Montessori on the Park is a private day care nursery providing high quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Situated in a stunning converted church on the St Marks Gate of Victoria Park and the end of Cadogan Terrace, the Nursery is perfectly positioned for both local residents and commuters into central London.

Alongside the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, they follow the Montessori method of education, which was developed by Dr Maria Montessori, and is a child-centred educational approach. It is an approach that focuses on the development of the whole child, physical, social, emotional and cognitive.

The Montessori Method is an approach to learning which emphasizes active learning, independence, cooperation, and learning in harmony with each child’s unique pace of development. It is a holistic approach emphasizing all aspects of development, rather than on attaining specific pieces of information. The Pre-School children take part in daily Montessori sessions with a qualified Montessori teacher.

The Nursery’s approach goes above and beyond the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to foster deep level learning and optimise potential.

They offer a range of unique educational experiences which enable children to become successful, lifelong learners including, Wake up and shake up, a range of bespoke activities which promote your child’s well-being and confidence, and Garden Champions.

They also offer unique educational experiences which enable children reach their full potential including yoga, Spanish, drama, cookery and gardening as well as trips out into the community.

The dedicated staff team support children to fulfil their potential through a range of engaging experiences and learning opportunities, which are tailored to each child’s own developmental needs and interests, ensuring they are fully prepared for their next steps in education.

My son is so happy at Montessori On The Park that he runs in to see his keyworker in the morning and he talks about his teacher and activities to us at home all the time and shows us his Yoga! I feel so lucky to have a place at this nursery. It is a warm, friendly, caring family environment where parents
views are listened to and everyone is valued. There is always a sense of calm and order and happiness in the classrooms and people remark to me when I take my kids to the children's centre/play dates etc that they can tell my children go to a good nursery from the way they play with their toys.

Montessori On The Park is such a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment. My toddler is very happy here and loves coming to nursery every day.
We are very happy with the support she is getting from all the staff. The room is well laid out and good for learning through play.

We really love this nursery. My daughter enjoys coming here and its' always a struggle to take her home at the end of the day.

Montessori On The Park is a wonderful nurturing environment. The teachers are incredible and have all put a huge amount of energy into my child's development.
She loves her teachers. It is clear that all the staff: teacher, office, kitchen etc all care and that is so important. Thank you for helping

It is a pleasure to drop my child off at Montessori every morning, however, he never wants to leave in the evening. He loves a morning cuddle with his key worker and off he goes to breakfast.
Best of all, as parents, we are so happy that he is happy and content. We love the staff and facilities and
have sent many friends this way.

My daughter left pre-school in July to go to school.
She has been in Montessori On The Park for 3 years and has thrived. She absolutely loved coming here and made lifelong friends. She loved all her teachers and will definitely come and visit.
We loved it here, all the teachers and the management
are amazing. It's a fabulous atmosphere, clean school and great staffing.

Montessori On The Park is a fantastic nursery. The staff genuinely care for the children and the fact that they are so long-standing speaks volumes about the culture here.
The facilities are good. The location on the park is unique and one of the reasons we chose this nursery.
The management have
a solid relationship with the team and the roster of classes offered is great.
Would love greater playground facilities, however, having the park more than makes up for this. Excellent.

Montessori is a wonderful nursery with excellent staff.
The atmosphere is community driven with an emphasis on caring and nurturing kids through all their development stages.
Regular updates are brilliant in their daily activities and their progress report.
My daughter's progress has been excellent
during her time in pre-school and she loves being there with her friends. She enjoys all the various activities they get involved in.

It's lovely to see the same teachers teaching my daughter as my son five years ago. It means people are happy to work there and it's a credit for the management as well. Both of my children enjoyed I guess every minute spent in the nursery. My son started his reception class with a very solid knowledge,
thanks to the nursery.

I have been absolutely delighted with the Montessori on the Park! My daughter settled in beautifully to the gorgeous nursery and I feel confident leaving her there every day that she is extremely well looked after.


The staff are so kind and clearly genuinely love children, my daughter adores her

key worker.


The babies are always playing with the lovely wooden toys, involved in an activity, singing songs or having cuddles with the staff. They even have drama sessions!


I also really like how much time all the children spend outside every day, going to the garden or for picnics in Victoria Park.


The atmosphere is always calm and happy and my daughter is always very enthusiastic about starting her day of fun!


I genuinely could not have hoped for a nicer and more nurturing nursery for her and would wholeheartedly recommend MOTP to any parent.

The team have been excellent with my son. He has gotten into such an independent boy with wonderful social skills. They have exposed him to yoga and swimming and really gave above and beyond to address his allergies. Really grateful for their excellent care.
