My son has thrived at Brightsparks Day Nursery, New Malden. The staff have encouraged him to come out of himself and really helped with potty training and when I was worried about his speech. He has come on in leaps and bounds and formed strong bonds with his key worker. There are always a lot of creative
activities that my son loves!

My little one started at Brightsparks less than 3 months ago is not very settled yet.
Everyone is lovely and caring about her.
I keep phoning every day to check how she is and staff is always friendly.

My son has very much enjoyed moving to Brightsparks. He participates in a number of planned, stimulating and educational themed activities on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and approachable and most importantly welcoming. He really enjoys the outdoor activities in their garden where he gets to
blow off steam, but also enjoys reading and quieter time, learning to share and play and completing activities with other children. Thank you to the Brightsparks team.

Our daughter has been going to Brightsparks since she was ten months old and has always been really happy. It's a small nursery and it feels homely. The staff are really caring and our daughter has always been very attached to her key workers.
The management is very dynamic and they keep well in touch
with the parents. They have this great online learning journal where we can follow her development and some of the activities the kids are involved in.

My son has been at Brightsparks for 9 months now and he absolutely loves it there.
He started from the age of eleven months old, so as a new parent, I was very anxious about leaving him and returning to work... the staff at Brightsparks made this transition as smooth as possible and within days I
was so comfortable leaving him there, knowing that he was in a safe and caring environment.
I cannot recommend Brightsparks enough, it's such a welcoming, friendly nursery. I feel like my son is learning so much, it's lovely to see the skills he is picking up and how happy he is with his keyworkers and his friends.

My son has been going to Brightsparks for a year.
The staff at Brightsparks are what makes this provider so good.
The care they provide the children is outstanding. They ensure every child receives the support they need whilst providing a 'home from home' feel.
The key workers are both caring
and loving but ensure, when needed, that every child understands the difference between right and wrong.
My son gives his key worker a massive smile every morning and kisses when he goes home. This makes me happy to know he is comfortable around them.

The staff are incredibly attentive and caring and it's such a fun, friendly and stimulating learning environment. We have had our children at Brightsparks Day Nursery for almost a year, our daughter since she was one and our son since he was three. The staff adore the children and our children love it there, what more can you ask for? Both children are thriving and I continue to be impressed by the variety of activities
they get involved in, the care and attention for the children, and the overall atmosphere. Above all, they have loads of fun and run in each morning excited and happy.

My daughter has been at Brightsparks for 18months and thoroughly enjoys it (as much as a 2/3year-old can provide feedback!) At the end of each day she is full of beans and is a very happy and contented little girl, which I believe is the best feedback you could expect from her day at nursery. I thoroughly
enjoy viewing the feedback from nursery on my child's development through the Learning Journals, which include photos! The staff are welcoming and are approachable should you have any issues you wish to address. Brightsparks is ideally located and the team does well to use the space creatively to enable the children to take part in activities and enjoy the outdoors!

Brightsparks in New Malden is a great nursery. The staff are so friendly and we trust them completely with our daughter. We have noticed since she started nursery that she has learnt a lot of things since being there from songs to speech, and from colours to animals etc. We can tell she enjoys nursery
and loves her 'carers'-she tells us so!

Brightsparks is a wonderful day nursery. Our son went there from 22 months until 4 years, and our daughter started this year at 9 months. They have both loved it there. The staff are incredibly caring and make a real effort to get to know the children and parents. My son has just started reception and
started without a hitch - a testament to the great work they do!

My son has been going to Brightsparks for three years and my youngest child has just started.
In essence, the staff at Brightsparks are what makes this provider second to none. The care they provide the children is outstanding. They ensure every child receives the support they need whilst providing
a 'home from home'. The key workers are both caring and loving but ensure, when needed, that every child understands the difference between right and wrong. A true test at any nursery is how your child feels about the people who care for them in your absence. My eldest asks every year to invite at least 3-4 of the staff to his birthday party and my youngest son gives his key workers a massive smile every morning to only get upset when he leaves at the end of the day.


Before my sons started nursery I was looking for a provider that could provide them with a safe, caring, learning environment. Brightsparks does just that as a facility, but the staff provide so much more.

Our two sons (2 1/2 and 7 months) are very happy in this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and developed a real bond with the children in their care. They have been extremely supportive when we went through potty training!
Every day new exciting activities are planned. The management is excellent
too, always keen to get feedback, and approachable.
This nursery uses Online Journals, which allow parents to see pictures and brief descriptions of what our children have been up to - this is great to get an insight into their little world. Jo Jingles and Playball are available as optional activities.
I couldn't recommend this nursery more!

I would thoroughly recommend Bright Sparks, New Malden. I have had 3 children at the nursery for over 18 months and during this period I have witnessed the high standard of care given in every room from babies to pre-school. I have found the staff to be friendly, enthusiastic and caring.
The manager
has always been very helpful and accommodating. The nursery arranges lots of nice, fun activities such as a graduation party for the pre school leavers and a summer BBQ. Two of my children have now left for school and I feel that they have been well prepared for this new experience through their time at the nursery.

My husband and I as parents are very happy with the progress our son is making at Brightsparks Day Nursery which will stand him in good stead in the years to come.
The nursery staff are friendly, responsible and caring and my husband and I can be at work, confident that our son is being taken care
of well, and that he is in safe hands. There are very many activities at the nursery which have helped my son develop in all domains. We are greatly pleased to see him come back from nursery every day looking happy, energetic and confident.
I would strongly recommend Brightsparks Day Nursery to my friends and colleagues as it has definitely given my son the right start in life.

What a fabulous nursery school. My daughter has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery since May 2015 and has absolutely loved her time there and made many friends. As have I!!! Carers have all be so lovely and genuinely adore their key children!! Am going to miss taking her there twice a week.

A lovely nursery - smaller than a lot in the area but it does mean it has a lovely family atmosphere with the staff knowing all the children well, regardless of what room they are in. This contrasts to the larger nurseries where only the key workers know the children.


We sent our daughter at six

months as I needed to go back to work. I felt very reassured leaving her in their care. She has a severe dairy allergy and at the time was very prone to ear infections but they coped with both beautifully. The baby room is lovely and each child has a proper cot which is a real plus for us.


Our daughter stayed at the nursery until she started school recently. She progressed well and was very settled. There's a real sense of community amongst the parents and we have several good friends from her time at Brightsparks Day Nursery, New Malden. Our son continues to be at the nursery, currently in the Toddler room, he is also very happy and settled.
