My 9month started here at the end of January. I was very anxious about leaving her but the manager and staff made me feel comfortable and helped explain everything to me really well and friendly. With the millions of questioned I have had for them they have always taken the time to answer and help me
with completing paperwork and explaining systems. My daughter enjoys playing with all of their tiff tray activities and communication has been very good with plenty of updates. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and environment, friendly and helpful staff and Manager would more could you want. Very happy to send my baby here. Credit to all staff

My eldest daughter went to this nursery and now my youngest is also currently here. We are very happy about the care and encouragement they are given. Both of my daughters have been very happy. We find that the nursery wants to work along side us as parents which really helps.

Our son has attended Brightsparks for 2.5 years and loves it. He adores all the staff who make him feel welcome and safe. He has made a lovely friendship group and is always happy when dropping off. We couldn't recommend Brightsparks enough, the staff are the best, communicate excellently and always
engage with the children. We couldn't be happier with Brightsparks.

We are happy that we chose to send both our children to Bright Sparks in Old Coulsdon. Our eldest transitioned with ease to primary school in Sept and our second is very happy playing and learning in such a friendly, caring, warm and welcoming environment. We are very comfortable leaving our child in

Our son has been at brightsparks in old coulsdon for 1 year now since he was 13 months old and he absolutely loves it.


The staff are friendly and very communicative and he is clearly learning a lot as well as enjoying his time there. Would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a nursery

for their child.

We are very happy with this nursery, the nursery workers are great and care for the children well. I've had 2 children here who have both been happy. Lots of activities to keep the children engaged, and staff are responsive to the children's needs. The app is great for looking at how the children spend
their day, our son loves to look back at his day. Management are also very responsive, caring and understanding.

We are very pleased with Brightsparks nursery, Old Coulsdon. The staff is very responsive, attentive and caring throughout. The nursery communications are clear and keep parents updated all the time. Our son is very happy to go there. Every day they vary activities, he comes back with a little artwork.
The meals offered during the day are varied and healthy choices. If I could improve something that would be the outdoor space and include a sheltered area for buggies outside for quick drop off/pick up.

From day one, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the dedicated, caring staff have made a remarkable difference in our child's early learning journey. The staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing, stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
We've seen our child blossom,
gaining confidence and curiosity every day through engaging, hands-on activities and personalised attention.

Amazing nursery. Both of my children have attended here and have received great quality of care. The way their learning and skills have progressed is amazing and it is all thanks to the staff here. They are kind and considerate. The manager is approachable and fast-reactive to all queries and questions.

Both my children have attended here between the years 2019 - 2025 and I have never encountered any issue or problem. The manager is amazing and the staff are all so friendly and kind. It is going to be very sad in September when my youngest leaves for school. Would highly recommend them.

We are delighted with Brightsparks Coulsdon - the staff are kind, friendly and attentive, and our son has developed a great bond with them. The activities are wide and varied, and the app is always kept up to date so we can see what he has been doing during the day. Our son always comes home with a
smile on his face, and we had no hesitation in signing up our second child to go here too.

We really love it here - we've always felt welcomed and informed as parents, safe in the knowledge that our kids are nurtured and looked after every day. The smiles on their faces at the end of the day are a great testament to that! The manager is brilliant at email communications and explaining updates
- something that I know other nurseries fall down on, so we're very grateful for this. The room staff are just fantastic, we've warmed to them like friends and our kids adore them. Another big tick for us is how up to date the app is during the day, with photos and info about mealtimes etc. We are so grateful for all the team's hard work and will miss them hugely when our oldest moves on to school!

We have had such a positive experience with Brightsparks with our first child over the last six months and could definitely recommend the nursery to others. They are very attentive and kind to us and our child. We have not had any issues at all and it is such a relief. They send a very informative newsletter
weekly and update an app on a daily basis with images and observations to keep us updated. The staff are fantastic!

Incredibly friendly and caring atmosphere provided by all the amazing staff! My son goes two days a week and has developed a great bond with his key workers. Would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter loves attending and has lots of fun. The staff and manager are always helpful and keep us up to date with everything happening, which is great. The daily journal is great to see pictures and comments also throughout the day.
