Great nursery and brilliant staff. My daughter loves to go and has a great relationship with all that work there. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

I experienced a few problems at the outset with staff not understanding my son's dietary needs, however, that issue was resolved swiftly. There were further minor concerns around poor communication with reporting and informing me of incidents, where my son was bitten by another child, but since then
I have had no problems. My son seems settled and happy when he is there and the staff team are friendly.

My son really loves to go to nursery. It was quite a big surprise for me. But after several sessions, he adapted and started to enjoy every day there.
Thanks to professional people who work there. They provide excellent care for my son. He always smiling and in a good mood there.
I also can see the
progress of his development. I appreciate that staff teach him and show new things in this world.
Also, it is really great that every day I receive a detailed report about my son's activities. It helps me to be in touch with everything like I spent this day together with him.

My daughter enjoys going to nursery she has made friends with the children in her class. As a parent I like hearing what she has been up to when I arrive to pick her up and the ladies in her class are very personable.

There has been a change of team leader and it has affected the overall feel of the room. The children, including my own, seem so much more settled and my child is enjoying the day more. I don't know if this is down to change in activities or just personal style but it seems so much better and more relaxed.

When returning to work, like many parents I was reluctant to leave my baby at nursery. My son started Kiddi Caru aged 13 months and it has been the best thing for him. Being at this nursery has given him the confidence and ability to talk to anyone, play with other children his age, younger and older
and he loves going to nursery every day. The staff are so welcoming and every single carer whether they are the staff in his class or not greet him by his name every day. It makes you feel very welcome and puts my mind at ease that he is loved and looked after throughout the day. I know he is in safe hands when I drop him off every morning.

My daughter loves Kiddi Caru Caldcotte. It's a struggle to get her to leave at the end of the day! The activities, meals and the care given by the team is excellent. She has developed brilliantly at the nursery and is becoming a well-rounded individual. The team genuinely care about her well being and
all know her personally. My second child will be starting the nursery later in the year and I have no reservations about this. I'm sure he'll enjoy it as much as she has.

I am very happy with this nursery. Very friendly and accommodating staff who are brilliant with my daughter. The facilities are great, clean and they have lots of activities through the week. I have recently change from another child care provider and am so glad I did.

My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru Caldecotte since she was 15 months. She is now approaching 4 and due to start school this year.


She has had an amazing time with this nursery and development has been amazing. She is advanced already at 3 and a half.


The staff and the facilities are fantastic.

It makes my daughter sad that she will be leaving in September.

My son has been at Kiddi Caru for over a year now and he is so happy there. He thrives in the nursery and he loves all the girls working there. I love all the activities they do including yoga and cooking they are constantly working to improve his development.

My son has been with the nursery for about 5 months and we're very happy with the level of care he has received to date. He's very settled and happy here and has developed an excellent relationship with the nursery staff. The team is engaging and always provides an update on his development. The only
recommendation is the nursery should consider having a mobile app, where they post kids pictures and updates during the day, and parents can log in to view or read.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Caldecotte has been a fantastic environment for my daughter, She started in the baby room and loved it straight away. Staff are friendly and welcoming and give lots of information at the end of each day. My daughter enjoys activities outside and there is plenty of opportunities

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Working within childcare since 2008, Rebecca holds a Level 6 qualification having studied early years as a degree and has a passion for open ended resources for the children to learn from and explore. She has been a part of the Kiddi Caru family 2015, starting as a room leader and working her way up to deputy which she held for three years, and now the nursery manager.
