Montessori on the Park is a private day care nursery providing high quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Situated in a stunning converted church on the St Marks Gate of Victoria Park and the end of Cadogan Terrace, the Nursery is perfectly positioned for both local residents and commuters into central London.

Alongside the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, they follow the Montessori method of education, which was developed by Dr Maria Montessori, and is a child-centred educational approach. It is an approach that focuses on the development of the whole child, physical, social, emotional and cognitive.

The Montessori Method is an approach to learning which emphasizes active learning, independence, cooperation, and learning in harmony with each child’s unique pace of development. It is a holistic approach emphasizing all aspects of development, rather than on attaining specific pieces of information. The Pre-School children take part in daily Montessori sessions with a qualified Montessori teacher.

The Nursery’s approach goes above and beyond the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to foster deep level learning and optimise potential.

They offer a range of unique educational experiences which enable children to become successful, lifelong learners including, Wake up and shake up, a range of bespoke activities which promote your child’s well-being and confidence, and Garden Champions.

They also offer unique educational experiences which enable children reach their full potential including yoga, Spanish, drama, cookery and gardening as well as trips out into the community.

My daughter attends toddler class 2 and she is very happy there. She loves talking about her teachers at home and all the activities she does. They always have a brilliant variety of activities going on and parents get a breakdown of it. Every Friday via email we are very happy with staff and management
at Montessori On The Park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking after childcare.

My son started preschool in October 2019 and settled in very quickly. The staff in the preschool class are very attentive to his needs and also very welcoming. We were very nervous parents and the management made sure we were comfortable and they were very reassuring. 100% recommend Montessori On The

We are very happy that our child is at this calm, organised and friendly nursery. They have a strong relationship with their key worker, who helped them get settled quickly and reassured us. We love the individual reports each day and feel our child is well known to all the staff. When I meet the older

My daughter started two years ago in toddler room and this August she is going to Primary school. I am so grateful having her at Montessori On The Park nursery. She has been well looked after by her amazing teachers. She is well prepared for primary school. We will miss Montessori On The Park so much.
Staff are caring, always welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole nursery is always very calm. I would recommend this nursery to all my friends.

My son loves nursery and talks about his friends and teachers at home. My husband and I are always impressed with the quiet, calm atmosphere and the independence all the children exhibit. All the staff are friendly and smiley. The management is very approachable and helpful. We hope that our baby number

Our eldest son attended Montessori 5 years ago and we only left due to leaving the area. We had to remove our youngest from their old nursery due to safeguarding concerns. The staff at Montessori found us places urgently and have worked with us to ensure our youngest are safe, happy, healthy and meeting
(and exceeding) targets for their age. We adore the staff, they really go above and beyond to assist whether it be about the children or administration. The quality of care and teaching and activities offered are the best we have found.

My daughter goes to Toddler 2 and is very happy there. She is extremely attached to the staff members and also the other kids and talks about them at home. She much enjoys the activities and diversity and how staff respond to the specific needs of every child as well as the group. We much appreciate

Montessori On The Park is a wonderful nursey. You feel that the staff really care and make it the best possible place it can be for babies and young children. Unlike some other nurseries, it is a very calm environment and all the rooms are peaceful and uncluttered. My daughter has loads of fun at Montessori
On The Park and learns a lot, including how to do tasks independently. We love Montessori On The Park.

Our son is very happy at Montessori On The Park. The preschool environment provides an excellent balance of challenge and support - with a wide range of activities, independent, small group and larger group workings. There is a real sense of teamwork between parents and staff that works really well.

I wouldn't be able to do it without Montessori On The Park! Both of my children were in this nursery from the age of 10 months. When I leave them at nursery they run into the class without looking back. The nursery supported all our routines and have had an incredible effect on their developing both
emotionally and physically.
