Overall Experience

Two of my kids had gone to Step by Step and I must say I was happy with the staff and how they looked after my kids and the activities they do is amazing. My kids were happy and loved it there. They have plenty of staff to accommodate your child. I liked the fact that on rainy days my kids were indoors

and not out in the rain! They are like a family and will be missed, now that both of my kids have gone to primary. All staff are amazing and thank you all for caring for my kids and for the warmth they felt. And not to mention two members of staff in particular, thank you for comforting my kids when they felt tearful due to my absence. Overall the nursery is 10/10. Staff are kind, caring and loving and the kids had fun whilst in their care. I knew my kids were safe in their hands. To the manager, thank you for everything and I am happy I made the right choice. Thanks for everything you do and did and not leaving me with any sorts of doubts or worries.

Overall Experience

Both my sons have been very happy at Step by Step. The staff are friendly and approachable and keep me updated with how the boys are doing. I'm provided lots of updates via the app on all the activities they're doing and staff are always available to talk about any queries. Recent trips have included

Mudchute farm, the local fire station and the library. It's a small nursery so a real personal community feel where everyone knows you and your kids.

Overall Experience

Our child is in preschool and has been at Step-by-Step since 2020 when he was a baby. The most important thing for us is that our child loves the nursery and staff. He gets on well with the other children (the parents get on too). In terms of development, we are super happy with his progress which at

times exceeds our expectations. For example this weekend our child read a bedtime story to his mum (and he is still at preschool).
So overall I'd highly recommend Step-by-Step.

Amazing care for the children. The two years my son was at nursery, he had amazing care and kindness

and was well looked after. He fully enjoyed his time with you all. The manager is fantastic and he loves you all to bits.
Such kindness and the care was outstanding for my son. He talks about all the staff members and what he done with a big smile on his face. Staff bind a fantastic relationship with my son and he always felt safe there.
Very supported and helped with his learning so much.

My child has progressed tremendously since starting at the nursery six months ago. The staff are exceptional, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. There are plenty of activities, games, and new experiences for children. I'm very happy with our overall experience so far.

This is a wonderful nursery where the staff treat the children like family. My daughter has thrived here and loves her friends and the staff so much. The communication is great, and management is flexible to requests. They always set up fun activities for the children, and I love hearing about the things

Overall Experience

I absolutely love the management and staff here. It has a very homely feeling, and my son was taken good care of. My son really used to enjoy going to the nursery and felt happy being there with his teachers. He had a good time in the nursery, and we are happy that we choose this nursery for him.

They really love the children and care about them. My daughter is really happy and smiling when I drop her off and pick her up, which is lovely to see. Also, my daughter used to be really shy, but now she has confidence and has started to come out of her shell and has really blossomed. My daughter has

started walking recently and has so much confidence when walking. The staff are really friendly and supportive. I can not speak more highly, and I am really happy.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at Step by Step for last year and a half and has thrived. It's such a friendly and warm place, with lots of laughter from kids and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

My son joined the nursery from a toddler and presently transiting to reception. The staff are very hardworking. The staff work along with parents, especially the working parents, to balance up. My son is always excited about going into the nursery, and I always struggle to bring him out because he really

enjoys all his time. The most fantastic part is the moral they place on the kids is second to none. When my son went to the new school meeting, he was so amazing, and all he displayed was what he was thought in the nursery.

Overall Experience

My son has been attending Step by Step since he was 10-months-old, and we were initially concerned about how the transition would be from lockdown to nursery, but the Step by Step team was fantastic from day 1 at settling him in, reassuring us as parents, and helping him to thrive. Our son has grown

into a confident and happy toddler, and I know his nursery experience has played a big role in that. They provide daily notes on his day, now that the weather is better, he gets regular time outdoors, and does lots of sensory and messy play. He’s excited to go to nursery every day, and it’s so brilliant to see the bond he has with the Step by Step team, especially his key worker. We have never doubted that he is cared for and valued.

Overall Experience

Both my kids have been at Step by Step since they were 8-months, my eldest is now 4, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience of this nursery. My kids have learnt so much from Maths to French to Writing, but most importantly, they are always excited to go in the morning. They love the staff and

have made lots of friends. When they started in the baby room, I always felt comfortable and confident that they were safe and cared for lovingly, and now they are older, they are so confident. Thank you, Step by Step!

Overall Experience

I have had my eight-month-old in here for one month, and I am happy to see he is very well looked after. He is happy going there, and the staff has always informed me of anything happening to him during the day, and they have given me good advice in order to encourage his development. His key worker

is really supportive, and she has encouraged him to be involved in different activities, as well as to interact with other babies and staff members. Just another personal note to add, they are really lovely and above all, you can see they care for the children and babies attending the nursery. Very inclusive, clean, well equipped and excellent proactive trained staff. Also, you can see they support each other to give the best to the toddlers and babies. Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

I could not be happier with our experience of this nursery. My child has been here for a year since they were 8-months and I have never once worried about them. They love coming and I completely trust the staff. The staff are nurturing and attentive, and they are clearly great teachers. Somehow the

staff always have time (and energy) to run through how the day has gone - they are very passionate! I could not recommend 'Step by Step' more.

Overall Experience

I have two children at the nursery. My priority for them is that they are happy and well cared for in a safe, welcoming, fun, learning environment. Step by Step ticks all the boxes for me. My children happily walk off into their rooms in the morning! The staff are lovely! They're dedicated, hardworking

and do a fantastic job, especially working throughout the pandemic. I receive regular emails with helpful information and ideas for activities to try at home. The nursery uses the website/app to record children's development so parents can see what their children have been doing at nursery. And you can also see videos and pictures on Facebook or Instagram. The only thing I would change if I could is access to their outdoor space, but from my understanding, that is a shared space and isn't within the nursery's control.

Overall Experience

If you are looking for a place for your child to feel safe, welcome, at home and given the best quality care and education, then this is the nursery for you!
All three of my children have attended Step By Step; my eldest left in September, however still comes back for the holiday club.
My children

have developed amazing bonds with the staff; they learn new things every day, and are all on target and above for there level of learning!
The facilities have improved so much over the last couple of years, the owners, manager and all staff have put time, money and effort into ensuring children have all IT equipment and educational recourses they need for the kids to have the best start before primary school.
Overall, the food is great, the facilities are great, the staff are amazing, and great parking facilities are good!
I can’t recommend this nursery enough!
