My son has been attending Bright Horizons, Putney since he was eight months old. The nursery was always really good at keeping us updated with his activities, the food he eats and his nap times etc. The transition from the baby class to the 2+ class was seamless. Everyone at the nursery is very invested
in his development. I cannot praise them enough and the manager is great! Thank you, Putney, Bright Horizons.

The staff and management are absolutely great. Very attentive. Nothing is an issue for the manager and deputy manager. The cost is extremely high and I wonder why there is such a difference in price between Putney and for example, another Bright Horizons nursery. There should be consistency, especially
when the service is the same. I know childcare cost is another forum for discussion, but it is extremely high, with new prices coming up in January, it will be tough to keep the job and letting my son go to the nursery. He is so happy there. Otherwise, I cannot be happier. My son is well looked after and is thriving. There are a lot of activities happening throughout the day and a great selection of food and toys. I love their curriculum. Facilities are a bit on the smaller side, with very little outdoor space, however, the reason why I've chosen Bright Horizons, Putney, was because I received such a thorough show around, the best in the area. They really explained everything in detail and they made you feel welcome.

Bright Horizons, Putney is great. Well-led and well-managed, with a great approach to the development and care of children. Staff are really caring and attentive and the environment is enriching, fun and clean and tidy. Food is high quality and varied. The ideal nursery, really!

My daughter has loved her time at Putney, Bright Horizons. The nursery staff helped her adjust quickly and she's learned so many new things since starting six months ago. The staff have been incredibly accommodating, during a period when she's been in a post-op cast and they always ensure she's comfortable
and involved in all the activities her peers are doing. It's very reassuring to know she's in safe hands during the day and she always leaves with a smile on her face!

We love Bright Horizons, Putney. The staff are incredibly friendly and our child can't wait to go into nursery each day. We couldn't recommend it enough. The coffee mornings, every few months, give us a great insight into how things are going and the app is great for getting updates.

Great people, doing their very best for all the babies and toddlers. A very good manager, who really sets a high standard. Food is very varied and wholesome, and my kid enjoys. Compact space, but the team use it to the maximum.

We've had our child there for two years now and are always impressed with the care and attention of the staff. We've made loads of friends there with other parents and our child goes on playdates with nursery friends. Our child has also been coming home and surprising us with counting, letters and insights
that we didn't expect! All in all, brilliant staff, great nursery. Our only gripe is that we don't get funding from the government for nursery hours, else we'd be there full time!

Just a quick impromptu note to say that on a daily basis I am impressed by the variety and brilliance of the activities that Putney Bright Horizons offers to the kids of all ages (I've got a 15-month-old in the baby room and a nearly 4-year-old in the preschool room) and the enthusiasm and care of the
staff. Checking the photos and videos on the app is one of the highlights of my day! At home, my little one is thriving, and I feel my preschooler is nearly ready for school already even though he's got one more year at daycare. To the team at Bright Horizons Putney: You're doing an incredible job. Thank you all!

My little one goes to nursery happy and leaves in the evening with the biggest smile on her face. The team are tender and conscientious, and they take great care in engaging with children and in teaching them. Her social skills have significantly improved; she is a more engaging child, and I am so happy
with her development. The staff are particularly careful with her severe allergies, and they are fantastic at communicating and sharing her day with us.

Our 2-year-old son has been at Bright Horizons Putney since he was 10-months-old. We sent my son there because my daughter had also been very happy there and had done really well in the 4+ entry exams as a result of what she'd learned at Putney Bright Horizons.
My son is thriving there. He comes out
beaming about the great day he had. I love getting feedback from the staff because they are really insightful and knowledgeable about how he is getting on versus what is expected. The communication with parents is brilliant and much better than a few years ago thanks to their new website where they update with photos. There is no better place for your child to be supported through potty training etc. too.
I've met many lovely parents in the area as a result of drop off/pick-ups at the nursery. The staff are really special, in my opinion. Intelligent, professional and caring, and many have been there since my daughter first started way back at the start of 2019.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for a while now. She left due to my work relocation but returned recently, and I can confidently say that I trust the staff from the nursery more than my own mother. I would like to thank all the staff and not least the manager for all the love and care they

Our two kids have attended Bright Horizons, Putney, since September 2020. They love to be there. The staff are amazing and has a very limited rotation compared to other nurseries. In these two years, we have been through all the different rooms and we can say that the standards of the nursery are outstanding.
We have always been confident in leaving our children with them and the kids have left the nursery every day with a smile on their faces. It hasn't been easy, as at the beginning we came from a different country, but the staff has been always extremely focused on the well-being of the kids. I strongly recommend the nursery.

We are very pleased with the care that is provided in the nursery room. Our daughter is learning a lot and her speech and vocabulary is developing quickly. The staff provide regular feedback on her development and are always very responsive, friendly and caring. The management of the nursery is excellent,
responsive and accommodating. We have no reservations about recommending this nursery.

My kids love going to nursery and always report back that they've had tonnes of fun all day. They're definitely advancing rapidly on the education side of things as well. With much better maths and spelling skills than they need to start school. So an excellent base knowledge from all their fun and

We have recently enrolled our son at Bright Horizons and the first couple of months have been very positive. The staff have been lovely and we can already see a bond developing. Our son is already enjoying attending, the activities are stimulating and he likes the food very much. The staff have been

Pretty much happy with how the nursery is run. I’m very pleased with the day to day care and activities that my child has and the communication with staff, which is key. Hi, I am Rachel, the Nursery manager. I have worked at Putney Pre School and Day nursery for 7 years since we opened and I have been very fortunate to be a part of its wonderful growth and Journey. Starting off as the Baby room leader I have watched all the children graduate off to school, and welcome many siblings into the nursery!


I have worked with children for 12 years and hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. I have worked in a vast range of childcare settings, including private and public nurseries, Montessori schools and holiday clubs, but do truly have a passion for the under 5’s, making sure that I can help provide the best start in life.
