My son loves this nursery, in particular Forest School. His physical and verbal development has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The staff are lovely as well. The nursery fees are also very reasonable.

My son loves going to Woodlands, they are always really friendly and cheerful and make him feel comfortable. Every day he comes back from nursery he has learnt something new. They help to encourage him to speak and always have new activities for the children to do each day.

My little girl has been to Woodlands for around a year now and she is very happy and content there and has really come on with her development. The staff are excellent and she loves forest school! Would highly recommend it.

Excellent nursery, my daughter loves going and looks forward to her trips down to the forest school.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
Have recently started potty training and the nursery has been amazing helping along with this.
Always inform you of the day my daughter has and can
see what she has been up to through the nursery app.

My child has recently moved to Woodlands Nursery from another setting. She has settled in so quickly and has bonded well with the staff in her room. Her speech has developed amazingly and she always tells me about her day. She gets involved in so many different activities and she is always so excited
to go back. They go down to their onsite Forest School site regularly which she loves!

Our little boy has been at Woodlands Nursery and Forest School now for just under two years and he loves it. We knew straight away it was the nursery for us with the welcoming and friendly staff, the outdoor space and forest school, the in-house chef and just the general approach to learning. All the
staff are happy and welcoming and seem to love to be there which rubs off on the children. Our little boy has come on leaps and bounds and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I knew this was the nursery for us as soon as I visited. The staff are so friendly and passionate about their work. The outdoor environment is an amazing place to learn and they focus on your child's individual interests to help their development. Would recommend to anyone!

Great staff and love the outside area. My daughter really struggled to settle but her key person has spent lots of time with her and she now goes in with a big smile on her face. She especially loves the forest school and comes home telling me all about her day.

My daughter joined full time at the start of the year. I wasn't allowed in due to COVID, but the staff were amazing with her and with me and she settled in really quickly. When lockdown started, I had some issues and I was so worried about it, but the nursery were so helpful and took the time to go
through all the options with me until it was sorted. The location is beautiful, with so much outdoor space that they can play in and explore. The car park is really big too, so you don't have to wait for a space. The app they use is amazing, I can see what she eats, when and how much. I can easily message to ask questions and they regularly update a communal newsfeed and my personal wall with how she is developing. She repeats a lot of things that she hears at nursery, so I know they teach behaviours with positive reinforcement (she says "lovely manners" when I say please). They made a card when she was ill and put a picture on the app so I could show it to her and it really made her smile. Highly recommended.

Since sending my son to Woodlands nursery, I have seen a great improvement with his social and cognitive development! He enjoys his Forest school sessions and enjoys exploring his natural environment around him. The staff have been amazing in supporting his needs from potty training and fussy eating!
I would definitely recommend Woodlands for a friendly and flexible environment!

My son attended nursery at Woodlands and now comes back to do holiday clubs. The level of care there is outstanding, with a lot of outdoor space and activities set up there. If the weather is bad, they have covered areas and can still enjoy some fresh air and daylight. The food is all home-cooked and
to a high standard with a good variety. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly, giving updates weekly through the famly app especially. I can only highly recommend it.

My daughter has attended Woodlands nursery since 2017. Each room she has been in has been excellent. The staff are great, really friendly and very attentive to your child’s needs. The days are well planned, the children have plenty of time outside in the fresh air. The outside areas are well laid out
and the children have plenty to play with. The children have lots of activities to do inside too, drawing, reading and group activities. The security is great, you know your child is safe. Can’t fault Woodlands at all, highly recommended.

Both of my children have attended Woodlands since they were 9 months old. I have always found the staff to be extremely caring and nurturing. They have lots of fun activities planned for the children and the Forest School area is such a valuable learning experience.
The preschool room has really supported
my eldest in preparation for going to school.
As a keyworker, I found the nursery to be extremely supportive and helpful during the Covid lockdown period. Throughout this time the staff continued to provide a high level of care.
When I drop off the children in the morning I always feel reassured that all their needs will be met and they will have a fun day.

Woodlands staff go above and beyond to support the children. Time and effort are given to ensure each child has the best possible experience during their time there. The range of activities and opportunities provided is fantastic, and your child’s interests are incorporated into the planning for each
room. Both my children have grown in confidence since joining the setting, and the team have really made a difference in their lives. You receive regular updates on your child’s development, and the flexibility and communication from the team are great. Parental input and views are listened to. I honestly can not fault the day to day running of the nursery, preschool and out of school club. A highly recommended and professionally ran childcare provider. The team do an amazing job.

We highly recommend Woodlands to anyone, and in fact, have recommended to two friends who now happily send their children here. They focus on outdoors, with all rooms having access to gardens, is perfect for my children who both love it. The added bonus of forest school on site is such a wonderful experience
for the children. We have always found the staff friendly and approachable, and communicating with the staff is easy through face to face, emails and the app. My eldest needs extra support due to a mobility issue, and all staff are always keen to support him where needed. We are confident that our children are supported, cared for and nurtured every day!

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Woodlands. The outstanding feature for us was the access to outside space all year round. The staff are all wonderful, the resources are great, and my little one is certainly very happy to be there.
