The team at the nursery are wonderful and our son loves attending. They took away all the worry about him starting nursery that we had. They have become such a big part of his progression and it’s great to see what they are helping with next.

My daughter has been in the nursery for 2 years and she has grown so much during this time. The staff are very friendly, caring and professional. My daughter loves all the fun activities both indoor and outdoor. She has grown to be much more confident and has made many friends. Overall, I am very impressed

From the nursery management, to the key person looking after our daughter. The Bright Horizons, Bank Street team has always gone above and beyond our expectations. My daughter has been in Bright Horizons preschool for 6 months already, she learned so many things and magically she started to eat veggie! She has many friends in school now, she can write her name and simple sentence. Very impressive!

My son has thrived in the nursery, he is confident and never ceases to amaze us with the things that he tells us that he has done each day.
The children get plenty of exercise and are all extremely well looked after.
The staff are always nice, caring and friendly.
We are always kept up to date
with our son's progression or daily events.

Our child has been attending the Bright Horizons Bank Street Nursery for 2.5 years and we can only praise the staff and management for the care, support and education they have provided.
Our child is learning loads and whilst he is engaging and enjoying the group activities, the nursery staff is also
meeting his individual needs.
The app and online progress has been amazing as it enables us to keep a close eye on his development and activities.

All three of my girls attended here, my eldest was first and my twins were at another nursery as we were on the waiting list here. We were so happy to get places for my twins at Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool. It’s by far one of the best nurseries, the staff really looked after
my girls and tried to support their development, it’s worth investing that bit extra for them. Also, the calibre of parents whose kids attend is high and everyone is friendly.

We started sending our baby boy to Bright Horizons, Bank Street Nursery, for mornings, when he turned one year old. He absolutely loves the staff, facilities and friends at the nursery. There is a strong focus on developing the children and our baby enjoys a wide range of activities, food and education.
I can certainly say we’ve seen ongoing differences with him, being self-confident, independent, not fussy about food (I think he gets a better variety of food than me!) and is keen to engage. Thanks to the staff at Bank Street.

Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool is my son's first-ever nursery. The teachers did well to help him settle down. Recently they started to guide him in eating by himself, being polite to people and showing gratitude for others’ help. Gradually we see changes in him, in a good way
and we appreciate the patience and effort from all preschool teachers and staff in making that happen. We’ll be expecting more surprises from him in the coming weeks!

We've been at the nursery since my son was 8 months old and our boy has grown so much! The staff are excellent, always very easy to connect with, provides wonderful updates, well-informed recommendations and thought through activities. Despite covid, the nursery was run to the highest standards and

Our experience so far with the nursery has been amazing. The staff are doing an awesome job with entertaining and caring for the children and the management is also very much involved in the day-to-day. The children are able to express themselves and learn at a rapid pace, without realizing how much
they are actually progressing. Management and staff have also shown great flexibility when called upon and are highly appreciated by both children and us, as parents.

Very friendly staff. Have seen a remarkable change in my child since he joined the nursery. Overall, very happy and satisfied.
Lots of fun activities which have helped in the overall development of the child. Very content with the food provided.
Need to allow buggies to be kept in the nursery.

Overall staff are nice, more brain-stimulating activities will be a plus as well as revising the food. It’s a pity there is no natural light in the rooms as well as helping a bit more each child developing the motor skills.

Our son had an excellent time at the Bank Street Bright Horizons location in Canary Wharf. He experienced a number of age rooms and had a great time in all. As parents, we felt really welcomed the first time we entered this Bright Horizons. The management we would later realize was a real positive of
this location, just excellent.
We appreciated the regular newsletters and the regular check-ins with parents informing us of our child's development milestones. And recently they finally got a secure app to share photos and nursery updates.
During the lockdown, the team did a great job of providing information and ideas to keep our child developing at home and ensured we didn't feel completely lost in this difficult time. Bright Horizons also helped during lockdown with a central nursery so our child was back with children his age much before many others.
The care at Bank Street is evident from all practitioners and the management is truly top-notch.

We are very pleased with Bright Horizons Bank Street Day Nursery and Preschool. My baby is in the toddler room and the teachers are all very nice, kind, helpful and helping my child to adapt to the new environment. Teachers are gentle, professional and activities are fun and engaging. I notice that
baby becoming increasingly happy and enjoy herself playing with friends and learning new things, all good. We do not worry about anything when the baby is in the day care, very grateful as parents.

My daughter who is over two years old goes to the nursery from time to time as a backup plan. She really enjoys going there and she's always happy when I pick her up. We are surprised that the nursery staff even prepared a birthday card for her near her birthday, even though she only goes there occasionally.

My 22-month daughter loves going to the Bright Horizons (Bank Street) daycare. While my husband and I are working from home currently, we feel reassured that she is well taken care of. Her favourite thing about the nursery is the close relationships she has forged with her friends and nursery staff.
Since she is sociable, she enjoys the group activities involving sharing and caring and the many cuddles she gets! As a bonus, she gets to learn so many new things every day in an environment that is fun and creative.

We started our son at this nursery at the end of 2020. During the past few months, we have seen him develop so rapidly, with new skills learnt every day including language development, musical ability and physical milestones. As a baby born just before the first lockdown last year, one aspect of his
development we were especially worried about was his social skill. I'm so grateful he's had the chance at nursery to interact with his peers and workers; you can tell now he's not afraid of anyone and, on the contrary, is quite a sociable baby! I've no doubt the Bright Horizons staff played an instrumental role in that.
It's so reassuring to drop him off every day knowing he's going to receive exceptional care and have a lot of fun. I would recommend this nursery without reservation. A big thank you to all the staff at Bank Street!

I have been working in the childcare sector since 2009. I have worked in numerous roles starting off as a nursery nurse practitioner and working my way up to the management department. I have been working with Bright Horizons since 2017.
