Montessori on the Park is a private day care nursery providing high quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Situated in a stunning converted church on the St Marks Gate of Victoria Park and the end of Cadogan Terrace, the Nursery is perfectly positioned for both local residents and commuters into central London.

Alongside the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, they follow the Montessori method of education, which was developed by Dr Maria Montessori, and is a child-centred educational approach. It is an approach that focuses on the development of the whole child, physical, social, emotional and cognitive.

The Montessori Method is an approach to learning which emphasizes active learning, independence, cooperation, and learning in harmony with each child’s unique pace of development. It is a holistic approach emphasizing all aspects of development, rather than on attaining specific pieces of information. The Pre-School children take part in daily Montessori sessions with a qualified Montessori teacher.

The Nursery’s approach goes above and beyond the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to foster deep level learning and optimise potential.

They offer a range of unique educational experiences which enable children to become successful, lifelong learners including, Wake up and shake up, a range of bespoke activities which promote your child’s well-being and confidence, and Garden Champions.

They also offer unique educational experiences which enable children reach their full potential including yoga, Spanish, drama, cookery and gardening as well as trips out into the community.

The dedicated staff team support children to fulfil their potential through a range of engaging experiences and learning opportunities, which are tailored to each child’s own developmental needs and interests, ensuring they are fully prepared for their next steps in education.

Our daughter started here after 4-months at home with us during the Coronavirus lockdown and within days we saw a complete transformation. She is so happy going in the morning and her days seem to be filled with great activities, and lots of time outside. Every member of staff is warm and kind and friendly.
We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend it!

My child loves coming to nursery in the morning. The teachers are fantastic, very loving and polite. They have awesome activities in the classroom and have lovely topics that they cover. Children spend time outdoors every day and do lots of physical activities. Management is very friendly, professional
and approachable, they always call or email to let me know if my child has settled in if he was upset at drop off. I highly recommend this nursery.

My child attends toddler class. we find the nursery staff very dedicated. They were most helpful settling our little comeback in baby room, which wasn't easy. The nursery is clean and well organised, the communication is always clear. Children thrive in the environment and are well looked after. The
team and proximity to the park are the biggest assets.

The kids love the staff who were caring for them. Everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The nursery is clean and the children have opportunities to learn something new every day. The nursery is very close to a park which is an extra bonus. We get weekly updates from the manager,
so we always know what children have been up to and what is happening in the nursery.

My daughter is in Toddler 2, and she absolutely loves it. I am very happy to leave her in the capable hands of all members of staff. I know she is well looked after and really enjoys her time at Montessori On The Park. My daughter is very verbal and comes out of school full of chatter about her day,
and the things she has done. I am also very impressed with the way the school has dealt with the pandemic of Covid-19, which has been a big concern of mine, but I am more than happy and confident in the school and staff to keep my daughter and her friends safe, cared for and looked after.

Montessori On The Park have been extremely welcoming to our toddler - after three months of lockdown during Covid-19 and no previous nursery experience; the team have slowly, and gently introduced him into a nurturing, social environment. I couldn't recommend more the nursery. Great location nice garden, walks in the park. Excellent teachers who know well the children. My daughter is having lots of fun there and learns a lot, being able to explore what she really likes. She is so happy there.

My child is in the baby room. She loves her key worker and all the other staff members. Children appear very happy and stimulated. They spend lots of time outdoors and even do yoga. We are very happy with the team and look forward to the coming years.

The setting is a really good place for my child, she is receiving great care and is surrounded by very friendly and easily approachable staff. Our kids attended MOTP for close to 4 years (daughter), 2 years (son) and I would be singing their praises forever. The teachers are wonderful, caring and full of experience, the food is of an excellent standard and allows little ones to explore new flavours and cuisines. The educational aspect of the
nursery is of a very high standard and our children have been thriving there and have loved being part of this wonderful setup. Thank you, to the manager and the team!

We have 2 children at Montessori On The Park, one in the pre-school and one in the baby room. We are very satisfied with the staff and facilities at the nursery. The staff are professional and efficient and are warm and good-natured with the children. Our children have a number of food allergies and
the managers, pre-school and baby room staff, have always been clear and forthcoming with their allergy and asthma management.
Our daughters have always been very happy here and we would definitely recommend this nursery to prospective parents.

We are extremely happy with Montessori On The Park nursery. The team is most supportive and comforting. Our daughter needed extra time and attention when settling which was accommodated for.
