My son has been here for about 5 months and every night he comes home with a smile. 5-star service and friendships made. My boy has come out of his shell, is confident and happy and the nursery has helped with this.

My son was timid before beginning with Busy Bees. Soon he was always happy when we talked about the nursery also about the workers there. Everyone there is so kind and gives personalised attention which every child needs. I'm so proud of how my son has improved, confident and is now ready for school.

Lovely nursery and teachers. My son attended from 2.5-years-old to starting school and always looking forward to going to nursery. The facilities are great, and children have fantastic planned activities during the day. They have a really good support for children with special needs.

Overall we're happy, especially after some changes have been made, adding more staff and a bit more order and planning. We think it is the good way to go and to keep improving in more areas so kids are seeing this benefit. Some other initiatives are the library/books and these are very good. Also language
sessions and sports - keep doing them.

Shame to have to write a bad review as the staff and teaching are pretty good. Just the children are a number in a business wheel and not looked at or tailored for individually. The manager has made no attempt to accommodate my request to move my daughter up to the toddler room as she is more than ready
due to the fact there are 8 people older than her. I do not want to jump a queue but she needs to be with older children or at least interact with them.Sad really, the computer says no! Have moved to another nursery. After an initial review of her, they put her straight in the toddler room.

My daughter has settled amazingly well. Happy to go to nursery every day. The teachers provide me with information about her learning and I am happy with the progress that she's making. They even do take-home meals.

The nursery is very well located for us and our son had been going since he was 9 months (he is now 18 months). He is very happy there and we are impressed with: 1) How clean the nursery is. 2) The outside space that allows him to play sports and run around. 3) The on-site chef and the freshly prepared
meals. 4) The parental access to the CCTV cameras which show us how well he is treated. 5) The very friendly staff. 6) A variety of activities performed with the children. Yes it is expensive but it’s worth it to know your child is getting the best care and having fun at the same time.

I am so happy to have taken my baby boy to Busy Bees. The staff are so caring and fun and made me feel good about leaving my baby with them even if he was a bit poorly. He engaged in so many activities and learnt to crawl there. I got very useful updates from the staff as well. Management and administration
are so easy to approach and very responsive. The food has always been great too, especially that they give some to take home for dinner which was a great help.

Our daughter is developing strong social skills, thanks to her time mixing with other children and adults at the nursery. We also love that she has the opportunity for messy play and outdoor activities. The hours and routine fit really well with our routine, having breakfast and lunch included in a
morning session is super helpful for us as parents. And there is a lovely, homely, personal atmosphere.

I feel it is relatively too early for me to leave an in-depth review. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service provided. In particular, the staff has done an amazing job helping my son to move onto solid food and accepting new and different textures.
I would like to maybe see a more structured
day and approach to teaching, as I feel children are mainly left to lead their own way.
I also sometimes feel lack of communication between the different staff in the room, with information not accurately shared and passed between colleagues when coming or leaving the room.
I also feel there should be more consistency in the way the staff updates parents with the Parentzone site. This is not consistent, not entirely accurate.
I hope that some of my concerns only comes from the relatively short time since my son has joined nursery, but these are the areas where I would like to see more improvement.

The staff made me feel at home from day one.
Management is great, the staff are great with children, extremely capable and bubbly as well. We all need that in our lives specially kids.
The food quality is great, generous portions and they send some home with kids.
Outdoor facilities could be upgraded
to accommodate 2 years old and older kids.
My child is happy there!

We are very happy with our little one going to Busy Bees at Wandsworth Nursery. The place is lovely, extremely clean, comfortable rooms for the children to play. They are very incentivised by all the teachers. The environment encourages the child to explore, experiment, develop different skills as he
grows.
They enjoy outdoor activities even if the space is not as big.
The food is very good quality, homemade and fresh. The communication with the parents is optimal through meetings and the online system.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

Overall, I'm really satisfied to have my daughter in this nursery.
When I was looking for a nursery I was soon impressed by the size of the rooms of this nursery, which is uncommon. I visited at least 10 nurseries and in terms of space, this nursery doesn't have rivals. Rooms are also clean and all
furniture and toys are in good order and almost new.
My daughter has settled very well. She loves the food and so far she never had any issues.
I like the fact that babies play lots of different sensory games and they do lots of activities even with older kids. I believe this is a good approach as babies can learn a lot from older kids.
Every day, I get a full update of all the activities she's done. This is a good way for me to know what she enjoyed or not, so I can replicate at home.
I also like that the school is bilingual, English and Spanish mainly, so that my baby can learn another international language.

My son has been very happy at this nursery and I would definitely recommend to other parents in the area. The facilities are excellent and the range of activities are very varied. Every day that I pick up my son, they give a full handover of what he has been up to that day and it's always something
different, a new project, a new sensory play area etc.


The garden area is a real asset to the nursery, it's very spacious compared to other nurseries in the area and there is room to run around as well as lots of items to play with, also it's not next to a road which is another rarity in central London.


The nursery is always immaculately clean, to the point I wonder how they manage it and the food prepared by Chef (who all the kids love) is delicious! The take-home food service is an absolute gem of an idea and a life saver for working parents.


I'm definitely a mum who loves to 'worry' but when it comes to this nursery I can't fault them; they do a great job and he loves it there.

First impressions (1st month for my twins) are excellent. The lovely caring staff that supported my daughters to transition very well from home to a nursery setting. Very attentive and happy to comfort them when they got upset. Within a month I can already see progress in their development.
The nursery
itself is very clean and rooms are perfectly done to allow kids to learn in a comfortable and spacious environment. We are very excited to see our girls happy and keep developing!

I am very happy with the choice I made with Wandsworth Nursery & Pre-School Academy. The staff are friendly and always in a good mood. They are very sweet with my daughter and have helped her a lot to settle in. We have been there only for a few months but have seen a lot of developments on her already.


The food is really good and the manager does a great job!

This nursery is amazing. They make you and your child feel so comfortable and fit in like you've been there forever.

I have been working in childcare since 2010, I have gained Childcare qualification whilst working at the Centre and Level 5 in leadership and management.
