West Dulwich Day Nursery and Preschool provides exceptional childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a grand, home from home environment located in West Dulwich.

There is a range of exciting extra-curricular activities including French classes, Boogie Mites and myHappymind programmes, in addition to a 'Growing Enhancement' and 'Ready for School' programme unique to Bright Horizons.

The nursery uses the EYFS alongside beautifully resourced learning rooms and outdoor spaces to inspire and educate children at every stage.

We really appreciate the support we received from the nursery management in helping us with our child's needs which changed from 2 -3 days after four months. Nursery assistants have been really kind in responding to our worried in regards to our child settling in. Our little girl is now really happy
and Teddies West Dulwich have formed a strong relationship with the staff, management and children. She grows confident in an area where safeguarding measures are well enforced and development through play and other activities.
Both us and other parents are really pleased with Teddies Nursery West Dulwich.

Our experience here has been amazing. The staff and the environment create the best setting to leave my son whilst I am working and training.
The learning aids and activities suit my son's active character, using the outdoors, nature activities and foreign languages too.

Our daughter loves her days at Teddies.
She has made lots of lovely friends and enjoys all of the activities that she fills her days with, especially time in the lovely garden.
Staff are dedicated, caring and we are confident that they are always doing their best for our daughter, from hugs when
she needs them to fulfilling the requirements of the EYFS curriculum.

The staff have a genuine love of the children in their care. Their interaction with the children is sensitive to their needs and the overall mood of our daughters room is upbeat and stimulating whilst maintaining a calm and nurturing atmosphere.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

I am a confident, knowledgeable worker, dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, safe atmosphere for each child's individual needs. During my 19 years of experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children, and am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care and play experiences. I have been in childcare since 2001, working my way up from unqualified to room manager, unit coordinator and deputy manager. Learning all the way, ever-expanding in childcare knowledge, and understanding the ever-evolving way children like to learn. Working with lots of different families and professionals along the way.


I consider myself as a hardworking and self-motivated individual who enjoys facing challenges and finding a professional way to deal with them. I enjoy listening to children, members of staff, and families, take their thoughts into consideration. I feel that my good communication skills are very essential when working as a team especially when children are involved. In my leisure time, I enjoy socialising, travelling, listening to music, reading and visiting my family.
