All food is freshly prepared on site based on their NHS accredited, seasonal menu in their fully equipped 5* hygiene kitchen. They have a fantastic spacious outdoor area, full of bikes, building blocks, and obstacle courses to the fun filled indoor spaces, be rest assured your child will love every moment at nursery. They also have a regular tennis class which could further develop your children motor and physical skills.

The highly experienced team are dedicated to providing the best care for every child, offering endless support and attention throughout the day, to help with their development. To ensure your child is prepared for the next stage in their educational journey, resources and activities are carefully planned out in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, to enable children to learn whilst having fun.

I was a very nervous parent, leaving the most precious thing in my life with strangers and after COVID but I cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff, they made me feel at ease, allowed me to do as many settles as I needed and are very accommodating. The manager is very friendly and did her
best to make me feel secure in leaving my child. I would not send him anywhere else.

My daughter started in September 2020, she was very unsettled. The girls all made me feel so comfortable leaving my daughter. The girls reassured me that she would soon settle in, now I struggle getting her home. I was having trouble with toilet training at home, my daughter didn't want underwear on,
now she is making me for no nappy and to wear underwear to use the toilet/potty!

Brilliant staff, great communication, helped with every concern I've had,. Overall amazing.

Since being back from lockdown the nursery and staff have been nothing but accommodating. My child is always happy to go to nursery and seems very happy when we pick up. Good nursery to go to and highly recommended.

I have my son here since he was 11 months old, now he is 4 years old. The staff are amazing with him and I have not seen a great turnover of staff. Highly recommend this nursery.

We are extremely happy with how our daughter is developing and how much she has learnt since starting in March 2020. She is currently in the baby room and loves going into the room to see her key worker, other teachers and friends. W love seeing her artwork and photos of what she has been doing through-out
the day. She's now 16 months and already counting to 4 and I know the girl's work has contributed to that.

My son started towards the end of September the nursery helped him settle in which was key as he was very nervous. They have been great with him especially with his food allergies. Would recommend to family and friends.

I am a parent who was very anxious about returning after lockdown but I am very pleased to say the manager and staff team have done an amazing job of making me feel assured that my little girl is safe. The cleaning is brilliant, always seeing staff cleaning the doors and handles when we are dropping
off or picking up.
Well done Busy Bees at London Mottingham, I am a very happy mummy.

This is a lovely nursery. All the staff are amazing, friendly and always very helpful. The care they have for my daughter is great and they are always very informative when I go to collect her. Letting me know what her full day consists of. They provide an outstanding service and am very pleased with

Busy Bees is a great nursery with lovely members of staff. My little girl loves coming to nursery in the mornings, she has learnt so much and has so much fun. Everyone is very accommodating and flexible. Overall I'm very impressed.

My son has been at the Mottingham nursery since he was 10 months old, the staff were really attentive to his needs as he was a little bit delayed. Unfortunately, we left during lockdown as he was starting school in September and I was planning on taking him out in June, if it was not for COVID then
he would have been there until that month. The staff were always around to give me feedback and always worked with me to help him develop, I would not put my child anywhere else if I was to have another.

My son has been in Tree Tops since September 2017 and we have both had a brilliant time.


He loves going to see all the girls and I always feel happy with his progress and happy he is safe.


He is now in preschool and I know he'll be sad to leave at the end of July as will I. We've had a great time.

Generally very pleased with the nursery. Our child has grown in confidence and we have complete trust in the staff (the low turnover of staff is very encouraging). Would like to see a bit more invention with the menu, however, I understand there are limits for children at such a young age. The hours
are very convenient for us and the staff always have a smile!

My son (21 months) and my daughter (7 months) both attend what is now Busy Bees Mottingham. As a mum of two very little ones, the most important thing is to feel like your children are going to be cared for and not simply treated as a placement. From the minute I stepped into the nursery, I was amazed
by the quality of the staff. The nursery manager is so accommodating to personal preferences and circumstances when it comes to the children, which is so important for working parents. My son comes away from a day at nursery chatting away, trying to tell me about all the lovely things he did during the day. It has been great to talk to his room carers about the achievements they have witnessed him make, and at the other end of the scale, the areas where they have felt the need to introduce some discipline. I was extremely reluctant to leave my daughter because of how young she is. but the staff made me feel so comfortable because I can see how much care and attention she is given.

My eldest daughter attended for 2 years and was in both the toddler room and then the preschool. She absolutely loved this nursery, made lots of friends, had close relationships with staff and thoroughly missed the nursery when she left. She left very well prepared for school in terms of socialising,
being able to do things independently and had already learned all her letters and their phonic sounds. My youngest daughter (who is 3) just started in September. She has settled remarkably well and is already excited to be going to nursery. Due to earlier hearing problems, my daughter is non-verbal and so, therefore, requires extra support. The nursery is well equipped to do this and have done the best to make sure that she has settled and that her needs are met. I am confident that this nursery will really help her with her communication and that she won't feel left behind. I really couldn't recommend this nursery enough and I am very grateful to them for the care and service they provide.

My son started here in September 2016, at the age of 2. I looked at many nurseries and none came close to this one. The layout is great and the garden is amazing, and it is obvious that the staff care and actually want to be there. The food is cooked on site and always smells great!


I had no worries

about my son starting nursery, he is my second child and I went back to work when he was quite young, so he was used to me leaving him with a childminder and family members, however, upon starting it became quickly apparent that he would struggle with the separation from me. Most parents would relate to how stressful it is to leave a crying child is, however, the staff were amazing; they encouraged me to call for updates and were very honest with what was going on. My just a month later son now is thriving and enjoying nursery life. My son comes out every day so happy, what more can a parent want.


The manager and staff are great; I can not think of a better place for my son to be.

I had my son there (former Happy Child Day Montessori) for a year and a half until he joined reception and now I have my two year old daughter there (Treetops). The staff and management are the same but are under a new name.


They have always been excellent in supporting the special needs of my

son. They were loving, caring, considerate and very understanding of his struggle with delayed communication skills. Now my daughter loves it there and hasn't had a single day when she wouldn't want to go to the nursery. It's like a home away from home for them and their brand new refurbished rooms are a welcome change. I recommend them highly.

I have had a child at Mottingham Day nursery for quite a number of years - my eldest is now 8 years old! My youngest has just turned three and joined this site (from its sister site, Mottingham Baby) in January 2016. She has settled in very well and this is mostly down to the attention the staff give
to the children from day one until they leave to go to school. The friendliness, care and support both the children and the parents get from the staff and management at the nursery is very comforting - it's never easy walking away from your child and leaving them in the care of others and yet you somehow know they will be looked after well here.


I am definitely not planning a fourth child but if it was to happen I would be booking a place here for them for sure!

I have been working in the childcare industry since 2012 where I have worked with all ages and abilities following different curriculums.
