Brilliant nursery, cannot fault the facilities or staff. They really care for the kids and provide excellent preparation for school. The outdoor facilities are good, with plenty of activities. Meals are well-prepared, healthy and nutritious.

Really great team at Kids Inc. Staff are so loving, always full of energy and really take time to play and make children feel comfortable (my child started at 12 months) and now 3 months later is happy to go to nursery, with no tears.
Team are great at handling things like medication, extra care and
always in touch when required.

My son loves his nursery. The staff are informative, caring and clearly put the child's needs and care first. The picture and verbal updates are helpful and the nursery are always willing to have a conversation about anything I need. My son's development has been clear since his time at nursery and
it's great to see the huge range of activities that he participates in. The activities are though through and always have an element of learning from cooking to crafts and outdoor play.
The variety of food each day is great and my son's loves it, often getting second helpings!

Kids Inc is a well-established nursery with wonderful staff. We have been using them for 5 years. Our eldest joined when he was 1 year old and is now at school. The preschool is fantastic preparation for ‘big’ school and I find the staff in this room excellent. Our middle child is now in pre-school
and thriving.
I find management extremely approachable and communication is excellent. The nursery is clean and well-kept, but given price increases, I’d love to see the children’s toys and learning materials updated. I would also find it very useful if the nursery moved online for all child updates during the day ie food, naps etc.
That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery and think its the best in the area.

My son has been going to Kids Inc for 18 months now and at first, I was adamant I wasn't going to send him to nursery. My husband had other ideas and ultimately we sent him.
Well, I definitely would have regretted my decision to keep him home. He loved (and still does love it).
When I showed him the
photo of his key worker at 12 months his face lit up so I knew she was kind to him.
Since then he has always had a good relationship with all the staff.
Definitely glad I sent him to Kids Inc.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for a few months now, and she is doing brilliantly. I love the fact they take pics and send us a review of how our daughter is doing on the app.
We always get updates on what is to come in the nursery via email.
The teachers are so kind! And interact with
my daughter so well.

My son has been attending this nursery for almost two years now. We are very pleased with the staff who care for and look after the kids and how they and the management communicate with us.
My son is so happy to come upstairs with the 'big boys' to preschool, to learn, play and chat with his peers
and teachers. He is encouraged to eat well by his teachers and he does eat much more than he is eating at home, being a picky eater.
His confidence and speech (including his accent) are so much improved and I can credit the teachers for that.
I highly recommend Kids Inc. Day Nursery - South Woodford.

I highly recommend Kids Inc for parents seeking a safe and stimulating environment for their children. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the food is nutritious and delicious.
Kids Inc offers a diverse range of activities that keep children engaged and learning. Overall, a top-notch
nursery that exceeds expectations.
In addition to the great food, the range of activities on offer at Kids Inc is impressive. From arts and crafts to storytime, my child was constantly entertained and engaged. The staff are creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every child is having fun while learning.

Kids Inc Day Nursery - South Woodford is an outstanding nursery. My daughter has become so much more happy and confident after going there, she loves the staff and has bonded with them quickly. Every experience with them has been wonderful, the staff take the time to attend to the different needs of

Overall we have a good experience, however, I was disappointed after I’ve heard so many amazing reviews about the nursery. Staff in general are nice but some practices are rather appalling. My child started using sleeves to wipe the mouth after starting the nursery. After attending one of the events,
I’ve realised that children are not given napkins while they eat. My child was given a blue paper towel after we asked for a napkin but it took staff quite some time to locate it.
When collecting my child, I saw that jacket and backpack were on the floor along with other children’s belongings who are usually in a different room. My child gets sick a lot and I guess putting clothes on the floor does not help our case.
Also, all rooms are very outdated and require refurbishment. I grew up in a different country and a nursery in such condition would not get an approval to operate due to unsanitary conditions. While here it is considered one of the best nurseries in the area.

Mostly very happy with the provision - staff, facilities, learning, safeguarding and what I see to be improved cleaning standards (previously we used to get lots of stomach bugs, etc whereas now these cases seem to be managed more effectively).
I think some staff come across more competent than others
when dealing with children/parents. I also think the time taken to come in for a review could be made more worthwhile - I was given basically no information last time even though spoke to two members of staff - one had been a key worker to our child months prior so that was sort of irrelevant as an update, and the new key worker had nothing to say about our child even though I asked several questions. I appreciate these can also take place via the phone but perhaps staff could think of a few talking points and plan ahead.
More info about food and drink consumed would be appreciated as children move up rooms.

Kids Inc South Woodford is an absolutely wonderful place. My son has been going there since 1 year of age and it has been amazing to see how much he has grown and developed there. He is extremely sociable, loves all the staff there, especially his key worker and I feel his growth and speech have excelled
from being at nursery. I particularly want to mention two members of staff who are so hard working and efficient. It is lovely to see them at the door at pick up and drop off.

I cannot rate the staff here enough. They are amazing with my son and he always comes home with a smile on his face telling me how much fun he’s had.


We have never had a bad experience here and I would recommend their services to anyone who was looking for a nursery, without hesitation.

My son has experienced the 2-3 years and pre school room. The rooms for the 2-3 is spacious and there’s plenty of room for lots of little legs running around. The pre school has two rooms and is well resourced. Their corridors and communal space are covered in displays of the children and their work,
it’s very sweet. The garden space is lovely and big enough for my son to speed around on a 3 wheel trike. Good outdoor space is hard to find and they have it! My son partakes in so many different activities from sunflower and potato planting to phonics.


My son has had some difficulties with learning and I’m really pleased that this was highlighted and identified quickly by the SENCO and staff there.


His achievements are celebrated and communication from nursery is excellent. Every member of staff shows care and interest in every child there. Every time I drop my son off I feel he is in a place where he is safe and loved. As a parent, I couldn’t ask for more.

My daughter has special needs and has been at this nursery since she was 6 months old. My daughter is so loved and cared for by all members of staff. Every achievement she makes is celebrated. She has come on in leaps and bounds over the 2 years she’s been there. From walking to eating and communicating
in her own way, this nursery has supported her in every way.
My son is now 10 years old and he attended the same nursery, every member of staff made you feel like you’re child was a star and the most special child - but they have the ability to make every child feel the same. My niece also came here and she was treated the same. I’ve had constant contact with Kids Inc South Woodford for the past 10 years and I can honestly say it’s the most special place, the attention to every child is incredible, each and every staff member is amazing, I wouldn’t dream of sending my child to any other nursery. Worth every penny.

My little guy has been attending Kids Inc South Woodford since September 2020 when he was 7 months old. We don't have family nearby and the pandemic limited us to contact with others, so his time at Kids Inc was the only time he had social contact outside our family home, and crikey did he love it!
The staff were, and continue to be, amazing and go up and beyond for our children.
My little dude thoroughly enjoys the time he spends at nursery and it's reflected in his behaviour and developing character. He's so happy and we're equally happy as a result.

I have two children currently in Kids Inc South Woodford and I'm really happy with the care. The kids take part in great activities. My only area of improvement would be to suggest using an online learning journal for food diaries etc rather than paper.
