The baby room staff are lovely and helpful. My little one has settled in very well now and it seems he thinks it’s his second home. Thank you, ladies.

My son has been attending Busy Bees since June 2013 and we could not be happier. He has flourished as his development is supported and encouraged as he's grown. Lovely staff and brilliant facilities. The garden is a lovely space and extra activities available are fantastic.

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees at Farringtons for nearly 3 years now, so in a way that's the best review we can give it.

She's moved up through all the rooms during this time and I can honestly say all of the staff are fantastic and seem to have a genuine interest and affection for the

kids.

My daughter's development is good and whenever I drop her off and pick her up (at various times of the day) the kids have been doing something varied and/or interesting. They also have extra (paid) activities throughout the week to add some variety.

The food seems to be really good and varied and our daughter usually has seconds of most of what's on offer.

I do mark them down to a good for "Facilities / Outside Space" as space is limited but saying that, I must point out they do have access to the vast Farrington's school grounds to go for walks in too.

All in all, we can highly recommend sending your little one there.

I am very happy with the way my son is progressing at Busy Bees Farringtons. I feel he is progressing in 3 key areas which are learning to eat different foods, communication and also developing his techniques of play time. All the nursery nurses are very competent and he has a very good relationship
with all staff. I have particularly noticed within the past month new words and phrases which are being taught and helped with by Busy Bees staff which is very pleasing. I have a 9-month-old daughter who is joining in May and I'm looking forward to the development which she will undertake through key stages of learning. I have also noticed within the past month or two the cleanliness has improved too, from what was already a good standard.

My eldest daughter attended this nursery and when the second one came along, I wasn't going to send her anywhere else.

The staff are lovely and it was nice to see some of them that looked after my first. I know that when I drop my daughter off I don't have to worry about her. The children are their

priority and that is clear as my little one has favourites!

My two sons go to Busy Bees and absolutely love it there. All the staff are exceptionally wonderful, they care for the children with a lot of love and attention. All the rooms are homely and have more than enough to keep the children entertained and stimulated throughout the day. The staff are very
professional and caring towards the parents too. Thanks to all the support provided by management and staff, my sons were able to settle into nursery life easily and I was able to go back to work.

My daughter started at the nursery at 5 months old and the baby room staff have been amazing at making us both feel comfortable and welcome. My daughter loves coming to nursery and is so happy whilst there.

Current Review Score: 8.1 (8.050)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.1 (8.050) out of 10 for Busy Bees Farringtons is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • a) The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 5.000 for Busy Bees Farringtons is calculated as follows: ( (11 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 11 Ratings = 5

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 3.05 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Farringtons is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    • i) 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3

    • ii) 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 100 number of registered child places is 20. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 20 = 0.05

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
