Buttercups Syon Park combines Montessori and Forest School in a beautiful setting with a wrap-around garden. As with all Buttercups nurseries, Syon Park focuses on "learning through play" where the child's natural curiosity drives their learning. They also believe in the importance of nature and time outside.

Buttercups Syon Park has separate rooms for different age groups and a quiet sleep room. Preschool children enjoy the dedicated Montessori classroom where qualified Montessori teachers guide them in independent learning. Forest School sessions take place in the on-site forest area where children are taught to use tools, build dens and learn about nature.

The nursery is very proud of their team of educators. At Buttercups they believe that a well-cared for team results is well-cared for children, so they are committed to making sure staff feel supported, rewarded and challenged. They continually develop the skills and qualifications of the team through extensive in-house training programmes and external courses.

I want to thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to come to the nursery for a stay and play session. I had such a warm welcome from two staff members in particular and all the other staff. It was so lovely to see my child and all her peers in their routine! I think you all are doing such a
fantastic job! You are covering all the core educational subjects, numeracy and literacy. Also, confidence building and team building and social etiquette within a big group of children. Well done all of you. I am so happy that my child is part of your nursery family because that's what I feel it is like and all your staff at the nursery should feel very proud of the work you're doing. Thank you for giving my child an opportunity to grow and learn in a safe and happy environment!

My son started to go to Buttercups at Syon Park Nursery when he was 16-months-old, he is nearly 3-years-old and still goes to Buttercups at Syon Park.
My husband and I are very happy with the nursery, the teachers are kind, they look after him so well, the manager always replies to our emails, I feel
very grateful and confident to send my son there.
They also give us daily feedback and we can see pictures of the activities they do.
Sometimes my son has so much fun that when I go to pick him up, he doesn't want to leave the nursery especially when he's playing in the garden.
There are no words to say how happy I am to send my little one there, he loves his teachers, and he is learning a lot too and I trust them.

My son loves it at this nursery. He is always happy to be there and seems to have built a good relationship with his teachers. The thing I love the most about the place, is the big garden and that the kids get to spend a lot of time outdoors. He's learned a lot since he started going to nursery and
it's obvious that every kid is looked after based on their individual interests, skills, and routines.
The staff are amazing, always very helpful and approachable. There's always sufficient feedback, as well as picture updates, which is always great. I'm overall very happy with Buttercups and with the care they provide for my kid and I highly recommend it.

The teachers and management at Syon Buttercups Nursery are friendly and helpful. As parents, we can definitely see the skills our daughter developed or improved over the year or so that she's been attending there. She's had many teachers, some of them left, but we found that if there were any concerns
or issues they would be open to listen to us and address them accordingly. We are delighted that they have such a diverse curriculum and that throughout the day the children would have different engaging activities, as well as alone time, when they choose as individuals what to do/ play with. For us as family, the only downside is that in preschool they eliminate the nap time, my daughter has yet to adjust to this, as she is completely knackered when we collect her from nursery, falls asleep in the car and wakes up next morning. But it does work for other children. Looking forward to the next year of more amazing things to learn for our little bundle of joy! Best wishes.

My daughter loves this nursery, there are plenty of activities indoors as well as outdoors. She always has so much fun playing and learning with her classmates, the teachers are also very patient and caring.

We simply love this nursery. The teachers are really invested in the children and treat each one as an individual. They differentiate learning accordingly. I particularly love that they do yoga! The outdoor space is also amazing. Our child loves it and often asks to go back to nursery. She obviously
has a lot of fun. We’re so glad we chose Buttercups, Syon.

My son goes to this nursery and since the first day, I knew it was the right place for him to go. He’s always so happy. When I pick him up I always get feedback from the staff on how his day was. My son has progressed with his learning skills and his communication with the other children. The activities
inside and out are fabulous. I will be sorry for him to leave in September 2022 to attend nursery. The staff have all been amazing.

Our daughter has attended Buttercups in Syon Park, since she was 6 months old. At just over 1 year old, it is great to see how much she has developed with the help and support of the staff. She is very happy to be dropped off each morning and very much enjoys the company of other children. The food
selection is good and it is great to see our daughter can now feed herself. We love seeing the weekly photos and the daily feedback makes us feel like we are part of her nursery experience.

Lovely nursery with friendly staff. Our 2.5-year-old son changed nursery’s due to us moving house and he settled quickly and absolutely loves nursery… he enjoys the variety of activities and being outdoors in forest school. It has been great for his learning and development. He loves singing songs
at nursery and is often singing them on the way home! There also seems a good variety of healthy food.

Our little boy has attended Buttercups Syon Park since he was 10 months old. He loves the staff and always comes home happy from a day at the nursery. The outdoor space is fantastic and enables the children to have lots of playtime outside. We're very happy with the nursery overall.

Brilliant nursery! My 2.5-year-old is so happy here.
She runs out of nursey happy every day. She talks about her teachers every weekend and definitely misses them. They've supported us so well with settling her in and potty training her.
Very happy with the nursery and would recommend.

Our eldest son joined Buttercups at Syon Park 5 years ago and our youngest is still there. The nursery has gone from strength to strength and now has a well-established and experienced leadership team. The school provisions are excellent and ensure a fantastic education. My eldest transitioned seamlessly
to primary school with a strong foundation both in the Early Years Foundation Stage and in social skills. Buttercups is a beautiful environment for children to grow in and the daily menu is nutritious and fresh. I am so glad I found Buttercups at Syon Park for my children, worth every penny.

Buttercups at Syon Park has an excellent location, away from roads and in the Syon Park estate which has a large outdoor play area with grass, trees and shade so it's a great intro to nature for a child. The food is fresh and healthy. The Montessori method is a structured learning approach and the nursery
provides daily and weekly updates of the food eaten and activities and learning undertaken as well as photos of all the fun!

This nursery is wonderful. My son is in the under two year old group. He discovers and learns so many things every day, with craft sessions related to the calendar’s events, reading time and free play. Also, we don’t have a garden at home so it is great that he can play in the nursery’s garden, jumping
in puddles, running, climbing, playing with frogs and worms. He loves the food that is being served and sleeps well. I know that he is looked after very well by his teachers who are very caring and trustworthy. They follow the Covid-19 guidelines and we get a nice newsletter with loads of pictures. This week kids got to handle baby chickens that hatched just a few days ago, how amazing is that!

My daughter has been attending since January 2021, we were apprehensive about sending her to nursery during national lockdown but the nursery has made this an absolutely smooth transition. The staff have been very kind and friendly. We get daily feedback upon collecting her and also an email is sent
out to parents everyday informing them of the daily activities and any reminders. We love the weekly newsletter which incorporates photos from the week and what our little one has been up to. Our daughter is now learning new skills from going and watching others and improving her very fussy food palate, with the encouragement of her teachers too. Overall, the nursery has been amazing in settling her in and I would definitely recommend to others.

We are so pleased we chose Buttercups at Syon Park for our daughter. From the day we visited the setting we knew it was the right place for her. The nursery is very safe and secure, set back from main roads and based within the lovely Syon Park. Our daughter who is one years old, has such fun spotting
all the swans and ducks on our walk back to the car.
Our daughter was made to feel welcome from the beginning, with a week of settling-in sessions. She has one main nursery teacher but is very close with others in the nursery.
As parents, we are kept informed of all of her day to day activities, plus a thorough in-depth look at her development every few months. Huge thanks to one member of staff and the manager for their wonderful care of our daughter, we couldn't recommend Buttercups at Syon Park enough.
