he was running around at home, showing usual behaviour. He attended nursery for a further 7 months following the accident, therefore we were unaware of any concerns relating to this accident.
We pride ourselves on our parental partnerships and would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss any concerns at the earliest opportunity following the accident.
We appreciate and thank you for your comments regarding the staff team and educational materials and apologise that your view of the nursery has been impacted as a result of the accident.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since June, and I see such a big improvement in her. She’s a lot happier, she loves going that she wants to go every day. The staff are wonderful. I absolutely love this nursery, if I could afford for her to go full time, I definitely would because I know

Little Learners Day Nursery has been so good for my daughter. She joined at 10 months old but settled very quickly and now jumps out of my arms when I drop her off in the mornings. She learns something new every day and always comes home with a new game to play with us. The staff are great and very

Brilliant Nursery. The staff there are really good with my little one. Any issues were dealt with swiftly. My daughter loves it and can tell you all the planets of the solar system at the age of two. Every week she learns something new. Also, the staff are really good with potty training. My daughter
was wearing nappies when she first started and by week 4 she was in knickers.

The staff at Little Learners Day Nursery have been very welcoming and friendly to my son and my family since joining in March. My son has settled in very quickly thanks to the wonderful staff. Since my daughter has joined Little Learners Day Nursery West Croydon, there's been nothing but joy and happiness that thrives from within. The staff are very hands on and meet all my daughter's needs of her syndrome and communicate with me daily of her day, beautiful detailed observations and photographs
are observed in her online learning journal too! Smiles all around and definitely recommend. (Started Dec 2018 - present).

Wonderful nursery school, our daughter is happy and looking forward to every day. Wonderful attitude towards children, we see great progress as this is a second language for her. She starts to talk more and to be more independent. This is amazing because during the pandemic it has been a big challenge

My son started back in September and I am happy with the nursery and staff so far and would recommend family and friends for their children to attend. He is doing a lot of activities at the moment which is helping him to learn mobility skills and expanding his vocabulary. I love the fact that I can

My very shy two year old daughter is now expressing herself very fluently. She comes home playing the teacher on us. All the staff are very professional and my daughter really enjoys going to nursery. She's also learnt a lot and is still learning. She knows her teachers' names and talks about them at home all the time. She loves nursery.
As a parent, I am so happy to see my child happy and the fact that she is so
excited to go and begs me to take her there, what else can I ask for? I would definitely recommend Little Learners Nursery to everyone.

This is a great nursery and I am very happy with my choice to send my son there. He was shy initially and really quiet but now he has made lots of friends and has come out of his shell a lot since being there.
The children all get along well with each other. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I
feel content leaving my child at this nursery and no that he is being well looked after.
Great team all round and happy children.
