My daughter started this nursery when she was 2 years old; now she is 3.5 years old. I really like the way they are encouraging the kids to be confident and making them learn and experience new things. Staff's are friendly and are very good at keeping us updated with photos and little reports via the
famly app. She has made progress in speaking, gaining confidence, and interacting with other children.

My daughter has been going there since September 2021. They are very supportive to my child. They try their best to understand her. This was much appreciated by me. They are teaching her daily life things in a very easy and playful way.

Really nice staff. They’re so amazing with dealing with my son who has difficulties in settling in. Always informative and kept me updated with his progress. He learned a lot while at the nursery. Help him gain confidence.

My son has learned so much, his vocabulary has improved so much reaching all his milestones. If you’re thinking about putting your child at this nursery I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff, we will definitely miss this nursery!

Our son joined the baby room at Alphabet House shortly before his first birthday and over the last year, we have been extremely happy with the way they have nurtured, supported, and cared for him. We feel like we’ve really got to know the staff, even despite the difficulties posed by coronavirus. They
are all very friendly and approachable, communication is always timely and detailed (both in-person and via the app) and the way they keep us updated on important development milestones, offer advice to help with areas such as independent eating and speech, shows they are experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Most importantly we can see our son loves the people looking after him each day and they clearly care for him too. He is excited to go to nursery and at the end of the day, they have tales of fun to share with us. 2020 has been a difficult year but as working parents knowing our little boy is safe and happy has been a huge support – thank you to the whole nursery team!

All the staff members are so friendly and kind. My children do different activities and experiments every day at the nursery, so they learn a lot. My little one was 3 months old when he started, so all members became part of his family and he loves them all. I will absolutely recommend it.

My son has been attending this nursery for nearly a year now. And I can say with confidence that it is the best decision I’ve made. My son has learnt so much from them and he enjoys going every day. The staff are very kind and friendly. The manager has always been very supportive and helpful to me.

We had to withdraw our child from this nursery due to lack of faith with this nursery. There was an incident within the facility and we were provided an incident report by the nursery. We were not convinced with the documented incident and therefore requested for viewing the CCTV footage of that particular
incident. What happened and what was mentioned in the incident report did not match. Since this incident was not reported to us (the parents) right away we had to book an emergency dentist appointment for our child the same day. We are not happy with this. We only expected full transparency from the nursery since we left our child in their care. We have lost faith in this nursery and we hope that no other parent would have to go through this situation as we did. We selected this nursery initially based on reviews and ratings by other parents and I guess most parents do the same before enrolling their children therefore it only seems fair to share my experience as a review.

My son joined the nursery and he could not chew his food but rather swallow.
He would only eat Yogurt or fruit pot.
The staff at Nursery were amazing that there was enough for my son to eat and for that I am grateful.
The staff are very professional and understanding.
I have never felt worried about
my son. He loves going to nursery.
Many thanks to the manager, deputy manager, the chef and the whole team.

This nursery comes to a parent's aid. The nursery has a program that helps us working parents and is perfectly modelled according to the needs of our children and ours as parents.
My daughter has been two years in this nursery and she has grown up and learned many beautiful things from these ladies,
especially many thanks to two members of staff for all their patience with my daughter.

Alphabet House is a great all-round nursery. It has a large space with different sections and a great outside space that is safe and isolated from the public. They organise regular trips which is great for the kids as it exposes them to different environments and people. I find that communication is
very good between the staff and parents as they provide a regular newsletter and constant feedback regarding the child. The staff are approachable and caring towards the children, there isn’t a high turnover of staff so the children can form strong relationships.

My daughter attended this nursery since she was 8 months old, so she actually grew here being part of the Alphabet House Nursery family. I was always happy with the services received here. My son was also here for a couple of years and we still have beautiful memories from those days.

In a word, excellent staff! Headteacher is very helpful and well-coordinated. My son's key-worker and teachers are fantastic. My son has been suffering from an eye problem but the school head-teacher and other teachers are always trying to help him by contacting the Hospital, Social worker and Sensory
Service.

My daughter attends this nursery, we are very pleased with the way she is progressing. Her skills improved along with her speech as well. The staff is very professional and friendly and they take good care of the children. The facilities are great for the children, lots of activities, garden to play
outside. The nursery is very secure, the doors are locked at all times and only the parents have access inside. Definitely recommend it!
