My daughter started chapel house from 10months old till date as she is now in the 2-3s room . She always looks forward to coming to nursery in the morning , she has also made some friends and has created a special bond with her key worker.
The staff and management are very welcoming as well as approachable
they are also very polite and professional.
Chapel house is a very excellent nursery and I am happy that my daughter is here, she has made such a wonderful progress in her learning and development.

This nursery is the best nursery since they cover everything your child needs. It has the best care as well as love and passion for their kids. Overall it has been one of the best nursery my kid has every gone to.

The staff are deeply caring, making our child feel safe and loved. The wide range of creative activities keeps our little one engaged and learning in the most fun ways. We also appreciate the detailed tracking of sleep and meals, giving us peace of mind. The management team is warm and so welcoming-
it's a joy to see their smiles and feel this genuine kindness, especially in the mornings during a drop off. Overall, it's a truly nurturing and inspiring environment and I'm very grateful for the level of support and loving dedication, provided by the staff and the management team.

I would say overall myself and my partner are happy with the last 6 months. My daughter's confidents and development has come on so much and I have no doubt that was from nursery. She has always been happy to go into baby room and would even leap out of our arms. To go to staff which is extremely warming
to see how safe and comfortable she feels. It would be nice to see more photos of my daughters day aswell as the app to have more information about activities and day.

Since I went to view the nursery in 2023 for my son to join, the whole team has been welcoming, caring, kind and very supportive. As he started in toddlers room and now currently in pre-school room the staff has always been informative verbally as well as on the App to ensure all relevant information
is uploaded. I highly recommend a nursery that implements diversity as well as providing consistent support to parents which I have experienced.

Our son loves it at Chapel House. The staff are all very nice and supportive. They really helped our son with his potty training. He has also developed a lot of new skills while being there.
He has a lot of fun there!

My daughter has just finished her settling in period with chapel house day nursery. She has settled in well and enjoys being at nursery. The amount of days they give for settling in is amazing, it allows your child to get comfortable and use to routine so that drop off and pick up is much easier and
stress free.
My first born daughter also attended Chapel house and I was so impressed with her growth and care that I sent my second born daughter also.
Chapel house day nursery is THE best nursery/pre-school, all workers are attentive and respectful and keep you well informed. They put your child's needs first. You are guaranteed to see your child flourish and grow in all aspects! This has been my choice of nursery for over 5 years and the standard of care is still remarkable.

My daughter has been attending Chapel House since she was six months old and has been so happy there. She has formed a great connection with her key worker and adjusted to the nursery so well, largely because of the gentle and phased introduction. She loves the food that the chef cooks! We decided on
Chapel House because of the wonderful space and the amazing garden, which is something hugely important to us living in London. She has picked up lots of songs and I appreciate how they notice what she becomes interested in and make sure to provide her with opportunities to explore her interests more. I appreciate the hard work of all the staff there.

Absolutely amazing team. They are patient and understanding. My daughter loves to go to the nursery and doesn't want to come back home as she is having such a great time. They always do a lot of activities and she learns a lot.

My daughter is very happy at Chapel House Day Nursery. She has made close friends here and really loves her teachers. I was worried at the start because we came from a Spanish-speaking household but she has really picked up English here. The other day, she came home and said in English, "It's a lovely
day today!" She told me that her teacher says this every day so it is clear that she is also picking up on her lovely, positive attitude! Thank you to all the staff for their happiness that they share every day with the kids.

This setting is a nice place for children and parents. I have known this nursery for a long and one of my sister's sons used to come and he loved it. The staff are friendly and polite. So far I haven't seen anything wrong. Management is also good.

As a first-time parent it’s always nerve-wracking having to leave your child anywhere but Chapel House Day Nursery has made both myself and my child comfortable and welcomed. The staff are very kind and are always reporting back about my child’s day and sending reports which I love to see and hear!
The range of activities are also very good and creative.

My Daughter enjoys nursery so much, she is learning a lot and I am happy with her development. She will miss nursery once she starts primary school. Hats off to all the staff, I appreciate them a lot; they are friendly and approachable. The managers are also lovely.

Such lovely staff who are very attentive to my son and his development, they’ve always heard me out and listened to my needs and wants, couldn’t ask for a more lovely manager, who is so sweet and has brilliant energy. Very happy with Chapel House for making a great environment for me and my son.

Chapel House Day Nursery is a lovely, friendly nurturing environment. My 18 month old has been there since she was 9 months old. Due to an underlying health condition, she has had to have two surgeries in that time and the management have been so flexible and accommodating in helping her continue
to attend. The staff in the baby room have been brilliant at working with her additional mobility needs and shower her with love so she is always excited to return.

My son attended Chapel House Day Nursery from he was 1 year old. The care that given to my son is excellent and I cannot ask for more. He loves to attend his nursery each day. Now he is about to leave for reception in September and he is saying that he doesn’t want to leave his friends and teachers.

the staff are and management is very professional, helpful and friendly. They always there to answer any questions that I have regarding to my son's care.
